Please beware of this type of company. They dont even pick the call if any person have any concern.

I was called for an interview, they assumed my skill set matches with them. After going there I was told my skill set doesn't match with their requirements. What were the HRs doing? How can they call a candidate for an interview with out knowing company's requirement and what designation is required?
