I ordered an HBE 411 A Dynamic automatic band saw at the end of 2018. As long as it was about getting the order, the sales unit / external service provider Fa. Kissing was present and told and showed what such a machine can do. An invitation to the Expo rounded this off. Very impressed by this, I ordered this "marvel of German engineering" including various additional components. The scope of the work that the machine was supposed to do was clearly defined and not unusual - straight cuts in bundles of 60x40mm.
When the machine was delivered and put into operation, the disaster began.
Wrong saw bands (a total of 3 versions were tested - each should be the right one, missing software etc. No requests for help, e.g. to Lenox (supplier of the saw bands) etc.
First large sample order of 25 tons. ended after 1/4 of the work with the failure of the FI fuses of the hydraulics. Exact tests then showed that the hydraulic unit was running out and the follow-up orders were lost because the sample order was not fulfilled within the agreed time window. This hydraulic unit was then replaced a total of 3 times. The barrel overflowed another leak with the failure of the saw on Easter Saturday 2020. Behringer always refused to confirm the flawless performance of the band saw in writing, let alone that you had made statements in writing - why only?
Another order of 150 tons of wage labor was lost again. Statement from Behringer - presumably handling error by the operator.
The last resort was the court, as Behringer had sued for the final payment anyway.
The "miracle of German engineering" was finally picked up in September based on a comparative judgment from August. All in all, the machine caused me damage of ~ 100,000.
My very personal opinion based on the circumstances that happened to me is therefore:
- Stay away from Behringer and its sales unit, Kissing !!! -
For the money and less you get better and less arrogant business partners.

Machine Top, Service Flop. For three months, the setting of the miter is no longer possible with our band saw. Technician was in the house, made very expensive maintenance, unfortunately, the setting of the miter is still not and since we get no cost estimate for the repair.
