This was my first time trying wedding gowns on and the staff was so helpful! Ashleigh was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She even insisted I go outside in the gowns I loved to get the full effect since our wedding will be outdoors. From start to finish I was so happy! I ended up buying the 2nd gown I tried and even picked out my bridesmaids dress AND my mom found a dress! I would HIGHLY recommended this shop for all your bridal party needs!

Absolutely loved working with everyone at Bel Fiore! Daniel was my consultant and he knocked it out of the park in finding my perfect dress. Everyone was honest when I was trying on dresses (I asked them to be!) and but also very supportive. Margarita is an expert seamstress. My dress looks amazing and I can t wait to wear it! I LOVED my experience at Bel Fiore! The store is warm and inviting and very chic. I loved that each bride has a semi private area to try on the dresses so that you're not out in front of everybody. My area even already had my name written on a sign welcoming me when I arrived, which I thought was a nice touch.

My consultant was Kaylin and she was fantastic! I came in thinking I wanted a certain style of dress similar to ones I had already tried on and ended buying something completely different and I am absolutely in love with it. Kaylin really listened to what I wanted and when I found a dress that I really liked but didn't like the fabric, she went and pulled a similar style in a different fabric and that one was perfect. I also appreciated that she didn't push to get me to buy something just to make a sale. I had some experiences at other stores that made me feel like they were pressuring me to buy. They kept telling me I was running out of time. Talk about stressful!

I'm sorry to say this but it needs to be said - I wish I hadn't picked Bel Fiore as my first "trying-on" experience. Although the girl who helped me was very nice and stuck with me and asked me lots of questions, other than that this place is...shall we say...in need of repair. The dresses look old and aren't protected in sealed bags, and this makes them seem low quality (whether they are or aren't I'm not sure, but I didn't like a single one I saw or tried on and presentation makes a huge difference. They just FELT cheap). I don't know, the atmosphere just felt decrepit. Especially after going to other shops (with equally or CHEAPER priced dresses) and seeing how on top of their game they were. Let me do you a favor - don't waste precious time here ladies.

Great place to find my perfect dress! Shout out to seamstress Minn who was able to get some very noticeable scuff marks off my dress bedore the big day. I got so many compliments on my wedding day. Bel fiore made my wedding day perfect!

I was invited by my soon-to-be daughter-in-law to accompany her with one of her bridesmaids to Bel Fiore. It was a spectacular experience. She came with her wish list but was flexible, and the staff brought other dresses that they thought would flatter her build as a plus-sized woman. By the time she said 'Yes, this is my dress! practically the whole staff and even other customers were watching her and telling her how stunning it was. She changed her mind about what she wanted to what made her happy and excited. Five stars for every aspect of our visit!

Wow wow! Blown away at Julia s knowledge on fashion and fit! She was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down all the dresses that I tried on by explaining which features of the dress/design accentuated my figure. With her help and patience (and two sessions) I was able to find THE dress! This was also due to the fact that Bel Fiore has a good variety of dress styles. I was really looking for long sleeve and modest - it s so hard to find these days!!

Bel Fiore has a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses, with varying styles and price ranges. Andrea helped my during my appointment and she was so accommodating. I had a few family members who were unable to come in person, and Andrea what no problem with us calling them on FaceTime and helping show them the dresses. She was quick to bring over accessories and veils when needed, and overall made me feel special and beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting Bel Fiore for your wedding dress shopping experience.

I had heard great experiences from a few family friends that had purchased their dress here. We thought we would give it a shot- best decision ever! Shanna was my consultant and she could not have been any better! She actually picked out the dress I chose! First time trying on dresses- tried on about 4 and said yes to the most beautiful one! They give you AMAZING deals on bridesmaids dresses, your dress, and even tuxes! Best bridal shop in town!

Bel Fiore Bridal is AMAZING! I came in with an idea of what I wanted my dress to look like, but with a willingness to try anything. The consultant there focused her time solely on me finding the dress of my dreams. She picked out a dress that was not necessarily what I was going for, and she told me to just try it on that it would look good on my figure. And oh my goodness, I felt so beautiful in that dress. I could not have picked a better wedding dress for myself. It was stunning and I have received so many compliments. I am so thankful for Bel Fiore and their expertise.

I said YES to the FIRST DRESS I TRIED ON! My experience at Bel Fiore was exactly what I envisioned shopping for my wedding dress would be. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she made an effort to get to know me and kept the mood upbeat. I absolutely love this bridal shop! The staff is so friendly and professional. Elizabeth was my consultant and she was very interested in me and my style. I didn't have to look too far for my dress. She had it everything laid out and prepared before my arrival. After trying on 2 dresses I said yes to my dress! The price was right in my budget and worth every penny. Bel Fiore Bridal Is the most unique and dreamy a bridal shop there is!
I visited three bridal shops before this one which became my last stop! My dress consultant talk to me before we started picking out dresses and guided me toward exactly what I was looking for! I feel like I did not experience this kind of service at any other bridal store that I went to. From the second I walked in I feel so welcomed. The shop is well organized and clean it has the best selection of dresses out of every other shop that I looked at. They literally have everything, where I realized other shops were limited to a specific style . and you feel so secluded and comfortable in your area when you are trying on dresses and your family has a spacious beautiful place to sit!
I was disappointed in other shops because they didn t give you that special experience you dream of your whole life, but Bel Fiore Bridal made it feel like a dream!

I had a very bad experience with Bel Fiore. I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding, and when it came time to order my bridesmaid dress from Bel Fiore, I got measured and found that I was between a size 2 and a size 4, according to the measurements provided on Bel Fiore s website for that particular dress. As I live out of state and couldn t go to the store in person to see the sample dress, I called the store and asked for advice on which size to order. The woman I spoke to (whose name I unfortunately didn t write down) told me the dress is stretchy so I should order the size 2 given my measurements.

Months passed and we didn t hear a word about the dresses. Eventually, about one month before the wedding, the bride called the store to ask what was going on with the bridesmaid dresses, and learned the dresses had come in a month ago, but the store had forgotten to notify her. Super!

When I finally got my dress, it was so tight I could barely get it zipped up, and breathing was out of the question. Also, it was not remotely stretchy no give at all. Another bridesmaid (who had actually gone in person to the store to get fitted) had the same issue with her dress it was way too small and she couldn t get hers zipped up at all. Neither of us had gained weight since we got measured, so that wasn t the problem. The measurements given for that dress were clearly wrong.

I called Bel Fiore to complain and asked why I had been advised to order the size 2 and why the customer service person had told me the dress was stretchy, when it clearly wasn t. The woman I spoke to (Elizabeth?) confirmed that my measurements were in line with a size 2 or 4 in that dress, but then had the nerve to tell me that my version of events could not have happened she said it s not their policy to ever advise girls on what size dress to order.

Now, this is a store that has enormous turnover in their employees, so I found it perplexing that Elizabeth was so certain none of her staff would have ever possibly said something like that to a customer. I asked her, Are you saying I m lying? and she replied in a sugar sweet tone, I would never call you a liar! I said, but you re saying that what I ve just told you could not be true And she answered, Right, it s not possible, we would have never told you what size to order.

The conversation deteriorated from there, ending with Elizabeth telling me there was nothing they could do to make it right. Never in my life have I experienced such degrading treatment--being accused of dishonesty--from a store that I was giving my business to. I don t know if it is Bel Fiore s general company policy to automatically assume the customer is lying if they don t like what the customer is saying, or if Elizabeth was just having an off day, but either way I found the whole episode to be beyond the pale.

In the end, the bride s mother went to the store on my behalf and got them to agree to alter the dress for me for free. I do give the store credit for agreeing to do that. Unfortunately, because I was coming in from out of state the day before the wedding, the timing didn t work out and I wound up having to take it elsewhere.

While the store did try to make it right in the end, the reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of the astonishingly unprofessional treatment I received, and the general mess Bel Fiore made of the whole business from start to finish (advising me to order the wrong size, telling me the dress was stretchy when it was not, then forgetting to notify the bride when the dresses actually came in, leaving us with very little time to arrange alterations).

This place was so amazing. I told Sydney everything I was looking for in a dress and she brought me several. She was so helpful. The store itself had such a variety of dresses, I m sure you would find THE dress at Bel Fiore. Overall great experience.

After going to other dress shops, I feel comfortable saying that Andrea helped make my experience worth while. She went above and beyond and made me feel like a bride. She helped me picture my day with adding the extras like the veil, some flowers to hold, and even grabbed a dress the color my bridesmaids would be wearing to give me a clear vision of just how beautiful my day will be. She made my vision come to life, and made the decision all the more easier. She was friendly, informative, and respecting of my wishes and concerns. I would like to give her a big shout out and thank you for helping me find the perfect dress.

Side note: we must have done something right bc everyone in the store kept coming over to check out what we were doing. So excited for the big day to come now!!

I have been to Bel Fiore twice and had such an amazing experience both times. Some bridal shops can be stuffy - they don t let you pick your own dresses, put them on yourself, or rush you into buying and if you re not buying that day, rush you out the door. I worked with two different associates at Bel Fiore and both times they were absolutely wonderful. I never felt rushed or stressed. If you have the chance, I highly recommend working with Renee. She genuinely wants you to find your dream dress and will even search the store to find the certain dress she knows you ll love. She was kind, patient and took great pictures for my mom who lives out of town. She was also available after the appointment by text which was great for any questions I thought of after. Thank you Bel Fiore and especially Renee for making dress shopping fun!! I will recommend you to anyone!

Don t shop here unless you like to be lied to. I bought my FIRST dress here and I wish I never would ve even come here. First of all, when they tell you that you re measuring in between sizes, ORDER THE SIZE UP!!! I was told it was cheaper to let the dress out than it was to take it in (which my consultant told me multiple times - both times I was there, which she later denied completely). Keep in mind ladies, this is untrue and quite the opposite. After being told I should get the size down (also denied later and blames on my sister who was there with me) I could hardly get my dress over my hips when it came in. I barely gained weight over the holidays (4-5 lbs to be exact), yet she said the weight I gained was the cause of this. Luckily I went dress shopping early and was able to figure this out sooner than later. I ended up going somewhere else and had the BEST experience. If you re ever unhappy about anything with Bel Fiore, they re going to deny it until the cows come home and blame it all on you. I will never in my life recommend this place to any future bride.

I went to get my bridesmaids dresses in November 2015. I went so far ahead of time to ensure if any mistakes happened I would have plenty of time to fix them. My wedding is October 8, 2016. Upon ordering my maid of honors dress in November, we got a call in FEBURARY that the dress she PAYED FOR and ordered could not be ordered in our color with that dress. Let me say we went THREE times to try on this dress before ordering and we weren't told this until FEB. So my MOH was forced to order a dress she didn't want. No money was refunded and she still had to pay for the other dress. NOW 7 WEEKS UNTIL MY WEDDING, my bridesmaid picked up her dress to find out they ordered the WRONG DRESS. Now there is nothing they can do and she is stuck with the wrong dress for my wedding. Seeing as there are so many shops to choose from I beg you NOT TO CHOOSE THIS ONE. I would NEVER wish the stress and disappointment this store has had on my during my wedding process on ANYONE else!!!

One Saturday morning, my daughter and I traveled to Atlanta in search of her wedding dress, we had five appointments that day. Bel Fiore was our first stop and after all appointments at 5:15 we called to see if we could make a second trip back to re-try a dress that had won her heart from the very start. Kindly they squeezed us in, invited us back and we ended up purchasing that dress.

In the weeks preceding our visit to Atlanta as well as our day spent there it was horrible experience after horrible experience, with the exception of this establishment. As a business owner myself I think it is important to share this feedback and to let everyone know how wonderful our experience was. This is true even if we didn't purchase her dress from Bel Fiore; their customer service was outstanding, their prices for designer gowns were very reasonable, the store was clean, well kept and organized, the presentation in welcoming us was by far over the top, our consultant Kaylin was knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly not once did we get the feeling that we were being rushed or pushed into a purchase.

They have a large selection of dresses that can satisfy the simple at heart or the most elaborate and the prices (I can't say this enough) are so reasonable! They even have a sample/sale rack (with dresses that are CURRENT and in EXCELLENT condition) for ridiculously low prices!

By far, it's the pleasant customer service that you will appreciate ladies. They can be booked solid and you will feel like you are the only one in the store.

Keep doing what you're doing Bel Fiore, you have an amazing team!

I want to start by saying my shopping experience with Shanna was amazing!!! She was helpful and there was absolutely no pressure which was a big deal after visiting a few other shops. The shop is well kept and there is a great selection even for us plus sized girls. The only complaint i have is with the rushed alterations. I went in and was out with in maybe 20 minutes. I got into my dress and it just was not sitting right. I was attempting to adjust myself but the sleeves kept getting caught. The whole time i was trying to adjust myself the alterations lady was trying to pin. I kept asking her to stop as the dress was not sitting correctly but it took my maid of honor stepping in to get her to stop pinning. Once i was adjusted she pinned and asked me a few question and i walked around to make sure the length was ok. When i went back to the store after the alterations were complete the dress was still not fitting well on the top and it felt like no changes to the top were even made but the bustle looked amazing!! Unfortunately the bustle did not hold up during my wedding. I assumed the issue with the top was my chubby arms and conceded that the dress was just going to be what it is. At the end of the day the dress was amazing and i've received hundreds of compliments and i would still highly recommend this store but i will say control your own experience and if you aren't happy say something.

We had a lovely time trying on bridesmaid dresses here. Julia was responsive to our feedback and didn't waste time trying to convince us we wanted something we didn't like. There weren't a LOT of plus sized dresses to try on, but there were a few. We didn't buy from here as we found an off-the-rack dress elsewhere (just one bridesmaid).

Taylor was simply AMAZING. She listened to what I was wanting and helped me find the dress I didn t even know I was dreaming of! She added the straps and the veil and I absolutely did not want to take it off. I can t thank her enough, even though she made it so hard because all the dresses were stunning. I will recommend this place to every bride I meet! And of coarse grab Taylor if you can. You will not regret it!!

Update!! I can not say enough good things about this place!! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here as well. Well after some thought and discussions I realized I rushed and got dresses that weren t going to fit well
For my wedding. I panicked and called to see if I could cancel my order even though it had already been placed. They were SO HELPFUL. They were worried about me and not the sale. We were able to get it canceled so I can work more on finding the perfect dresses. They took so much stress off of me, even if it didn t benefit them. Thank you thank you thank you! This company is doing things right!!!!

My daughter heard about this place from her friend who recently used them to buy her dress. This is a comfortable suite that makes you feel at home while you are surrounded by so many beautiful dresses it is sensory overload! My daughter found her dress in one trip. The prices were affordable and the experience I got to share with my daughter and her friends is one I will never forget.

I ve visited the shop three times so far twice for my wedding dress and once for bridesmaid dresses. I ve worked with Chandler and Lauren. I had a wonderful experience all three times. They were patient and encouraging and supportive while I tried on dresses and most importantly, they didn t rush me!! And they let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. That was not my experience at other shops. Plus, the shop is just beautiful inside and really inspiring and bright. The staff asked me questions about each dress that helped me discern what I did and didn t like, which I ultimately needed to make my final decision. When I went back with a bridesmaid, three of the dresses I saw online weren t at the shop they were in storage. The staff went to the nearby storage unit and got the dresses for us to try and that s a prime example of going above and beyond. Would highly recommend Bel Fiore. Also, the prices are affordable. I wasn t sure if they would be since prices aren t listed on the website.

The overall experience was great! Loren was incredibly thorough and helpful. I wasn t able to get my dress at my bridal appointment, but she was incredibly helpful in taking pictures and providing info.

I had a wonderful experience at Bel Fiore Bridal! They had a great selection of dresses and reasonably priced. It was a very personal experience and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Kim helped me and she was so sweet and so patient :) It was the second store I went to and bought my dress on the first visit! Thank you Bel Fiore!

Bell Fiore bridal saved the day for me! I had already been to five different bridal shops and was getting discouraged and disheartened by not being able to find a dress. Not only were some shops unwelcoming and even pushy but they did not provide the selection or the warm environment that I found in Bel Fiore. From the moment I walked in to Bel Fiore I felt welcome and it was a positive, friendly and happy environment. I was greeted and escorted to an area specifically for me, already setup with a welcome sign with my name on it! I felt so honored that they were treating me so sweetly and making me feel so special rather than just another nameless bride. Then, there is no pressure when picking dresses or trying them on. It was all about me what I wanted. All they wanted to do is anything they could to help me find the perfect dress for my perfect day. Rhonda was amazing, patient and so helpful, even when I knew I found the one she let me try on more just to make sure that I wouldn't change my mind and so that it would hopefully solidify my decision. It was getting close to closing time and I never even once felt rushed. She was so helpful and so patient that it just made the experience absolutely amazing. It's better than I ever could've imagined and I am so thankful that I found the dress of my dreams all because of Bel Fiore and Rhonda! If you want an amazing experience, a positive and helpful environment, and a gorgeous selection, Bel Fiore it is definitely the place to go. They have a wide selection of such beautiful dresses at incredibly reasonable prices and each and every consultant is helpful and kind. I highly recommend Bel Fiore!
