Since the renovations this truly has become the literal crown jewel of the urban landscape downtown. At least from the outside anyway

It feels a little sterile, probably not unlike other large multipurpose facilities, once you re inside.

The retractable roof is the highlight here.

The beer is much better than it used to be, some good craft now :) Lots of staff everywhere that are friendly and ready to help if you get lost. Be sure to budget lots of time before event start as it's big and you've got to find your seat. It's also a large area so dress warmly as you may need it at your seats. As an exhibitor at the Boat Show, you could get really cold depending on where you are situated and proximity to the exits.

It was great. Bathrooms everywhere. They allow you to bring in an empty water bottle that you can refill at nice clean cold water fountains! (I drink a lot of water so that's important to me) the staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience

Came here for multiple sporting events, Women's world cup final, BC Lions playing football, Whitecaps game. All the events here were done with the upmost professional work. The seats I had were all clean and there were no problems with rowdy crowds. They have a good projection monitor in the middle of the field to help get a closer view if you have a seat far back.

Great place to watch the games, very nice atmosphere, helpful staff, and intuitive seating. It's very easy to find your seat. There are also many shops like a Whitecaps merch store and lots of places for food and drink.

Went for Metallica, security was very relaxed and only looking for weapons and alcohol, we were barely patted down. There was a woman with a loudspeaker helping outside to keep lines moving quick and telling people where the short ones were. She had great energy, was genuinely enjoying the pre show atmosphere. There was an area with about 50 porta potties lined up so using a bathroom was very quick. Great venue for large events, you can tell they know what they are doing.

Handicap parking was unable to get into. Had to park at Roger's arena instead. Then the event staff could not help us find an easier way to get into the arena than it took forever to find someone who could help us get to our seats in an easier way. Had one person who could barely walk.
The food venders would not accept debit cards and it was hard to find an ATM.
After the game the staff helped transport the didabled person in the group via wheelchair. They were restricted on how far they could escort back to the vehicle but could nottake all the way which was still good block away.

I paid $32 for a plate of (at best) mediocre nachos and 1 beer. Way too overpriced plus another $25 just to park.. it's like they don't even know how much tickets to these events are in the first place.. get real
