What are they doing on Google ... and the Swedish government?

The worst support in world history. First I had to spend half an eternity to find a phone number that was in use. Once I arrived, I was referred to their online support. TOTALLY worthless !!! There is NOTHING you can get in touch with when you need help. It is unbelievable that a company can have such a poor service but if you have a global monopoly then you have and then you can do exactly how you want.

We routinely get Google reviews from non-customers. People who just want to troll us. It should only be possible to create reviews if it is a confirmed customer. There are plenty of platforms like this - e.g. ZocDoc only allows reviews made by verified patients.

For this reason, I think Google should just stop with the reviews. Just drop it. It's only damaging honest, well-intentioned companies.

This bad company spammes me all day long with the same advertisement from WinZip, which falsely states that my new computer is sluggish or that there is something wrong with it !!

Good with a search engine that helps the searcher get relevant results. You get good support once you get in touch with them.

the best search engine, Google has helped me more than being a search engine, such as managing documents and much more, Google is stable and gets the one I need. I have everything in Google.

New now. Choose from two pictures (best relevance). I have done that, and if both images are safe, I have chosen to skip. One point per choice had been reasonable, but I have helped with hundreds of total, and received one or a few minus points (at any time) !!! Absolutely unacceptable! I would like to help increase relevance, but not a fan if I will be punished for it. Incredibly frustrating not having the opportunity to comment on the correct section. Customer support is useless, as almost all other reviewers have noted.

Impossible to speak to any person, only told to contact a support that doesnt work... How can such a big company be so hard to contact...

Like Google Maps, lightly addictive developer out of it. Being a user (free labor) to be able to make improvements, add new objects and adjust errors etc. is very rewarding and can help to put strawberry spots on the map, yes some rotten places for that part as well.

After all, it has worked well, at first. Then it became increasingly difficult to get a yoke on changes, how difficult it can be and give a yoke on a new phone number or website, dial the number, surf the page, ready! Unfortunately, Google does not get feedback when deficiencies are pointed out. So this is the only way to communicate the deficiencies that are experienced, because Google's house looks ok (so I have also reviewed )

My review mainly concerns the My Business Locations verification process.

I work for a multinational company located in 14 countries and over 350 locations.
I have been asked by your team in CA to pin verify our 80 plates in Germany so that you cannot "find the addresses". The addresses are correct when I triple checked and I have myself located them on Google maps.
Can I not pin verify if you want pictures instead of all our 80 places .. "it would work too".
Just because Google doesn't have street views for all of our addresses, that's probably not our company's problem. Nor can I deliver latitude / longitude for Google can not see pictures on our store fronts.
