Useless service centre. They only wash the car, grease the doors and give your car back. The reason I have given 2 stars is because unlike other Tata motors service centres (fortune cars, Nerul specifically), these guys don't spoil/damage your car.

Worst experience.

Worst experience.
They will create unnecessary issues with your car and wont repair small issues.Rather they will replace whole parts and increase your costs.
I would suggest concorde motors andheri for a cost effective experience

I have received a call from wasan motors customer support to pickup my car for 3rd service then I tell him my is damage(front glass broken) so please repaired in insurance claim. driver pickup my car in morning 6 august 2018 executive attend & replay me all process will done in 8 days but it has not taken place in 8 days after I followup he given me car on 14 august 2018 but I have to went to pick my car & I watch there 3rd SERVICE was not done

Work of garage people doing on the road is far better than Wasan Service at Deonar. They spoiled the doors, AC and other parts. They miss out spare parts when re-assembling parts. I've experienced multiple times and witnessed damage and financial losses.

Since there was no option to give Zero star I had no option but to give 1 Star that they don't deserve!!!!

Bad experience with wasan motors. My tata nano have heating problem, they told me to change some parts and took 5000 from me to resolve the same.
But problem is still there.. same problem..
When I called them they told me now we have to recheck what happen and that will be charged extra..
What d hell ???
They just want to make money by hook or by krook...
I lost my 5000

Although a TASS, they will find every opportunity to cheat customers with utmost confidence. I have been facing issues from the day I booked my car, till 3 free service and 3 insurance jobs. They want 5 star rating from customers but cannot deliver 5 stars in return.

Pretty Bad Service. I used this service center right from the time i purchased my indigo cs in 2008 however. Always the service advisors added extra jobs and did certain jobs without consent. Customer Lounge is good. View from customer Lounge not very good as cars are not serviced there exactly. Recently the service center has gone from bad to worse, with extremely high waiting time for service. They kept my car with them for 4 days and still issue was not solved properly. Try and avoid service advisor by name - Manoj

Great experience! It was my first time here. The location is in the interiors, had to ask others for direction. A prior appointment will save your time. If planning to go on a Sunday make sure to book an appointment. They even offer pick up and drop facility which is chargeable.

Am extremely unhappy with the experience since past 2 years, they were good when the car was new & was under warranty,but now the customer relation is getting poorer & they sound to be negligent to the queries & are always in a mood to argue with the customer. My car is in warranty & also hold a valid AMC while submitting for service, still they have put up a maintenance cost of Rs 5k (The car is having no defects till date, & I have always promptly maintained the service schedule ONLY with Wasan service till date). This maintenance bill is ONLY for general service (Oil change, AC & misc service) with NO replacement of any parts & that too for a Tata nano(2012 Model). I was thinking of an upgrade to Tata Tiago through Wasan before going for this service but now after this I am thinking of NOT to approach Wasan for any future upgrade & car service. Could someone suggest a better service center in Navi Mumbai as I stay in Kharghar.

It was pleasure to have someone trustworthy for your car.
I gave my car for repair after one minor accidental damage to my tiny car Tiago.
I thank wasan motors and coordinator Mr.Rinkesh for getting my car repaired perfectly. It drives again like new.
