Been sprayed my spoiler perfectly and glued it on tightly ... very satisfied

Car brought for damage repair and have it repaired. What an incredibly customer-friendly approach. Everything has been arranged and handled correctly and carefully and what kindness and cooperation with the various employees !!

Twice I had to bring my lease car to them for it to be fixed, and they make an appointment that they would be ready within a certain timeframe, and both times they were NOT ready in the specified timeframe, and they did not call me to inform me that it would not be ready until later, the 1st time I even lost it for more than 2 MONTHS, and I did not receive any reimbursement for costs incurred for work or replacement transport. It's that I have to go to them from my lease company, otherwise I would have moved to another garage long ago!

Skilled mechanics broke down multimedia interface in my Audi while changing front axle (took 4 weeks for them). Sounds stupid? They said there was a problem with alternator (according to fuses, they made a short circuit)

Had the hood sprayed and picked up my car again. Saw customers' painted parts drying on piles of car tires. An employee knocked something off and the chef shouted: spray again! My hood started to rust within a year of being picked up. Went back to Been for warranty. I then expressed my dissatisfaction, I was snarled that it was still neatly resolved. Then I sold the car. Came across the car years later, the whole car was perfect. Only the bonnet was completely broken and rusted!
