I have been wanting for visit Glowbal for the past two years and it finally happened! Nothing short of expectation. Beautiful decor, lovely food presentation, and delicious food. Drinks were really good too. The bread (somehow bread is an indicator of a kitchen s capabilities) was made in house and was one of the best I have had. Lamb shank was tasty and salmon was to perfection. Beef (part of the Dine Out menu) was also a tasty entree (and my favorite). Desserts was (ice cream and hot pudding) my new favorite. Glowbal does live up to the hype. They also have a heated patio that was closed last night but is probably open on weekend nights.

Came from Alberta to visit family and was looking forward to a nice meal out. The manager seated us in a separate room that is usually rented out. He made us feel we were fortunate to get this room and we were going to having a wonderful evening with his best serving staff. For the most part our server did a good job. However, he zeroed in on one of our female guests and dropped compliments to her throughout the evening. They were quite personal compliments that made us all feel awkward.
When we asked for assistance in selecting a wine he offered to bring the wine manager to our room. We felt he was more of a marketing rep for a specific bottle. In his defence we did enjoy the wine.
We started our meal with the seafood tower that came laying in a metal bowl of ice. No height whatsoever to that tower.
Two out the five of us ordered the lobster and crab paella. Complete surprise that a dish looking this poorly was even allowed out of the kitchen. The crab legs were a greyish greenish color. To the point where it didn t look safe to eat. My initial thought was that it was frozen and then boiled.
The first picture is a bit blurry but shows the color best. Nothing has been eaten from the lobster; that s how it arrived.
Our waiter stated he would get the manager. The manager came and asked if everything was okay; clearly it was not. He then asked if we wanted to see the chef, we said yes. The chef did not come to see us we were only told the he would not be making anymore paella that evening.
We were asked if we would like to order something else. At this point the rest of the table was nearly finished.
The cost of the paella was removed from our bill and we received 3 complimentary desserts to share. After a bill of over $500 two of us left hungry. I definitely will not return to this restaurant.

Complete 5-stars experience during their brunch! Excellent covid protocol in place, I felt safe in the dining area, everything clean, professional and highly delicious. The beef strip loin was the piece de resistance! Additionally, 10-stars experience (if there's such a thing!) towards my server, Glenn! Glenn ensured a friendly experience, was incredibly hilarious and above all, made sure I was well looked after with an amazing menu and attentive service. Rock star staffers Ian and Trina were also amazing! Highly recommend!

My Girlfriend and I ate here for the first time since Covid and the new dine in regulations and I have got to say, besides it feeling no way like actually eating on a patio with all the heaters making it comfortable for the both of us, our server Hershey was excellent! She made the experience lovely for the both of us and we were incredibly satisfied on how she was very attentive on giving us proper service. The food was amazing, spot on especially for the rib-eye steak and wagyu beef tartar but she made our dining experience there all the more worth it. I hope anyone who goes to this restaurant has a chance to be serviced by that lovely waitress. Thank you Hershey.

Had a great evening at Glowbal. Fresh oysters were excellent. Cocktails were interesting and delicious. Food was very well prepared, had really good presentation and was incredibly tasty. Services was friendly & knowledgeable (thanks Chase!) and he made some fabulous recommendations.

Patio was comfortable with lots of heaters. Looking forward to coming back post COVID when I can try out their indoor space.

This is not the same Glowbal from years ago. The service and food has been dramatically revamped. We all loved the food, the drinks, ambiance, and most of all the service.

I've been there over 5 times in the last month - the staff there are truly phenomenal. Thank you Franklin, Andre, Tony and everyone else who made the experience a great one. :)

Such a wonderful experience today. Offered a free glass of champagne and then when we told them it was our anniversary, they sent a bottle of champagne our way. Thanks so much Jemimah. Your thoughtfulness was appreciated

Always a pleasant experience dining at Glowbal! Comfy seating and interior, friendly staff, delicious food! Recently had a 40oz steak, which costed $120 but man it's the most tender steak ever!

Had an excellent lunch at Glowbal with some business associates. The GM Franklin was very kind and attentive. I had some calamari, lobster bisque and oysters. All the food was top notch and the service from Franklin and his staff even better. All possible measures were being taken to ensure safe social distancing while still providing a comfortable environment to enjoy a meal with colleagues or friends. This wasn t my first experience at Glowbal but definitely one of the best! Can t wait to go back!

What happened to Glowbal? I've always loved their beautiful patio, but not so much their food. Previously, the food was comparable to old spaghetti factory. Now their food and drinks are top notch! Love the trendy plating too. Very impressed and I will be back more often.
