Man this place is huge, I actually love working here though, fun environment, great cafeteria, gym onsite. Oh yea and a bunch of cool people to work with.

Hard work is not appreciated by corporate, if you can be a suck up and know how to manipulate/leverage the who you know/blow concept you will get far. If customers and OSHA only knew how many violations and questionable practices go on here eyebrows would be raised. HR does not fully support employees, there are some nice people in HR but the head of HR is simply a pawn of management. Not the worst job but there are definately better ones out there. Example entry level at Wafertech make more than I did working there for 7 years.

I worked here in 2011 and was let go because I wanted to go back to school at night. I forgot the managers name, but I really did not like her. The job was wonderful though. Working in the clean room, in bunny suits.
