Dear Friends BEC is a very good company but its depends upon which division you are selecting. Under BEC there is an OFD(Oil Field Division), I am requesting you all dont accept the job offer of this division. Worst division & worst Site Management. Very Very Poor food quality, as per BEC standard for Senior Upervisors & Engineers they should give bachelor accomodation but they will provide shared accomodation only. They will advertise family status will be provided but they will not give. Recruitment time advertisement will be attractive but truth is not like that. So be careful before choosing this company.

A human resources officer does not respect who is talking to him. Like his own company. regrettable.
