Pay is low but you get paid more holidays then most companies, birthday paid as a holiday, profit sharing is a big plus, $20 if you are on time, bingo money if no one gets hurt. Staff is nice, they do there job. U are there to work not hang out. I like working there, yes it was stressful only because was learning how to make boots. It's a year around job. It's Not a bad company to work for.

I work on my feet as a union laborer in the construction trade doing many different tasks. The steel toe boots last and well worth the the money. This is my second pair for almost 4 years now.

I bought a pair of belleville mcb 950 boots two weeks ago, from H&H Outdoor store in Baltimore. Some stitches were loose. So they are not waterproof and it takes 4 days for them to dry if they get wet. I have only used them once. I'm very disappointed. I called Bellevilles customer service and they said that they don't have any guarantee on those boots.

Worst company to work for. They're very disrespectful and mistreat their employees. The Plant Manager Mark is SUPER disrespectful, threw a military boot at me across the table for marking the boot as no good to pack and ship out, he refused several times to apologize to me for throwing the boot at me and proceeded to say to me "I am a plant manager, if i want to throw a boot at you i could do that." They complain and ask for too much of you for a minimum wage paying job. The job is only good if you just need the money for the moment, other than that. The job isn't worth the money or the time. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB, thank me later.
