I loved everything about this place. I used them for my wedding dress and bridesmaids and they were not only professional, but made me feel like the only bride in the world! My bridesmaids all ordered Sorella Vita dresses and were very happy with how the came out. My dress was a Justin Alexander. I highly recommend this store if you are getting married.

Loren was absolutely wonderful! She used her personal touch to put us at ease and make our experience perfect.

After going to a big-box retailer, a high-end consignment store and a boutique, I didn t think I d find a dress that matched my vision and fit my budget. My sister discovered Bel Fiore Bridal on an Atlanta wedding event web site and I am so glad she pushed me to go! I had had such a stress-filled experience so far, and was going to wait a few weeks before I kept looking. I walked into Bel Fiore skeptical, but came out with the perfect dress.

Rachel took such great care of me I never felt rushed or pressured. The process was perfect as well. In my experience at other stores, brides pick out up to six dresses to try on and evaluate while the consultant judged/coerced/gabbed. After the first four, your brain turns to complete mush and all the dresses start running together.

At Bel Fiore, you pick four and refine your choices from there. Rachel really listened to me even when I wasn t sure what I wanted. She brought out the Rebecca, and I knew that it was The Dress as soon as I stepped into it. It was exactly what I d been looking for, and it (surprisingly) wasn t one of the 50 that I d printed out from various designers web sites.

After working with consultants at other stores who only heard lace or trumpet, it was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who listened and offered choices that met my unspoken needs. I loved how laid-back and chill the experience was. And, I even got to web-cam in my bridesmaids from around the US to help decide between my last two choices. The opportunity to get real-time feedback was such a perk.
I also selected my bridesmaids dress from Bel Fiore, and called ahead with the rough idea of what I was looking for in the dress design. Kaelynn had pulled a wide assortment of gowns that fit the bill as well as swatches so I could see every shade of red they carried. I had done a lot of pre-shopping homework, and again, I ended up getting a dress that exactly matched my vision that I hadn t seen in my research. Kaelynn and the other ladies working with Rachel the day we picked out the bridesmaids dress were so sweet and easy to work with, even as we grappled with every dress.

Bel Fiore Bridal turned my horror-filled wedding dress shopping experience into the classy and elegant (but relaxed) affair that I had hoped for!

Could not have asked for a better experience!! I had been to two other boutiques before arriving at Bel Fiore and thought I have found "the one". I decided to keep my appointment at Bel Fiore just to make absolutely sure I had found my dress. Most of the consultants I had dealt with throughout the day at the other stores had been nice, but still a little cold, not very welcoming. The second I walked into Bel Fiore and saw Kim's gorgeous, smiling face, I felt so comfortable and at ease! She took her time to explain all of the details of the store layout, options they offer, sales, special discounts -- you name it! She actually listened to what I liked and didn't like, and was there to help pick out styles that complimented what I wanted, not push options on me. I picked out a few dresses similar to the ones I had tried on at other stores that I liked and thought I was dead set on, but also helped me choose others that were a little different just to give me options. Low and behold a dress that she and I picked together ended up being completely different than the one lace dress I THOUGHT I wanted, and it was absolutely perfect! I literally could not have gone through the process of picking out my dress, deciding on bridesmaid dresses, alterations, etc without Kim! And not just Kim -- every consultant I ever spoke with over the phone was always so helpful with any questions or requests I had! I will ALWAYS refer my friends and family to Bel Fiore in the future! They definitely made the dress/bridesmaid dress portion of wedding planning the easiest and most fun out of anything else! Thank you all so much again for all of your help!

Loren was awesome! I had 6 of my bridesmaids with me...all socially distancing and wearing masks... and we had a fabulous time finding dresses. Loren explained how the process would work and made it so much fun. She was kind, friendly, professional and wise. She gave great advice and made everyone in my party feel special. I said "yes to the dress" at Bel Fiore! Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Before this I went to 3 other boutiques and none of them even came close to comparing to the customer service at Bel Fiore. I will forever recommend this place to other dress shoppers. They have QUALITY dresses for great prices and every person working there makes you feel like it's one of the most important days of your life...which is it!

This was my first experience shopping for a dress and Anna was very helpful and kept in mind what my wedding esthetic and picked what dress would look best. Needless to say I found my dress!

I had an amazing experience at Bel Fiore Bridal! So much so that I found "the dress" at my very first appointment and this was the first shop I went to. Autumn was incredible from the moment we walked in. She made us feel comfortable, listened attentively to what I was looking for and never made us feel rushed. She respected my preferences and worked hard to get me my dream dress. I was on a time crunch (wedding was in January and I started gown shopping in September!) but at the end, between Autumn, Ashleigh and everyone else at the shop, I got my dress, alterations and all, a month early! Their communication was great with letting me know when the different fabrics, belt, veil, etc. were going to arrive. I received so many compliments on my dress and I've already recommended Bel Fiore to a couple other friends. I was not one bit disappointed.

I found my perfect dress for our special day at Bel Fiore Bridal! It was such a pleasure working with NaDaisja . She was very attentive, helpful, and fun which made my dress shopping experience so enjoyable! They had a great selection of dresses as well. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Bel Fiore Bridal!

Just a general note, my dress was $500 more at this store then at another store I had visited the week before, I chose this store since it was closer and I had a coupon which brought the price of dress down $500 (only reason I bought the dress). I'm giving 3 starts for the poor alterations done to my dress, which dragged out until only two weeks before my wedding, they kept asking me to come back (4 trips total), however, my alternations were not made until before my last trip right before the wedding, it's as if they don't want you to have time to fix any issues. My alterations were almost $600, the bustle, which was not done until the very last appointment was only one tiny button, the majority of my dress was still on the floor. The alternations lady argued with me that she couldn't make it any more "bustled" then it already was. I paid $130 for her to sew one little button onto my dress?? What a rip off. Also, when she checked my length she asked me to go onto the elevated platform, and on my wedding day I see why. Almost nothing was done for the length, that dress dragged under my shoes the entire day. Another screw up on Bel Fiore's part was that the sash I ordered in pink delivered in white, at the time I didn't care and just kept it, but after the crappy extremely expensive alterations I am now a pissed customer and wanted to mention every screw up so that other brides do not make the mistake of going here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great time, picking out my wedding gown. Such nice great people and Loren did amazing helping me with everything. I highly recommend going there first!!!

The appointment was absolutely perfect. Autumn was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and helped us find the most beautiful gown. Eternally thankful!

Loren was amazing! She was extremely attentive, able to listen and see what details mattered to me in a dress and pick accordingly. She was patient with any questions, extremely knowledgeable about elements of dresses, and overall made the appointment fun and easy!!

Bel Fiore Bridal was the prefect place to go dress shopping! Their staff was so friendly and they helped me find my dream dress!!

Great experience! Definitely recommend. Staff is helpful, nice and encouraging. They make me feel welcome and special at each appointment. They have a good selection for normal and plus sizes. Also plenty of free parking.

Daisja helped me find my dream dress! Something I would have never imagined turned out to be perfect and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The store s selection of gowns was incredible too. Such an amazing experience overall!

I had an amazing experience with Bel Fiore! The salesperson was patience, experienced and very professional. She exactly what to pick for my style and body type. I was so impressed. She chose the perfect dress for me in one try on.

For my first bridal experience, I chose to visit a more mainstream bridal store with the idea in my head that they would have more options for me to choose from, pricing would be better than a boutique style bridal store.. Boy was I WRONG! I found that David's Bridal didnt have anything close to what I'd saved on my pinterest board, the consultant was uninterested and seemed that she couldnt care less about myself or my experience. After that, I found myself discouraged and frankly quite worried because I read online that dresses take 5-9 MONTHS to come in, plus alteration time and my wedding was 9 months away.

I called 15+ boutiques on a Saturday attempting to get an appointment the following day. Of course, all were booked. However, Bel Fiore was the ONLY boutique that offered to call me should there be a cancellation. Low & behold, Sunday morning comes around and my phone rang at 11AM with an opening for 1:30PM.

Upon arrival, I was greeting promptly and told that my consultant would be with me in a just a moment. I chose to go to this appointment solo, my bridal party wasnt able to make the last minute appointment and frankly all of the eyes and opinions of everyone else was intimidating during my previous experience.

Autumn, my bridal consultant, greeted me shortly after with a warm smile and immediately I had a feeling that today was the day. She offered me a refreshment and walked me through the boutique and explained how the layout worked. She handed me about 5-6 flowers to hang on the dresses that I wanted to try on and she would follow behind me to pull the dresses.

The prices of the dresses ranged from $699 (off the rack) to around $3K for the customer order dresses (from what I saw). I tried on my first dress and was AMAZED. The price was perfect, the beading was detailed, and it fit PERFECTLY. I had a feelings this was it, but wanted to try a few others to make sure. Autumn offered her honest, but graceful opinions throughout which was appreciated as I did not have my bridal party to give their input. After a few dresses, I put the first one back on, Autumn brought a veil and a beautiful tiara, and of course, the tears started flowing.

I took the dress home that same day, under budget and over the moon in smiles.

Thank you Bel Fiore and especially AUTUMN for an AMAZING experience. I wouldnt have wished for anything more.

I found an amazing dress with an amazing consultant! DANIEL is sooooo wonderful!! Our group got along so well with him, we were laughing the whole time and I felt soooo good-comfortable- and most of all- NOT stressed working with him. The salon is set up really nicely and you have your own mini room area so you feel like the only one shopping. It s a great set up. The price points are great and the service is even better!! Definitely make an appointment with Daniel!!! You won t regret it!!

Everyone here was wonderful and very welcoming! The stylists were very helpful and knowledgeable, and while I didn't find "the dress" here I did leave with a much better idea of what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

I had the best time looking for my wedding dress at Bel Fiore. My consultant was Chelsey and she was so unbelievably patient with me and so great to work with!! I loved every minute of trying on dresses and making sure I was on the path to finding MY dress. Everyone who works there is wonderful and so friendly. They have great specials on dresses and bridesmaid dress as well, I just couldn't believe it! The whole store is beyond beautiful and I loved the set up of it all! My experience at Bel Fiore is one for the books and I will always treasure my time looking for that one special dress and Chelsey definitely made it happen! She's great and I HIGHLY recommend going to Bel Fiore Bridal and asking for her when looking for THE dress!

Knew of them from work events and have loved partnering with them, but I finally had my own experience shopping with them, and it was great! We were there shopping for my best friends dress and it was a really nice experience. The dresses are gorgeous and they have a little of every style!

I had a great experience here at Bel Fiore Bridal. Autumn is amazing and pulled out all the wonderful experiences that every bride would hope to have when finding their dress.
They have a large selection that is great for many budgets. Samples start in size 10 and go up. Those are below $1000.
I am indecisive so I am taking the night to sleep on it but I may have found the dress I am going to get married in.

WOW! From the beginning to the end of my bridal consultation, Bel Fiore was AMAZING. To start with, every dress in the store is under $3000. The boutique is beautiful and welcoming when you walk in and so aesthetically pleasing. My consultant was phenomenal and did a great job of understanding what styles I liked and what styles would suit my body type best. The wedding dress I chose was one she picked for me, and I m so glad she did because I never would have chosen it myself. We even walked outside in the dress to see how it would look in the light. The veil-pairing, much like the customer-service, was perfect as well! Definitely a 5-star service and a must for any wedding dress shopping!

Love this place! I came with a friend last year and she got her gown here. Now that I am planning my own wedding, I came back and got my dress here! Their selection, prices, and service are unbeatable. My consultant, Bailey, was super sweet, patient, and did not pressure me to buy. She made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place over anywhere in the Atlanta area

I had Lauren as a bridal consultant and needless to say she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are so personal here and make you feel like a royal princess.

This business only cares about you until you buy a dress from them. Once you actually buy the dress they could care less about you and your concerns.

And FYI for anyone planning to or to buy a dress from here; alterations are outrageous. Keep that in mind when searching for a dress here. The seamstress quoted me almost $1000 to ALTER my dress. I paid about $1,600 for my dress, so the $1000 to alter my dress was totally outrageous. I voiced that it was way too pricey and that I would be checking some other seamstresses. The seamstress seemed frustrated and said that it was so expensive because there was "so much work that needed to be done," Which is funny because I took the dress to another seamstress who only mentioned two things that needed to be done to the dress and was quoting $100. The seamstress at Bel Fiore offered to discount $100 but it was still outrageously expensive. My mother also voiced some of her concerns, just to have the sales rep get an attitude and be sarcastic with her. (Short blonde haired lady, possibly a manger?)

I ended up leaving Bel Fiore and came back to pick up my veil with my mother and the same blonde haired woman who was there the previous day was there again. She did not greet nor acknowledge my mother and I, which is beyond unprofessional, especially when we spent over $2000 in this store. It's all very unfortunate because I have bragged to everyone about this place after purchasing my dress and having an absolute amazing appointment with Daniel, just to turn around and have to tell friends and family how disappointed we are with how things have went since I purchased my dress.

You would think that after spending more than $2000 here that my mother and I would be treated with more respect. And then I found out a few days ago that I paid more for my dress than what it is selling for at other bridal shops. Wedding planning and spending is already incredibly stressful, and then to find out that you paid more for your dress than and were not offered discounts or other promotions that other customers were offered is not professional and adds to the already stressful possess.

Autumn was very helpful in getting my son fitted for his tux for prom. The service was exceptional. We would certainly recommend Bel Fiore to friends.

This was my first dress appointment and to say they set the bar high would be an understatement! I had so much fun finding out what styles I actually liked and Loren did such a great job helping me navigate through my thoughts. Not only did she help me differentiate between what I liked as a pretty dress to ones I wanted to wear for my wedding but she didn't make me feel pressured. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress!

Wow, I cannot say enough of great things about Bel Fiore Bridal. From the moment I stepped in the salon, I felt at home. The staff was so sweet! I was a bit nervous about the whole 'trying on the dress' process because I had a bad experience elsewhere but the staff, especially Carlynn, was AMAZING. She got to know me for ME, not as 'just another bride'. From that moment I felt very comfortable. I really loved how I could walk through the salon and tag dresses that interested me. Carlynn was so sweet to pull dress after dress to help me find "the one!". I tried on this beautiful gown and feel in love. I am a 'type a- think on all big decisions'- type of girl, so I wanted to go home and think about the dress. Bel Fiore was very supportive and I didn't feel pressured one bit. The next weekend, I called Bel Fiore back, tried on the dress, and purchased it! Bel Fiore was more than I could have ever hoped for in a bridal salaon. I am so excited and blessed that I got to experience Bel Fiore! The selection is large and the prices range for every budget. I will recommend them over and over again! Don't waste your time going to other salons. Go to Bel Fiore! You won't regret it!

Jessie was my dress angel. Funny, professional, informative, and never pushy. It took three trips to find my perfect gown and I feel the credit must go entirely to Jessie s guidance and patience. We always had a great time every visiting laughing and going over details. She helped me to realize and thing about aspects of the dress and its mobility for the wedding. After visiting on Saturday for the trunk show I woke up Sunday know I just had to get my dress. The shop was able to get us in for a quick 30 mins and I FINALLY have my dress picked. Thank you so much for helping managing sil, mil, bridesmaids, grandpas, and of course mama! I can t wait to get my dress!

100% recommend both this boutique and every employee that works here. Autumn was my consultant and her help made picking the perfect dress a stress free process. Minh did my alterations quickly and perfectly. I really could not say enough good things. Their dresses are reasonably priced and customer service is better than a lot of large bridal stores. I would share a picture of my dress, but the big day has not happened just yet.

Bel Fiore has perfected making a normal, everyday girl, truly feel like a bride. I am typically not one to be in the spotlight and am usually very nervous when given too much attention. Upon walking into Bel Fiore, I was greeted calmly, and immediately taken to my own private area which was surrounded with nice comfy VIP sofas so my guests were made to feel very welcome too. They even had my name written on a plate with hearts and then handed me some flowers to go and begin hanging them on the dresses I wanted to try on. Chelsea, my assigned dress specialist, did a phenomenal job of reading me and almost knew how I felt about every dress before I even said a word. She let my guests voice their opinions freely, commented when most appropriate and she asked me all of the right questions to best help me find my gown. I tried on 6 gowns in total, and the last one was the winner I felt like a sophisticated woman and elegant bride to be. Not to mention, they ensured that the rest of my family and bridal party that all live across the country, were able to join in my day via a private web cam to share in this special occasion.

By the end of my appointment, I FOUND THE GOWN of my dreams and what I thought would be a stressful day, turned out to be one of the happiest days of my wedding planning experience thus far. Look no further, Bel Fiore is by far the best in the bridal business, and I can t wait to return to find our bridesmaids dresses and pick up my dress for our big day.

This was such an amazing first experience! NaDaisja was amazing and made this experience feel specifically specials to me. The dresses are beautiful and the consultants are so helpful!

I had such an unforgettable experience at Bel Fiore. I went in and was welcomed with a personalized welcome sign. They listened to all of the wants I wanted in a dress. Didn't waste any time. When I told what i liked about each dress, made sure to pull dresses that incorporated those things while getting rid of the things i disliked. It was my first appointment here, and I wound up walking out and buying a dress. The following day, I realized i was not sure I was absolutely in love with the dress that I got. They responded promptly and did EVERYTHING they could to make sure I would feel special on my wedding day and reassured me that they would be willing to work with me on my concerns. They were so incredibly timely, professional and kind about the whole process. Kaylin was amazing and the store really made you feel like a bride. I would recommend others to to try here first. The variety of styles and sizes they have and the ability to make sure you get the full experience out of your appointment, really put me at ease.

I loved everything about Bel Fiore and they were my first and ONLY appointment. They greet you with a smile and it just gets better from there. While Katie helped me step into the gowns, the entire team worked together to help me discover my dream dress in a totally relaxed atmosphere. The dresses are beautiful and the prices are better. Don't be afraid to walk in just because it is a boutique. I found my dream dress and already have great memories just from trying it on.They helped handle all my fittings (my dress fit like a glove), measure and order the bridesmaid dresses and got the gents suited up to a "T." Elizabeth, Katie, Lucy, and all of the other ladies were a dream to work with. Special thanks to Elizabeth, Katie, and Lucy for the true Southern Hospitality!

Vonna, Ashleigh and Renee are so awesome!! I d been to Belfiore a few different times (before I was the bride) and all the women were always so welcoming, patient and experienced. Every friend that has come to Belfiore for their wedding dress thus far has been SO pleased with their experience which is why I came when I got engaged. The dresses are also such better quality than many other places I ve been too... which matters if the bride wants to feel great in the dress! They do a great job of making the appointment a special experience for the whole group you bring... we had a blast. Elizabeth at Bel Foire Bridal was awesome! She made me and my family feel comfortable and relaxed while trying on their beautiful dresses. And I am happy to say I said yes to the dress of my dreams, which was also under budget! I definitely recommend this place, good service, great selection and convenient location.

The personalized service you get at Bel Fiore is exceptional. Robin was highly attentive, honest, and felt trustworthy. She was very patient and encouraging. We never got the sense that she just wanted to sell us a dress. The others on staff were also very helpful and they assisted one another nicely. In comparison, some of the prices seemed a bit higher for very similar styles we'd seen elsewhere, but we also understand that many designers have similar styles, and it could cause a difference in the price. Our plan is to return to pick attire for the rest of the bridal party too.

They made me feel at ease and gave me a very positive outlook on my big day. I love this team and I am very happy with my entire experience here.

I went here during their "Sample Sale" where all of the sample dresses were supposed to be $799 or less. Much to my dismay, there was a small selection of dresses that fit this criteria and none of those dresses were my taste. Immediately upon arriving, we were told we would have to wait while they cleaned up the store. About twenty minutes later we were able to sit down and begin our consultation. I was really optimistic that I would find a dress due to their vast selection. However, this was not the case. My consultant seemed very frustrated which in turn made me feel the same and I was not able to have a pleasant experience in this shop. Through this process, I visited 5 different stores to try on wedding dresses and this was by far my worst experience. No one seemed excited to help me or make me find my special dress, only excited to make a sale.

I had the most incredible time at Bel Fiore. I went with my mom, and we had a great experience with the store and our consultant, Rhonda.

Rhonda always gave her honest opinion and catered to my needs. She really listened to what I liked and found incredible dresses for me to try on. She was very patient as I tried on dresses and really did her best to make me feel special the whole day.

I had visited other wedding stores before and liked some of the dresses, but have never been sold on any of them. At Bel Fiore I loved and couldn't decide between 4 dresses! The collection is amazing. In the 2 hours I was there, I saw numerous brides say yes to the dress. Bel Fiore is a definite must for all brides!

Julia is the BEST EVER. This place is so adorable and accommodating. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The dresses are so unique, and absolutely beautiful. I found the dress of my dreams here, thanks to Julia. I couldn t be happier!

My experience at Bel Fiore was fantastic! They let us browse and select styles we liked and as the appointment went on Andrea would find other styles that might work. They are super helpful and would 100% recommend shopping here.

Andrea was amazing! I told her what I wanted and she picked a couple of dresses for me but the one and only I had in my Pinterest bird was the one. I loved it as soon as I put it on.

I would not recommend this place for a few reasons. I am a bridesmaid and we were allowed to choose any dress that we wanted from the Dessy Collection. When I went for my fitting I tried on several dresses in the collection and selected one that I liked. I selected the dress and left. Then, when I called to confirm my payment (thank god that I did) they said that my dress number style did not exist in the Dessy Collection. Turns out the lady that helped me the first time had me trying on dresses from an entirely different collection. So, I had to schedule another appointment and go back. They did give me 15% off for the inconvenience. Move forward a few months. My dress was supposed to arrive in July and in mid August I still had heard NOTHING from Bel Fiore. I called to see what the deal was and the lady that answered the phone response was "Oh I guess the bride just didn't tell you". I just spent almost $300 on a dress and you can't make a call to tell me it has arrived? When I went to pick up the dress, I showed up 20 minutes before close. The lady was rushing me out and I could tell she did not want me to go try it on in the back to make sure everything was good to go. She made me sign a waiver stating that once the dress left the store, they were not responsible for it any more. Sure enough, I got home, pulled it out of the plastic wrap, tried it on, and the front seam for the empire waist came out. Very crappy quality...I can already see the chiffon stretching from the sewing holes and the wedding has not even happened yet. Don't go here, crappy quality of dresses and they do not have it together.

They are so patient and sweet! I loved working with Autumn especially :) They have hundreds of dress options, so you are sure to find your "one".

My experience at Bel Fiore was perfect. Kim was my consultant and she helped me out by answering any & all questions I had. I really appreciated that she took time out of her day to always be available via email and phone. I ended up getting my tuxes through Bel Fiore too so it was an entirely seamless process. I would recommend this boutique to anyone and I really enjoyed my experience here!

I made an appointment for myself first to determine if bringing my bridal party would be worth it. They have an amazing assortment of dresses and multiple sizes. I am curvy and I wasn t disappointed at all with the options. I brought my bridal party and Loren was amazing. She was gracious, helpful, encouraging and funny. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I said YES to the dress

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Bel Fiore Bridal. My niece got her dress there and so did we. I love their new location even better than the old one. The way the dressing rooms are designed, you feel like you are the only one in the shop. The have lovely seats for the quests, and pamper the bride with undivided attention.

Can t say enough good things!! Loren was wonderful in every way! She made me feel beautiful, accepted, and comfortable as I tried on dresses. I came in with a specific vision and she pulled THE dress and then paired it with the most perfect veil. The dress and veil were under budget and checked every box. I can t wait to wear it on our wedding!

The service, the prices, the quality is all amazing. I bought my wedding dress from them and it was the best decision I could have made.

I went here twice- once with some of my bridesmaids when my mom was out of town, and then came back with my mom after. Both times I had a great experience. It was super fun to go with my girls and they even let us bring in champagne and provided glasses for us. I was never rushed and was able to pick out dresses that I wanted to try on- sounds basic but not everywhere I went let me do that, and I really appreciated getting to have more of a say in what I tried on. Ultimately, I had a hard time deciding between two dresses, and they were extremely patient with me and let me try them both on multiple times. Definitely had the most fun shopping here out of all of the dress shops I went to.

It was very well handled with covid-19. Very personalized and helpful. Loren was the best. She listened to me and helped me find the perfect dress. I definitely recommend!!

Deja (Deisha), I don t know how to spell her name, but she s the best! I came into this store feeling so defeated. The dresses, from other bridal stores, I loved were out of budget and the ones within budget and I hated. The pandemic set me a month behind planning and I absolutely needed a dress this month. This was the last store I was willing to go to before I gave in and just picked a dress. I told Deja my budget and explained to her exactly what I was looking. She managed to calm my nerves and handed me flowers to hang on the dress I liked. In the end, we found the perfect dress! It s absolutely beautiful, had the uniqueness I crave, and well within my budget! These prices are the cheapest I ve seen since David s Bridal. I absolutely love the customer service and I highly recommend shopping here if you re looking for affordable wedding gowns.

Didn't end up getting my dress here, but the consults and manger were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and the recommendations were totally accurate for my style and body type.

This is a wonderful bridal boutique and Anna is a fabulous consultant! I came into town from NH to visit my mom and go dress shopping. I was starting to feel discouraged after going to a variety of other bridal boutiques in New England and the Atlanta area. Bel Fiore was hands down the best! Their dresses were organized it a way that was easy to shop silhouettes and looks that matched my style. They also had a large variety of amazing plus sized options where I didn t feel limited to a certain look. The lighting, style, and atmosphere made me feel relaxed and I could be myself and have some fun. I finally had the bridal experience here that I had been looking to feel everywhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about Anna- she went above and beyond! She called me the night before and went over everything with me. The next morning I arrived and she had obviously heard my vision for she had pulled a dress that was my favorite option I had pinned. From the moment I walked in she felt like the best friend I wish I had with me. She comforted any insecurities, made things fun, and navigated any emotions I or my mom were having seamlessly. After trying on a handful of dresses she took in all my critiques and ended up going back to the floor and grabbing the one . Once I found it the consultants worked together making me my bridal vision come together with a head piece, flowers, and little photo shoot to share with my friends/family afar. I never once felt pressured and felt welcomed by all. 100% check out Bel Fiore Bridal you will love the experience!

I will preface this review by saying that I'm not a very sentimental person when it comes to material things, and so choosing my wedding dress wasn't as meaningful to me as it is to other brides. Prior to visiting Bel Fiore on Saturday, I had been to a couple of other bridal shops and tried on gowns with no success. I was feeling a bit disappointed in my search, as the entire experience was a let down, from the dresses, to the service, to the way that I personally felt about being *in them.* Keeping my lack of enthusiasm in mind, I was truly not expecting much on Saturday afternoon, but my bridesmaids were very excited about this whole thing and had come in from out of town so I had to put on a brave face.

From the get go, you could tell this would be different. The store itself is beautiful and they had a section set aside for me personally, with a welcome sign and a couch for my girls. My sales associate was Shanna and after I told her the kind of style I was interested (which wasn't anything in particular), she gave me four flowers to pick out four dresses, then take it from there. I was disappointed to try on my favorite dress from Essence of Australia, and learn that it did nothing for me. I looked like a big cake (I'm a size 14). After trying on a beauty of a dress on final sale, my girls were in love. I would like to point out that this final sale dress was originally $2000 and was going for $799 which is incredibly affordable. I wanted to try on a few others and went for a gown that wasn't really my style and we were all in awe. I hadn't felt this way about any of the other dresses, and as soon as Shanna put on that veil on me, I knew. I got so incredibly emotional (so cheesy, I know) I had to hold back my tears.

After this Shanna urged me to try on a few others but after a couple I already knew it was futile. I was in love with that previous dress. My gown was $1650 and once I made the commitment to buy it, I learned that I would be receiving a 10% discount. This just happened naturally and I didn't have to haggle, which honestly, I'm not very good at. I also purchased a GORGEOUS belt to go with the dress and received it at 50% off. All in all, I was so incredibly pleased with this experience and really began to get excited afterwards.

I'd also like to point out that unlike other places, Shanna actually *listened* to me, and was so attentive and intuitive and looked happy for me. I understand that this is a sales person's job, but she did it effortlessly and in a way that seemed genuine; which I'm sure it was. I cannot stress how IMPORTANT this was to me. Thank you, Bel Fiore. Thank you, Shanna. And can't wait to come back once my dress arrives!

Kim was my consultant and she was the best! She was so helpful and sweet. The salon is beautiful and they provide 1 on 1 attention unlike some bridal salons that have you show dresses you try on to a room full of people you don't even know. I highly recommend Bel Fiore to any bride you will not have a better experience anywhere else!

Bel Fiore is simply amazing! Everyone there is SO friendly & extremely helpful! They made me feel so special the day I found my dress! Autumn is amazing, knowledgeable & friendly! I was looking for a bridal salon that had sample dresses that I could try on in my size (I m not the typical sample size). They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses in a wide range of sizes. I just can t say enough nice things! I d 100% recommend going to Bel Fiore to find your dream wedding dress!!

Overall, my experience with Bel Fiore was immensely disappointing. I first visited this location in October 2015 to try on some Essense of Australia wedding gowns since they come in small to plus sizes.
On my first visit I tried on about 5 wedding gowns, and my consultant, Kaylin was great so there was no problem there. What I didn't know when I arrived was that Bel Fiore can order plus sized gowns but do not seem to keep over a size 12 in store which is extremely off-putting not knowing how your gown is going to look when you're trying things on that are four sizes too small. At this point I should not have continued with my appointment looking back.
Finally I was at the end of my appointment and had not found what I was looking for. I gave the store a final pick-through and found something different that I wanted to try. It was a size 10 but they said they could make it work on me. I tried this dress on and fell in love and had my first "bridal moment," after having tried on about 15 gowns before this. I was excited even though it didn't fit at all they clamped it together so I could see what it might look like. She took my measurements and explained that, based on my measurements, I should order up in case it's too small. (Please note they were having this made and it would take 8 months to arrive). Since I had no idea how these things worked, I trusted she knew what was right and signed by the waiver that I agreed to this size. It was a size 28 and I usually wear a size 18-20 in dresses.
It wasn't until a few months after purchasing my non-refundable dress that I read an article about how dress boutiques sometimes get you to order up a few sizes to make more money off of alterations so then I got scared. In April 2016, my dress was ready and I was anxious to try it on. I tried on my dress and I could literally stick my arm inside my dress with it zipped it was so huge. I was extremely sad and disappointed because it had been 6 months and I still had no idea what I was supposed to look like in this dress because first it was too small and now it was insanely too big. Since I signed off on it there was nothing to be done.
I met the seamstress who would alter my dress. I apologize but I do not remember her name. She stated there was a lot of work to be done on this dress and even insinuated it could not be taken in enough to look right since it was so huge on me. Two weeks later I went in to try on my dress again. I arrived about 15 min early and ended up waiting for an hour until the shop closed. They remained open since I had driven so far and had been waiting for so long but I was extremely frustrated at this point. The seamstress had added cups and maybe taken the dress in about 4 inches all the way around and it was still incredibly large. Upon trying my dress on she was trying to remove and reattach the cups to fix the top and pricked her finger staining my dress with blood. She tried to go on with the appointment but I insisted she get the stain off right then. She was able to remove the stain but I was not happy with the way this all happened since she was trying to rush because she had run her previous appointment late. I will say that the manager, Elizabeth, did thoroughly apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a list of other seamstresses to contact but did not offer to compensate me or give me any money back for my troubles.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bel Fiore and also very disappointed with how my dress turned out. I was not able to afford to get that much dress professionally altered and it therefore never turned out right and did not look great in my photos. From everything that happened with my wedding I am most saddened and disappointed with this dress and how everything turned out. Having ordered a dress so ridiculously large, it was impossible to alter down to my size and fit how I needed it to fit. If there's one thing I could change about my wedding it would be buying my dress from Bel Fiore. I left this exact review on other websites and Bel Fiore tried to dispute it.
