I travel for work and needed a place to eat dinner...

I travel for work and needed a place to eat dinner. I asked the hotel clerk if she could recommend a place for me. She stated Bella Napoli. So, I usually use door dash, however they do their own delivery. Cool, no problem. I call and get a young lady by the name of Anna Watts, who works the front counter. Mind you, I am Italian, hungry, indecisive and looking at a really great menu. I kept Anna on the phone for over 14+ minutes. I was extremely impressed by her patience, customer service and hospitality. She wasn't short or frustrated with me, at least while she was on the phone with me. She answered my 1 million questions and kept her cool even when I changed my order 3 times. Most people would of copped a major attitude. Not Anna. That's a great first impression that goes a long way. Great for business and as you can see reviews. There is only one word of advice. Anna, in the future when you complete a call hang up the phone. I heard everything. lol - It's ok. You are a good egg. To her employer, you should recognize and value her.
