I live in one of "those" neighborhoods. You know the ones... The busy body neighbors, an HOA president always on people's case about something, and only 46 houses on our street in our small gated community. Everyone knows and talks about everything. Lucky for my family the gossip is nothing but good since Beldon came and replaced our roof. They were quick (in and out in a day), left no mess (helped keep the HOA from complaining), and installed the most beautiful shingles on the whole block. I know this sounds silly but I was walking my dogs and overheard two old ladies discussing our new roof and sounding incredibly jealous. In a neighborhood like mine gossiping old ladies is the highest form of praise. Beldon did spectacular and I couldn't recommend them enough. If you want some jealous neighbors go with Beldon.

Last September I needed a roof inspection as I was concerned about the integrity of the 5 sky lights in the new house I was purchasing. An inspection was done within 48 hours !
After closing I worked with Albert Pena to review the scope of work. After the work was completed I noticed that it appeared that the rain was overflowing from the gutters - Albert came out to check the slope of the gutters and determined the problem - leaves... cleaned out the gutter and problem fixed!

Steve Barrera was amazing during inspection and estimation for roof & gutter replacement. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
The worst.
No help and refused to send anyone for an estimate. No offer of schedule, work with or any care for a potential customer. Heartless individuals answering phones and if the dollar sign isn't big enough you can go kick rocks.
