I went to consult some doubts that I had about my account. I was attended by a certain Leire, but it was very unpleasant. He answered edge and arrogant. As if he had to have been born knowing the answers to technical questions on the account. I would understand if I were an older lady from another generation where customer service manners are more precarious. But this girl was young and she behaved as if it bothered her to ask her. It seemed like he had better things to do than answer 3 questions from his clientele.
People like that shouldn't work for the public.
Very bad and discriminatory treatment from a young lady. Gone to open a bank account with certified salary and documents, it is not enough, they ask to pay some assurance for no reason and for one year only (it means it does not have any sense except getting some money from you) just because you are not from Spain.
Much luxury, but increasingly slow. Very very slow to attend you at the table. Half an hour and not a number passes. Only movement in box.
