Worst Bell customer store I have been too. The guy named Muhammad did not know how to dial the correct Bell customer service number, let alone handle the issue .Please provide proper training to the employees.

This store does great work. They handled my issue and complaint better than the people at the customer service call centre. Those morons at the royalty and customer service call centre SUCK!

I would give zero stars if I could - Bell Canada is hands down the worst telecom provider in Canada. They actively lie to their customers to enrich their bottom line. The individuals at this location may be decent, but the company they represent could not possibly be horrible.

Ella and another employee at this location went above and beyond for my son who had been in Panama since beginning of January and was on a rescue flight back home. He flew from Panama City to Toronto and they delivered a sin card for his phone to his hotel in Toronto free of charge on April 11 so he was able to make calls in Canada. He then flew on to Vancouver BC following day where he went into 14 days of quarentine. They were so helpful and pleasant and it was so much appreciated by me and my son. So Thanks from my . Maureen

They do not tell you this on the phone ahead of time when you call their store, but their policy due to COVID is to check ID at the door - they will refuse to let you in if you don't have a driver's license. The staff were very rude to my husband who did not have his license with him and would not accept health card as a form of ID, and I saw others refused from the store as well. (I don't understand how an ID will keep you from spreading the disease but I had my ID so was allowed inside). Inside the store, the employees then touched my mobile phone without any PPE equipment or sanitizing wipes - I was unimpressed by this store's COVID-19 safety practices considering the lengths they go to to keep customers out of the store who don't show ID.
