I ordered some jeans on cyber-Monday, and my package came very quickly! I received the wrong style of jeans, but it was definitely just an honest mistake-- it looks like the jeans got mislabeled-- but when I called the customer service was amazing and within 5 minutes they had resolved it so that I could swap the jeans via mail! I am very impressed, and I loved that my interaction on the phone was personable and easy, just another perk of shopping small.
