Have bought several office chairs from this company via Amazon. Have been very happy with them.

One of them recently broke while I was sitting on it. It appeared the broken part was small and potentially replaceable. So instead of buying a whole new chair, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had a replacement policy or if I could just get the part I needed.

Long story short, it took almost 2 months of back and forth and 2 shipments, I still do not have all the parts I need. The customer service rep recommended that I just buy a new chair from Amazon and refused to refund my payments even if I shipped back the parts.

So now I've gone 2 months without a chair and have spent more money than if I had just bought one through amazon prime.

That's frustrating and a cruddy customer service experience. I will not be buying products from this company again.
