worst worst accounts department i ever face in my life .accounts people dealing unprofessional staff .they just play with contractors asking to resubmitted again again invoice . georcy shop chaser better then accounts department .there is no record .i advised do not business with Belhasa other wise you will be in trouble

This company is really professional and technically advanced. They seem to be very large. Actually they're one of the largest in the region, with many creative and strong tricks. I did business with them and visited their office. They welcoming and accommodating. They listen to me carefully and worked hard to give me what I exactly wanted. Just be clear. Mike most of us, they don't read minds. Their prices are reasonable and the timing was satisfactory.

I have rented them in the tower of Balhsa Sharjah, no maintenance, no cleaning, no services, and if you talk with any company manager, you answer that you are someone who does not understand anything. Unfortunately, I hired the name Balhsa, but unfortunately it is a very bad experience.

i have a frustrated experience when i deal with them for repairing one swimming pool. they have many departments and not only one department for maintenance , so when you get quotation be sure that include all kind of maintenance cleaning , grouting , repairing the pumpers and lighting etc.., make sure also to get written and confirmed details with when , how and who will finish the job before paying any money.

I am really sorry to say, it s been years we are following up for our payment. They don t want to pay the subcontractors as they have already taken money from the Client. Daily we are begging to them but they don t want to pay. So please be careful when you deal with them.
