They were the only psych center to call back, and I tried calling like 15 different places. They set me up with an appointment immediately and I got what I needed right away. The psychiatrist is incredibly nice and helpful and so is the staff. Highly recommend!

I am seen by Natalia who works at the Brockton and Waltham offices. Since day one she has made it very easy of a transition for me. She also listens very well and tries to come up with many different ideas to make your life better. I would recommend BNH AND Natalyia anyone.

Don't even think about it. I got fed up with the first psychiatrist who was always late to phone appointments and spent no more than two or three minutes with me on them. The next provider did not show up to our 7:00am appointment. After fifteen minutes, I left the telehealth meeting (via clocktree) and left a message on their voicemail. Five minutes later she called and left a message telling me that I had not shown up for our appointment, and suggesting I call to reschedule. I immediately called back five times, and nobody will pick up the phone. This is beyond childish.

Other highlights of my experience include:
*The one time a new prescription was sent to my pharmacy, the wrong one was sent and it took over a week of calling them every day to get the correct one.
*My first provider here went on a week-long vacation, and nobody told me this was happening until she was already gone. Their policy is that nobody else is allowed to even speak to me as I'm not their patient. The man on their answering service promised me on two occasions to speak to his manager about seeing if somebody could get in touch with me. I never heard back from anyone. So all of a sudden, I had nobody to oversee, prescribe, refill, or adjust my medications.
*Never checked my medications for interactions. Prescribed a drug (the only drug they ever prescribed) with a dangerous interaction with the only other drug I take regularly.

I've dealt with dozens of psychiatrists in my lifetime. Some of them have been very bad. This place was by far the worst. Run, do not walk, to the nearest exit. Go to literally anybody else. They cannot be worse than these people.
