Working with this company was the absolute worst customer experience. Once the equipment was purchased, delivered and installed there were several compliance issues with plumbing and electrical codes. State inspectors would not sign off on any of the equipment until issues were resolved which kept the salon from opening for 4-months. Outside contractors had to be hired to bring equipment up to code after failed attempts to get a response from the company to correct the problems.
If I could give them less than 1-star, I would!
