Good end of summer sales... nice to get out and visit their store.
I was coming home from vacation so decided to stop by looking for a birthday dress. Unfortunately didn't see anything but I did buy some shoes on sale at great price. Lot of customers didn't have on mask but the store employees did. One cashier was exceptional nice to my grands. You had to work hard finding cashiers. Look like every store I visit is under staff but I didn't rush anyone. I understand.
The ladies at the fine jewelry counter are my heroes I had a lady harassing me and following me in the mall parking lot and they helped me call security and get to safety. I very much appreciate your help and kindness!!!
Messed up my online order and my instore puchase. Every person I talked to had a different answer for the same question.
I like their selection for the most part. Unfortunately, every single time I go to Belk, I get stuck in a line that moves at a snails pace. On those occasions where I don t give up and walk out, and I finally get to the register, the customer service agent is invariably rude and makes the most awkward commentary. I remember thinking on more than a few occasions, why are they so bad? Are they trained to take as long as possible with every single customer? They never acknowledge anyone in line or say that it s going to be a minute. Sometimes they won t even make eye contact. They all seem miserable and it makes me miserable. I wish that the managers could pull it together because I value the store sales and inventory. I just loathe going in there.
Just bought this awesome Versace perfume and it was out of stock so they're having it shipped to my house and my sales representative was phenomenal
They had very little women apparel smaller than xl. And the few things I found were mixed in with the very large clothes. Good selection of 2 xl & larger but was a huge waste of time for a medium or large shopper.
Lots of good deals to be had. Tammy T was really helpful at check out. Seemed pretty busy for a week day. They had pick up parking places so that's available.

Belk is the best place to shop. They have the nicest employees, greatest sales an selection of clothing.
