I love this place! Me and my son has been here two years in a row and I tell everyone about this place!

A pretty cool pumpkin patch. Only fault is they don't practice social distancing when it comes to the lines. No one follows it

I've always love that place since I was a little child with no amusement rides just the wagon trailer but PREJUDICE AND RACISM IS REAL THERE MY WHOLE FAMILY INDIVIDUALLY FELT IT AND IT WAS LIKE 20 OF US 3 VEHICLES. I INTRODUCED THEM ALL AND I FELT BAD ABOUT IT. ONE FRIENDLY PERSON THE MAN WHO DROVE THE HAYRIDE HE EVEN HUGGED ME AND THANKED US FOR COMING!!! MOST PREJUDICE AND BIASED PERSON WAS THE MIDDLE AGED LADY PROTECTING THE CORN PLAY AREA. JUST PLAIN EVIL!! MADE MY CHILDREN FEEL REALLY BAD!!!

This is by far the best family farm to spend the day at. Every year, it just gets better and better with my teenagers even still wanting to partake in the fun.

My kids & I love this place. Awesome way to spend a fall day.

2014 will be our 5th straight year visiting Bengtson's & we wouldn't have it any other way! There is so much to do & although I claim we do it for our son, this is by far MY favorite annual tradition!!! See you in a couple weeks! :)

2015 update: So glad to hear that Bengtson's is still around, so we can make our 6th annual visit this year... can't wait!!!

Great place for kids; I've been going since I was little with my parents. Great donuts and hot apple cider. All around food choices from BBQ to tacos. Lots of family options and you'll likely spend 3 hours here minimum if you go and enjoy and experience everything. Children 2 and under are free. You can get your hands stamped for re-entry same day, but rain checks are non-refundable, but they don't close really unless rain gets super heavy and/or lightning is present. Staff is engaging and really family friendly. You'll get treated well and with smiles. Great environment from my childhood up to present-day adult family life.

While I ve only been once it was SOOOO much fun! It s fun for the whole family young and old and you will come out with a whole day of memories! Hoping to maybe bring my boyfriend here this year!

Bengston s brings our family so much joy! We come to the farm every year to enjoy the Fall season. My children love to see some of their classic favorites- the skeleton band and witch on the broom, as well as new attractions each year! Thank you for making the Fall season so memorable for us.

Love it here lots of fun things to do with the kiddos !!!! And very military friendly you get in for free with your valid ID ... food was good too and rides and petting animal plus other attractions are included. Highly recommend!!

Its so sad how many bad reviews people made about this farm because of Covid. If you re so scared of the virus, and concerned for your safety, then please, Stay Home!

My family and I go to Bengtson's every single year! Our three girls love it and it's the Fall family tradition that we look forward to the most! I went every year growing up with my parents as a kid and I'm so thankful that we are able to continue the tradition! From the kids rides, the food, the activities, the haunted house, the pig races, the shop, the petting zoo and more, it's a tradition we hope to carry on for many many more years!!

Kids rides and food choices were great for our family.

Fun place but the food is below average (savory stuff) and incredibly crowded with no mask enforcement.

Attractions are top notch when it comes to family wholesomeness.

General store is a bit lackluster and did not feature anything special.

Pig races are fun.

But yeah this place was packed on a mid-day Thursday. Can't imagine how the weekends are.

Had a great time as usual at Bengstons. I went with my wife, 4 year old son, and 6 month old son (fun fact, we took our gender reveal pictures at bengstons for our now 4 year old). We loved the petting zoo, mining, tractor ride, train ride, kettle corn, pig races, and everything else there. Its a family tradition to go every year and that's because bengstons is simply the best.

Brought my kids every year now bring my grandkids. We have never been disappointed

When I came here 3 yrs ago my kids had a blast , for the Halloween weekend it was a spooky fun place with many attractions , the pig race was the most entertaining part as the show with the hosts included hilarious jokes and puns . It was really far to get here but worth the trip for a family outing .

Priced at $16.99 a person. Thought that was a little high, until I got into the farm and realized all of the things that you can do. There is a roller coaster, a huge slide, hayrides, train, frog jumper, and other fun rides and attractions. They even have pig races! If you can stay for the day well worth the price.

I used to love coming here but after I saw how they handled COVID-19 guidelines the trust is out the window. They say online they will follow safety guidelines but you get there it s the complete opposite. There were hundreds of people entering without a mask on even though there s signs posted at the entrance.There were employees without masks on. They also claimed they would be limiting the amount of people entering to make sure there would be enough room for people to comfortably be 6 feet apart but nope. People were packed like sardines. I bought 10 tickets for my family ($211) and we did not feel safe at all. I will not be coming back until they can ensure my safety and the people that are actually doing their part in stopping the spread. So disappointed.

Excellent place. Always have a great time with the family that it is a family tradition now.

I love this farm. I have been going for many years. It's a family tradition we look forward to every year. We are so lucky to live nearby where we can go. The kids love feeding the animals carrots and pig races, I love shopping in the store and getting a bowl of chili in a bread bowl.

This is the best Pumpkin farm I have been to! I brought my kids and they absolutely loved it. So many cool attractions and so fun! My kids favorite part of fall is being able to visit Bengtson s Pumpkin Farm. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have an awesome time with friends and family !

LOVE Bengston s! Have been going as a family tradition every year since I can remember! There is so much to see and do! So many memories made here that I will cherish forever! The workers are always friendly and the atmosphere is truly amazing. Never have had a bad experience! Highly recommend this beautiful fall tradition!

Best pumpkin farm around, So worth the price for all the rides and such that are all included with your admission and they only keep getting bigger!

Very fun experience, although some areas weren't lit up in the night, which can make some parents concerned, other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

We love this farm! The new expansions are even better, its tradition! It was my babies first time as he is one and he enjoyed the corn pit the most and the train rides!!! We are actually going to go again before the 30th!

I love , love, love The Bengston Pumpkin Farm. Its been a tradition for the family to go every year.. we've been going for the last 6 years. You guys are tthe best and the kids love it.

This is an awesome place to bring your family. I was highly disappointed at how packed it was during Covid. Really wished they would have taken a little more protocols. Their was no social distancing, a lot of people walking around with no mask. Lines for rides were so jammed packed. Again no social distancing for that either. My anxiety was through the roof being there.

My family has been to Bengstons for the past 5 years and we love it. There are lots of things to do and see. We can't wait to go again this season! Every year we make new memories to look back on. AND we love the Apple cider and Apple cider donuts!

$16.99 per each child and each adult crazy. Went on a Monday. No weekday discount. Very pricey and 45 minute wait for the baby rides with a handicapped child. Had to leave after waiting for 3 rides. Was ridiculous. Was a waste of over $150 to get in for us with 2 children plus water and a few slices of pizza.

Had a spectacular time with the boy's, the new additions are wonderful, the park was clean, and the staff was polite and respectful.

Bengtson s is a traditional place! My family and I love going to all different types of pumpkin patches, apple orchards and doing everything fall!

Bengtson s is on a short tradition list we have. It s not if we go back this year, it s just when?! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and entertaining! Pumpkin Cannons, Tractor Rides, Pig Races and Funnel Cakes... you can t miss Bengtson s!!!

It was fun! Seems expensive, but definitely worth the price. Lots of rides, photo ops, animals and things for kids to do. More than we expected that's for sure. Wear comfy shoes cause it's huge, so lots of walking. You can bring in stuff too if you desire. Surprised that they served alcohol, but I know that's needed sometimes when surrounded by kids for that long! I don't think we made it through the entire thing, but will definitely make it an annual trip!

This was our family's 2nd visit to Bengston's. This one on opening weekend was during Covid-19. The attractions and customer service was excellent but I have to rate 4 stars today due to lack of enforcement statement for covid-19 regulations.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed at how social distancing and masking wasn't enforced. I kept having people get unacceptably close in lines despite markings on ground or on the walkways to our stroller with my 10mo old that doesn't wear a mask. I cannot believe my 2yr old wore her mask other than for eating and a couple family pictures for brief moments and other adults could not be bothered at all. Our family had a blast and I would say about 70% of people complied with all health recommendations.

While I understand that this is mostly an issue with society at large for me it's more about having some statement on their business website or FB page so families can make an informed decision: Masks are asked to be worn and we have painted social distancing markers on ground for most attractions; however, this is not enforced by staff.

Had I known it would not be enforced, I would have opted to bring only the masked two year old and not the unmasked infant. Or waited to a weekday.

We discovered this gem last year and have decided to come back every year as a new family tradition. It's so much fun for kids of all ages. Fun rides and attractions, free photo booth, and the food is terrific. Highly recommend grabbing a few trays of the apple cider donuts before you leave!

The place is overpriced. The days it's cheaper to get in is fine. Just if you're looking to buy a pumpkin or something, prepare to pay a lot. Nice place to take your kids or enjoy fall fests though.

A family tradition since my oldest was one, look forward to coming here every year. Love how you pay at the entrance and then everything inside is included and you don t have to worry about getting tickets and additional costs of rides. They added new attractions, such as the tractor ride which I really enjoyed can t wait to go back this year!

I really enjoyed myself here. There is a lot to do, this place is so huge I didn't even get to do everything there. I would definitely come back. 10/10 recommend

Due to Covid locking down everything all summer, this fest was completely over crowded this year. Meaning years prior it was an expensive good time. Everything was accessable with a few minutes wait, this year most rides were about 15 to 20 minutes wait early afternoon. They did seem well staffed and I could tell some were working hard lol. Quick note. Add more bee catchers. Most picnic areas were overrun.

My family loves Bengston s. This is our favorite of all the pumpkin farms. I love that they add all attractions into the price of admission. It is hours of fun for the whole family.

This year was my first time going to this pumpkin patch and it was by far such an amazing experience. My husband and I decided to take our one year old to experience something fun. And oh did she have fun, she was smiling and screaming with excitement. Her favorite part was the corn box. We honestly could not even get her out of there. We are planning to start a tradition of taking our little family here every year. I honestly recommend this place to everyone.

So many fun activities to do, and has lots of areas that are great for pictures!

We went for the first time last year after trying all of the pumpkin farms in our area and being sadly disappointed but Bengstons is literally the best pumpkin farm we have ever been to. My kids would not get off of the rides. The lines weren't bad at all there is so much to do for all different ages. We will definitely be back this year. Don't wait try Bengstons this year you will not be disappointed!.

I go every year! Every time we go I feel like there is something new for my family to do! The rides...shows...activities...A++ in my book!

I've been coming to this farm since the fee was $9.00. I've missed the last few years because I don't like waiting in long lines and the price has gotten steep. However, this is by far the best pumpkin patch in the area. It's gotten to be like a little amusement park. I took my son and his friend today, Wednesday because of the lower price and to avoid crowds. There were still a lot of people and some school field trip crowd. I can't believe that there's over an hour waiting for some of the rides over the weekend. That's one of the reasons I don't do Disney. But this is a sign that many people like this place, basic supply and demand at work!

Well, the main reason we came here was because our son is obsessed with the movie Cars, and in the photos it shows a Mader, however, upon walking around for several hours, no Mader to be seen. That was a bit of a disappointment to say the least. The apple cider doughnuts were, meh... not great, not terrible, like one step up from those powdered sugar ones you get at the gas station in a pre-packaged bag. The kids enjoyed the rides. All in all, for a 53 dollar price tag for the 4 of us, pretty disappointing, but the pumpkin selection was nice. Also, it might've been cool to actually see the pumpkin patch, but I assume they don't do that because of vandalism or something. Pretty meh all around to be honest.

Great Family Farm! Lines for rides were short. Plenty of parking and was very clean and friendly employees!

Finally Really Happy with the first time visit this year when they had opening on September 16th... Really they upgraded.. couple new rides for kids like Trains... more Live Animals.. and of course new mini roller coster... and finally add a really good spots they you can eat like mexican food, bbq, sandwiches and pizza, This year I was really happy with everything.. and of course last but thr best.. a Ride on a platform that Tractor is pulling.. Nice!!

The best Farm there is in Chicago (Homer Gleen, IL) 3 years in a row and I am looking forward to this Sept 15 that they open it to go with my children every time we go they do not want to return home.

Nice day out with children. A little pricey though

It was a fun time, but VERY expensive. My girlfriend and I spent about $50 for an hour or two. It was a good time, but didn't quite feel worth the price in the end. Lots of animals and petting areas that were pretty nice! I would recommend student pricing!

I have been taking my son here for 5 years. And now we get to finally take his new baby brother this year! I always make it a priority to keep this our family fall tradition and it s easy with all there changes and improvements each season! We absolutely love the dancing chickens! And of course the pig races. We are very cautious of the addicting donuts ! Always fun to pick a pumpkin at the end of our trip. Lovely family oriented place. Rides, animals, food, and cannot forget the kernel pool! Forever ending up with kernels at home in the dryer! Really a great, fun, friendly, well kept pumpkin patch! I will forever take the hour ride and dent In the piggy bank for all you give back! Especially the happiness you bring to my family.

Love this place! My kids always have a blast! We attended every year at least twice! I typically stop a few extra times for the BEST DONUTS!!!
