Tribute for Beer Cycling! Friendly, professional and occasionally "service". About a year ago we discovered Beer Fietsen for our electric cargo bike, but the other bikes from our stable soon followed. For Beer Fietsen I literally like to cycle a bit. They are often busy, but you can easily make an appointment and receive a text message when they are ready. No frills and surprises, just good old-Dutch service!

When I came to live in The Hague for 4 years I got Beer as a tip from a friend of a friend. So far not disappointed!
Good, competent service. Excellent service intervals, which my bicycle continues to roll like a charm. But also in between, today again, stop by with a rattling chain. Madam, let's take a look. And hup, solved.

The repair turned out to be 2X more expensive than had been agreed. It would have been nice if first informed if I agreed with this.
The headlight has also failed during the repair.

I will never buy a bike here again. 800.- euro for a refurbished 'halelujah' oma bike is not only on the pricey side. I was assured that the frame was made of stainless steel. This appears to be not the case after a few years, only the steering wheel and wheels. The paint also peels off after standing outside for a few years. This did not happen with any old halelujah. The powder coating is therefore not resistant to the weather in the country where the bicycle is made and sold. And then this: apparently the person who bought and repaired the bicycles has built in another wheel hub and axle to accommodate three gears. Seems like a good idea but none of these gears are ideal and the length of the pedals is shortened compared to what it once was, so you have less power.

Bicycle stores must stop selling this type of junk and pay more serious attention to quality, durability and ergonomics. Instead of selling junk that looks nice and mislead the customer about things such as materials and sustainability.

It is unfortunately further in the past than the warranty but every time I see that bike I still think about it.

Afterwards I was told after a bill of 270 euros that the bike was not worth repairing and that I had been informed in advance. However, an estimate of 130 euros had been made in advance and the bike would be fine again. As an additional cost, a completely new rear wheel has been mounted. In addition, 2 new mudguards were requested. Only got a new rear fender. In any case, they have lost me as a customer. Not so much because of the costs but rather because of the customer approach that I find highly unfriendly here.

Staff is very competent and can handle any kind of bicycle, I myself have been there with a city bike, racing bike and mountain bike. Always well helped.
The only drawback is that sometimes there are long waiting times because they want to give everyone good advice.

Great help with selecting a bicycle. They took plenty of time and looked for a thorough answer to every question.

Very friendly and well trained staff. Not the cheapest option around, but you get high quality service/products for that! I would certainly recommend Beer Fietsen!

I am very satisfied with Beer bicycles. The entire team he helped me exceptionally friendly and professional! The staff knows what they are talking about, professional and personal advice was certainly required here. Upon arrival I was immediately helped by a friendly lady, she explained to me what the possibilities are with my bike. After this, we immediately acted properly with the planning of a repair. I am also very pleased with the mechanics! The two friendly men eventually repaired my bike according to my wishes and explained everything well and clearly. You see the men know what they are doing! Very nice feeling that there are professionals at work with your bike. Certainly no other bike shop for me anymore! I definitely recommend Beer Fietsen for people who love their bike. Excellent price / quality ratio, professional and friendly staff, what more could you want ?!

Nice place for the cyclist in the region of The Hague who wants more than just an average bike.

Today I went to pick up my Urban Arrow from a maintenance and received a 5 star customer service from Loeky! Great technical knowledge and great sensitivity to listen the client s and deliver a great service

Have bought both a city bike (Azor) and an e-bike (i-Sy) here in the past. Very satisfied with both. In addition, a very pleasant case where you are helped professionally but also with pleasure. The shop is not in my area, but I like to cycle for it.

Super friendly and always helpful. Recently they even wanted to repair my bike in between. Yep, here * they really like cycling.

Top helped again! Maintenance of a cargo bike; The bike has been really checked and all kinds of small defects have been repaired (without that I had already indicated this before, because I completely forgot to bring it).

Service and supplies are good but every time you need to ask about the price and availability of products. In my opinion, a bigger show room would solve my little cons

Up to now always good experiences with this case. A bicycle repairman who is still looking for solutions and will not immediately replace things if they can also be repaired.

This morning I bought a thingy for my leather Brooks saddle. It was assembled immediately and free of charge. My saddle was also re-tensioned. BF takes that extra step in terms of service, which makes me very happy! So I will definitely go there again if there is something wrong with my bike.

I have been helped enormously with Beer cycling. They gave good advice and I am very happy with my purchase. Top people and a top service.

I really do not recommend this bicycle repair shop. Really regret getting my bike here and I will never buy a bike here again. And there is no craftsmanship either, there may be 2 or 3 people who really know what they are doing, but all the young guests there are not exactly motivated to work. Getting beer on Friday around 11.15 is more important than working ...

Chain was loose and repairing cost 15 euros. The chain was loose again within a week

Although they warned me it would take 'a few day's to repair my tire, they texted the next day to say my bike was ready. I also checked the charged price with a friend who worked in a bike shop for 15 years and apparently Beer Fietsen charged a very reasonable fee. So I'm a satisfied customer.

As long as this bike store exists it is the best in The Hague and surroundings.
Years ago I bought a red Azor transport bike here. Super robust. It is still used three times a week for 25 kilos of transports.
In addition, I ride my black Azor city bike every day. Neither to break.
Finally in this case I bought a Velo de Ville, a light bike for in nature. This of course requires more maintenance, but due to the service of the business, it will undoubtedly last a very long time.
My transport is guaranteed with the professional around the corner.
What would life be nice without a car (and cheap)

Unfortunately I was not helped in this store. There was an uninterested lady who first of all did not say hello to me and did not make much effort to meet me as a customer. There was no pleasant atmosphere. What a difference with the competition later. They thought well in my wishes and wanted to take my trade-in bike. You are also immediately recognized as a customer and always greeted in a friendly manner.

I brought my bike away to get a flat tire because I didn't have time for it myself. I received a quote of 'at most 32.90' because of possible new inner and outer tire. I paid 57.90. I do not get it. okay, bye

After we were sent away without help at the Prijssnijder on the Loosduinseweg, we went to Beer with our problem. A warm shower at that company, super friendly and very quickly helped very well. The stars only go to 5 but from me they can get 10 stars

After a previous minor repair, the bike was broken again in exactly the same place after 3 months, there was no understanding that I would return to them with this and no time to repair the next 2 months.
