I ordered some jeans on cyber-Monday, and my package came very quickly! I received the wrong style of jeans, but it was definitely just an honest mistake-- it looks like the jeans got mislabeled-- but when I called the customer service was amazing and within 5 minutes they had resolved it so that I could swap the jeans via mail! I am very impressed, and I loved that my interaction on the phone was personable and easy, just another perk of shopping small.

Cute selection of clothes! Most items seem to be fairly priced but some seem a bit high in comparison with other boutiques in near towns. Four stars because I ve never honestly felt welcome in the store before. I asked for a dressing room once and was completely ignored. Luckily another worker helped me out! And they have a great bag sale!!

Amazing customer service! I went in looking for a specific top, found it in both sizes that I might need, tried them both on. I asked the girl working for her opinion and she was more than helpful and honest. (She told me to get the smaller size, YAY!) I wore the top out today and received several compliments on it! I've tried to shop at other boutiques in the area and felt like (here comes a Pretty Woman reference) if I didn't have the "right look" when I walked in, I was never going to get any attention let alone help. I was more than pleased with the amount of customer service at Beautique. I will definitely be shopping here again both in store and online!

Beautique is by far my favorite store. The clothes are cute and timeless. I have clothes that I ve bought from them YEARS ago that I still wear to this day. Customer service is amazing and you can tell Amanda (the owner) really cares about her customers and the product she sells. I very rarely shop anywhere else.

They also have a wide variety of pieces for a unique wardrobe and keep you up to date with the latest fashion and convenient wear! I would throw out my entire wardrobe and replace it with Beautique if I could!
Before buying a pair of shoes I asked an associate what their return policy was and was told "14 days with a receipt." Go to return them and find out it is only in-store credit within 14 days. Felt like the associate left out the most vital information and was deceiving about it. Got a different pair of shoes because I had to. Won't be going back.
