Worst service ever. Bathroom was not working, repair guys took 2 hours but no results. Destroyed first day of my trip

Nice place for relax and good hotel for food and best resort to enjoy

It's seems to be a normal 2 or 3 star hotel .

When compared to other 4* hotels..

The resort is fine, just fine nothing good, no private beach access as stated on websites and portals.. They have some agreement with another resort nearby and can access their private beach area..

The staff is pretty cheap, they will check you and your carry bags everytime you enter the hotel to make sure, you don't have any beer or eatables with you, even wafers are seen as you are carrying drugs..

Spa, doctor on call facilities are a joke, they don't even have access to a chemist for a crocin..

They want people to take taxis from their stand and spend 600 rupees for buying a crocin of 10 rupees..

Overall it was a very stupid decision to stay there...

The property is located at good location but same can't be called as Beach resort as beach is almost 1 KM away by walk. Also beach is not visible from resort.
The reception staff is so adamant, they have their rules, they think that, higher than Indian Pinal Code. They are not at all co-operative. Also housekeeping staff is also has not having common sense. For room with double occupancy, staff is providing only 1 set ( towels, napkins, soap). Also staff keeps same bottle for shampoo and moisturizer ( shampoo is kept in bottle of moisturizer).
Swimming pool is also a tragedy. The staff thinks that they only have the pool in the world. Though timing of pool is 7:30 AM, staff used to clean the same til 8:30 AM. Even there are two parts of pool, staff doesn't allow in the part which is cleared.
The air-conditioning units are placed such that it's hot exhaust is on other room's entry for on the walkway. It's pathatic when you are facing hot blower while opening the room door.

Room and food are highly costly, Taxi services/arrangement is bad, infact they dont' have for everythimg the front office ask to go to Gate and talk to security person, for small things like dental kit, shaving kit they charge a hefty amount..which is unfair..not good to recommend

It was a very bad experience with this resort. We were given the staff room instead paying the full amount of money of the DELUXE ROOM. I mean how one can be irresponsible. I also came to know that they have 52 rooms and later they told me that all rooms are of equal quality.. I feel pathetic. And the staff there was very unattentive and rude in nature. Our rooms were dirty and no one cared for the cleanliness of the room. This was not expected from this.. I will never recommend this resort to any one and will suggest every guest to stay away from this resort.
Don't Ever choose this property to stay in Goa

I been to the property with my family for 4 days and what I can say is those were the most terrible 4 days of my life. The worst food quality along with the most insane quality of staff were the added flavor to the experience. I would never ever suggest anyone to visit this place ever!

It has nice big rooms with swimming pool and 5 mins walking distance to the beach. Foid is OKOK. But staff is very coperative and helpful. Clean, hygienic rooms.

My experience with Baywatch Resort has been awesome. This property is located near sea. Its just 2 minutes walking distance from sea. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Their food and food service is also good. I highly recommend this serene property.

Really superb and specially the food was tasty as well as the way arranged was really good, and for me fish is super tasty...

Room phone is disconnected.
Even location is so good but lack of maintanance.
Only chicken and fish is as side dishes.

Naam bade aur darshan chhote. Hopeless service. Limited staff. You have to call repeatedly for even basic services. I will never recommend this resort.

We went with friend . The food are good . The rooms are nice . Nice services from the resort . The atmosphere is Good . Nice resort . The beach is so near by . We can take sun bath from the beach side. Since it's so near to beach we can have a nice view of the beach. Sun set view from the resort is so beautiful.

Rude front end staff, no manners restaurent person. Charges bomb and cant even given breakfast properly. Wont recommend the place, though its nicely located and property is also good. Please teach staff some basic manners on how to greet and treat Guest, cause we are paying you.

Average resort with good accessibility to the beach front. Otherwise quiet away from the the market and main Colva beach

This is a perfect place to unwind. There are 2 swimming pools, a restaurant and a spa. The staff is very friendly and professional. Room service is quick and efficient. The food is great with justifiable prices. Some of the items have portions big enough for two. There is easy walkable access to Sernabatim beach.
We loved our stay at this resort. Perfect for family getaways, office trips and vacation with friends.

This is a good resort, neat n big rooms, pool is really small, one thing I really did not like is thier breakfast, didn't feel fresh at all about few dishes, it was previous days left over, room service is slow, there is sernabatim beach in walkable distance, OK for family people

Nice place for peace..but close the pool after 7.30 not good, Need costumes charges when am go for swimming (nylon cloths only allowed not cotton based) costumes price too much high (300 for gents, 550 for ladies) food was good in package. overall nice place. Food places or market not near the resort, all shops availabe after 1-2 km.

Had gone after reading some fantastic reviews. The hotel was okay with decent facilities. The food and hospitality were average. Also, the price was pretty high for the facilities provided.

We had our company summit here. They handled logistics and food for our group of 50 people efficiently, for 6 days! The place itself is very clean, located in a peaceful place, and has a clean pool. Pricing is fair too. Would recommend, and surely come again. It seems to be a preferred place for elders from other countries too.
