Customer service after you order and pay for your equipment is horrible. We had to order a replacement part for a hair-washing chair, $450, our sales rep said he would be in to install it in a week or so since it came with no instructions and we tried but could not figure out how to remove the old part. Called and called our rep with no response, left messages with his secretary and she said she was giving him our messages, still no response. Now we sit here with our $450 part and a broken chair and no help from Belvedere. I do have a call into the VP of sales, we shall see how this goes.
Working with this company was the absolute worst customer experience. Once the equipment was purchased, delivered and installed there were several compliance issues with plumbing and electrical codes. State inspectors would not sign off on any of the equipment until issues were resolved which kept the salon from opening for 4-months. Outside contractors had to be hired to bring equipment up to code after failed attempts to get a response from the company to correct the problems.
If I could give them less than 1-star, I would!
Pretty difficult to obtain any parts - I have Salon faucet broken, their web site does not show that available, no other retailer seem to have exact parts, so far called several plumbing supplies, sally beauty and other beauty supply stores, hardware stores. Ridiculous company not sure why anyone would use this product that can not be fixed or replacement is extremely difficult to figure out
