A little overpriced fuel, but much needed service in the area.

A very small filling station in the village of Bellingham which also has a vehicle repair garage attached. The petrol forecourt is very small so it can be a bit awkward at times as you have to queue on the road. The petrol is always reasonably priced for a small village station and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. There is a small shop attracted which sells a variety of goods including sweets, snacks and pies etc.

I visited Bellingham Garage Services recently and it was a most enjoyable experience.
It is a small petrol station in Bellingham and you may have to queue to get a petrol pump.
As it is the only petrol station in the area it can get busy and you may have to wait in line to access a petrol pump.
However do not let that put you off visiting Bellingham Garage Services.
Once you are at the petrol pump you will find that it dispenses fuel quickly and efficiently.
It is also reasonably priced as well.
There is also a shop attached to the petrol station which is convenient if you need any provisions.
The lady who works at Bellingham Garage Services is very helpful as well.
The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm;
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
If you need petrol and the petrol station in Bellingham is closed I would advise travelling to Hexham.
Hexham is 17 miles from Bellingham.
If you drive south down the B6320 from Bellingham through the villages of Wark, Chollerford, Wall and Acomb then turn left onto the A69 and head towards Hexham there is a BP petrol station on the left hand side of the road that takes you into Hexham.
However I would recommend a visit to Bellingham Garage Services.

Fuel everyday and snacks and ice cream for the family.
It's the place to go for firewood, kindling, gas bottles, camping stuff and daily food.
Great friendly staff with heaps of local knowledge - test them!

Amazing staff! Found this place by accident & after chatting to the owner (I think she was anyway) she went out of her way to give me lots of information about the village. She was so helpful & very friendly. Next time I visit this village, I will definitely be filling up at this lovely lil shop
