Outstanding. I can't start a review because it will be too long. The opportunity of a lifetime for my son. Just attended his 10th year reunion and I enjoyed hearing the excitement in his voice when he spoke about reconnecting with old friends and teachers. He's grown up to be an incredible man and good humanitarian and it's all because of the his PEA education.

Wonderful education, wonderful advisors in the dormitories, great acreage, a place where boys can become men and girls women. Food is not tremendous, but there is an inexpensive grill where you can soothe your palate. Perhaps one of the school's strongest assets is its offering of extracurricular activities. Lastly, if you're looking for the kind of friends you'll keep for a lifetime, this is the place to go.

About Phillips Exeter Academy

Phillips Exeter Academy: A Legacy of Excellence in Education

Phillips Exeter Academy is a prestigious co-educational independent school located in Exeter, New Hampshire. Founded in 1781 by John Phillips, the academy has a rich history of providing students with an exceptional education that emphasizes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ethical leadership.

At Phillips Exeter Academy, the Harkness approach to learning is at the heart of everything they do. This unique teaching method was developed by philanthropist Edward Harkness in the early 20th century and emphasizes discussion-based learning that puts students at the center of their own education. The Harkness approach encourages students to engage with each other and their teachers in meaningful conversations that challenge them to think deeply about complex issues.

The academy's commitment to student-centered teaching extends beyond the classroom as well. Students are encouraged to take an active role in shaping their own educational experience through a wide range of extracurricular activities and opportunities for independent study. Whether it's participating in one of over 100 student-led clubs or pursuing research projects under the guidance of faculty mentors, students at Phillips Exeter Academy have ample opportunities to explore their interests and develop new skills.

But academics are just one part of life at Phillips Exeter Academy. The school also places a strong emphasis on character development and community service. Through programs like Community Service Day and Project Outreach, students learn about social responsibility while making meaningful contributions to their local communities.

In addition to its academic excellence and commitment to social responsibility, Phillips Exeter Academy also boasts world-class facilities that support student learning both inside and outside the classroom. The campus features state-of-the-art science labs, art studios, athletic facilities including an Olympic-sized swimming pool as well as squash courts among others.

Overall, Phillips Exeter Academy is more than just a school – it's a community dedicated to fostering intellectual curiosity, ethical leadership skills among its diverse student body from all over America as well as international countries around the world who come together for this unique educational experience."
