Customer service after you order and pay for your equipment is horrible. We had to order a replacement part for a hair-washing chair, $450, our sales rep said he would be in to install it in a week or so since it came with no instructions and we tried but could not figure out how to remove the old part. Called and called our rep with no response, left messages with his secretary and she said she was giving him our messages, still no response. Now we sit here with our $450 part and a broken chair and no help from Belvedere. I do have a call into the VP of sales, we shall see how this goes.
