Great place to shop great staff and the resturant is fabulous

Love Beales such a shame its closing,it wont be the same in Poole Dolphin Center without it!

Beales in Poole have lost me as a customer. For the second time in less than a month I have had to stand around while members of staff ignore people and chat. Not to worry, I ordered the boots I wanted online and went elsewhere for a coat.

I took my girls (6 and 9) to have breakfast with Santa at Beales in Poole. It was an amazing experience and so different from the normal Santa visit. We had a nice cooked breakfast with coffee and squash. Then Santa turned up and each table was called up to see Santa one at a time. The gifts from him were catered specifically for each child dependant on age and each child was called by their name so it made it even more special. We had photos with the big guy and a chat before we went back to our table to open their gifts which were great!! Better than any gift from any other Santa visit we've been to in the past. Then we were treated to a magic and juggling display from none other than Jamie Jigsaw himself! Hes a sought after childrens entertainer for kids parties and very difficult to book because hes so busy. A fantastic added bonus to Santa.
The staff were running around making sure everyone was fed and watered and having a nice time, they were amazing!! They worked their butts off and made you feel very welcome and looked after.
I'd reccomend it to anyone, it was worth every penny which for what you get, wasnt much at all!! Top Job Beales!!

The shop itself is good and has been for years. You can find good brands there, staff is welcoming. But interior of the shop and layout of products could be improved.

I found the staff a little unhelpful, and they appeared a bit bored. Didn't feel they were interested in my purchase.

Best shop in Poole. Wouldn't go if it closed down. Lots of fashion bargains to be had for any occasion. I love the Simon Jeffrey range.

Same mock sale posters as last year. Don't trust misleading posters.

Walked in on the second floor by the time I walked half way round the store I had to get out before I passed out no air conditioning what so ever no fans I could not breath. No wonder the store was so empty. God knows how the poor staff managed to cope in that intense heat.

Absolute shame its closing down, such an icon for Poole. Lovely beauty hall, and clothing is fab, was shocked to see yet another well known and loved store going. You will be missed Beales

Lack of customer service and very rude staff and very unhelpful staff they need a course in customer service and leatn some respect for poeple who visit there store

Usual enjoyable browse round the store, lots of lovely things to look at. Didn't buy anything, a bit to expensive for me I'm afraid.

A great store in Poole Dolphin Shopping Centre. Very large store with so many different departments ranging from clothing, shoes, travel accessories, watch mender, kitchen ware, toys, men's departments. Great prices! There is a small cafe inside Beals but i wouldn't recommend it to be honest. The staff seem to hate thier jobs, which you can over hear them moaning, the food is dire with hardly any choice. Your really rushed at the till which tends to stress me out! Not very disabled friendly because if you ask for help from staff to carry your tray over to your table, they just stand and stare at you like you have 2 heads!!! I won't return to the cafe itself but i always shop in Beals. A great asset to Poole town trade. Enjoy.

Furniture department 5 star , totally excellent service. Coffee shop abysmal! Worst toastie i have ever seen served by the rudest staff ....not an exoerience to be repeated.

Very helpful when asking the best style for hiding a swollen tummy and choosing a dress for a tall Daughter. Dresses have had many compliments Thank you

Pretty large store with a variety of brands + a cafe. They have a large sale on at the moment, with posters pasted across every window yet while I'm in there, finding items on sale is not as clear.

Always nice to shop here. Great qualitu products at good prices.

There is a air of despondency, understandably, feel very sorry for the staff as they have no idea what is happening. Wouldn't go back.

Staff not overly attentive, no one to help in the changing rooms when I had the wrong size.

Rather small to bear the description 'department store' - it's a fraction of the size of the Bournemouth branch.

Always strikes me as old-fashioned and expensive.

Very helpful staff. Clinique counter staff were exceptionally helpful in assisting me in choosing a new foundation. Very polite and friendly. Love the layout of the store.

Great place to shop I always find what I'm looking for. The assistant in Dorothy Perkins was a bit miserable and not very helpful though

The range is fairly wide. But prices are really high. Clothes organised by brand. So it's really hard to find anything if you are looking for a particular style or item

A good range of quality brands. I love that i can shop for high end goods at my local shopping mall and not have to use the internet, also its a bonus when a sale is on. The staff are always pleasant and ready to help when needed. Today I was gifted with a new bag as mine had suddenly decided to no longer function. I love the Radley range, you can never go wrong with Radley. Thank you Beales

Large choice and right now a good sale as closing for refurbishment

The store has a variety of good quality products and the staff are always friendly and efficient.

Very compact place with limited collection than Bournemouth store.
