My interview experience at Beacon Hill was great. A recruiter reached out to me via CareerBuilder and immediately scheduled a face-to-face interview. Most recruiters get a bad rep for being headhunters. But this recruiter was genuinely pleasant, knowledgeable, and had an interest in placing me in a role that fit my background and skills. The interview was more like a conversation and she made it clear that she enjoyed our interaction. Because of her prompt and fast action on seeking placement for me, I was hired same day by a reputable company. I am pleased with my experience with Beacon Hill.

Worst experience I've ever had with a recruiting firm as a whole. The Partners I've connected with are gracious and warm, however whomever handles their candidates and their job recs fails at their jobs miserably. They are terrible with their client and candidate service, there is no follow up. I've been referred to Beacon Hill Staffing by a number of individuals and I have no idea why.

No one paid me to write this review and I'm not an employee of Beacon Hill but someone who has used their temp services to find work. I worked with Beacon Hill Staffing both in New York and Boston, and have had nothing but glowing things to say. I've temped a lot, and Beacon Hill has been a standout across the board..they have terrific people (all of the recruiters who I've worked with have been incredibly professional, helpful, proactive, communicative and nice...Shannon in the Boston office has been awesome - very friendly, responsive and enthusiastic), great technology (registration and time sheet system is done online and is very seamless) and great assignments. If you read the negative reviews, just know that sometimes it's not the agency's fault, and there might be an issue of timing and fit between the candidate and available assignments.
If you can, make sure you request Ella Biestek! She is an individual who truly cares about those people whom she places, and really takes the time to get to know your job search. She was extremely patient with me in not only getting to understand my work life but my personal specificities as well. Also, not your typical recruiter in terms of rushing you to make a decision. It's rare you get a recruiter who truly cares about people, rather than merely sales figures.

I recently moved to Boston and contacted Beacon Hill to assist in my job search. They reached out to me right away and were very friendly. I worked mostly with Jennifer who is amazing. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend Beacon Hill.
I would just say don't go, but if you do don't work with Amanda Gaughan. She might seem nice when you talk to her but she'll do absolutely nothing to help you. Every "staffer" in this place is a joke. They try to send you on stupid 1 day temp jobs to make themselves look better like they're actually doing their jobs since they are getting people in positions.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had working with a Staffing Agency. I worked directly with Abby from the Boston office and her attentiveness, communication, and overall willingness to help is unmatched. What stood out to me about Abby is how personable she is. The relationship she built with me was the formula to our success. She extensively prepared me, always kept me in the loop, and was honest. If you are looking to work with someone who will exceed your expectations, Abby is this person!

I recently worked with Beacon Hill Staffing to very quickly (within 2 weeks), get a job offer from a choice company in my field. My rep was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping to prep me for the interview process. I always felt supported and that I knew what was going on. And to top it all off they got me an initial job offer almost 10% above what I had targeted as "ideal"! Would absolutely recommend, and ask for Rachel!

Kathryn Schmitt is one of the best recruiters that I have ever met! She helped me get a job within a week of my first call with her. She provided me with resources that helped gain a greater insight into the Nashville area I had moved into 2 weeks prior. She was knowledgeable about the client and job which in turn made the interview easier as I knew a lot about the job I was applying for. When you work with Kathryn you also have his personal number which makes it easy for you to communicate with her and she only puts you forward for roles you are suitable for. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get into an IT role.
Was contacted by Kyle Phillips of Beacon Staffing about a job offer that he felt I was qualified for. He worked diligently & extremely quick to supply me with everything I possibly needed to succeed at both my phone & my face-to-face interview, as well as being personable enough to wish me luck both times. Due to his expertise and my experience for the position, I was hired. I have worked with several recruiters and Kyle was by far the best and most professional of all the recruiters. If I could give negative stars I would! Terrible and Disappointing recruiting firm. The recruiter I was assigned to never returns calls. I ve left countless voice mails and emails but no reply. Calling the front-desk is just a joke.

I had a great experience working with Nancy Koch. She was kind, professional, and patient with me and walked me through everything from what to say, what to wear, what to expect, and what not to say in the interviews, to negotiating for salary and even coached me on how to resign. She also pushed me to keep going when I wanted to give up; and the very next interview led to a great offer, which I accepted!
Beacon Hill Staffing is one of the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They didn't even know what positions I was being send to. I went on two interviews that they send me to and never heard back from the recruiter even though I was promised. I told them multiple times I do not want to do accounting and all they send me is accounting jobs. Do not recommend this agency to anyone.

I really like this agency so far! I signed up with them a couple months ago, and already (Julie) has found me a temporary position that lasts for two weeks and pays well. This is the fastest I have been able to get an assignment out of all the staffing agencies I've been associated with.
