I hv been coming to beacon with family the last 5 years.Food at health screening dept was good,service is good . Will be better if test procedure made easy. Was long wait for ultrasound.will be better if the entire procedure completed within 2 hours.
This year treatment faster and smooth. But hopefully on consultation session, to arrange the turn within our group/friends

I been to beacon twice in 3 years for my annual medical check up and I would highly recommend others to conduct their medical check up here in beacon. My only comment is about the food they display which I felt it's unhealthy. I prefer brown rice, low carb and high protein foods. We shall start our healthy eating from hospital itself. Thanks

Thank you to Dr Azura for everything. Despite she is seeing a lot of patients every day, she can remember every patient s name. That s something that really make me feel touch. She is a very experienced oncologist. She knows well what my worries is before I tell her and provide me constructive advices. Here, they have staffs who can speak fluent Indonesian language, Ms Meika and Ms Nany. They are very caring and helpful. You won t feel lost or helpless in this hospital.

The nurses and doctors are friendly and efficient. They managed to get the needles for CT scan contrast swiftly and less painful than my previous experience. I mentioned that I have gastric condition prior to having the CT scan and they gave me a good dose of medicine for the gastric, I completed the CT scan and PET scan comfortably.
Dr Chong Shun Siang is also very clear in explaining the reports and further treatments needed.
Overall very happy with the experience at Beacon Hospital.

Got to know about this welfare fund from a news coverage and brought my mum over to seek advice. I would like to thank the management for subsidizing my mum s chemotherapy treatment cost. I am very grateful to Beacon Hospital for their kindness and thoughtfulness for giving pastors free basic health screening including blood test, urine test, chest x-ray, heart basic check up and hearing test, eyes test etc. I have done my health screening for the last 2 years. The doctors and staffs are friendly and caring and hospital environment is clean and the interior design and waiting lounge set up and atmosphere make you feel at home with free simple breakfast and lunch buffet while waiting for the reports. As for me, Beacon Hospital is truly a different experience because they provide with a different approach by giving an excellent & pleasant services, care, respect, efficiency, advanced in facilities & equipments, compassion heart, affordable price, free parking and always wanting to be a channel of blessing to the needy and less well to do community from all walks of life.

Thanks to Beacon Subsidized Cataract Programme. My father managed to regain his clear vision. Thanks to Dr Ong. He is a superb nice doctor, always welcoming us with a great smile. Thanks to Ms Jia Yee for assisting us throughout the entire journey. The hospital is so thoughtful to provide free transportation to the cataract surgery patients, which no many hospitals or eye centres provide this kind of thoughtful service. Thumb ups!

I discovered this hospital via a friend of my parents. I contacted the liason officer, Ms. Ada, and she turned out to be very helpful and friendly. She listened to my case and help in any way possible. The oncology I attended, dr Kua, was also very kind, eventhough I was not her original patient. I pray Beacon Hospital continue to expand its services to help many more people.

Called to check if my sis can be attended soon as she was referred by clinic as appendicitis. Answered by receptionist guy, was good really helpful and attentive so the 3 star is for him. Later he pass the call to a lady in emergency dept, OMG!! To surprise she sounds like just woke up from sleep and not interested to answer at all. Her voice itself was rude and cold. She just answered my questions with the sound hmm ( I think its a yes). Throughout the call. I gave up and hang up. I called on 4th Feb 22.53, if the management is checking on the reviews, please get her some customer service training. Thank you. Hope to rate with better rating after visit.

Is good to have blood and urine test result on the same day as no need to come back second time. Food provided so no need to travel out and come back. Just have to spend half a day in the hospital.

I came here for my annual health check up. And I must say that I am very much impressed with the hospital staff, whether nurses, admin/reception staff and others. All of them are very polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very friendly and helpful. I had been to other hospitals too in my life on few occasions but never found this kind of nice services and effecient staff.

Overpriced hospital. The consultant radiologist charge was RM309 for a 3 minutes consultation. He did not even explain to me well. Forgot your Hippocratic oath? Never going back there again.

This is a very friendly hospital. The staff smile, are helpful and even serve food / coffee and tea while you wait. It s probably the best hospital experience I ve had. If you need a health screening test or require health services, I d recommend this place.
Health screening has excellent services and fast. Areas of improvement will be change of food for breakfast, i.e. style of meehoon, scramble eggs, ham, etc. Lunch was good.
I call just now, the staff don't know how to speak English. They pass my call 3 times without informing. That was rude.
