Food was very good, Nature of all staffs is very good and friendly..

1. Rooms were good, facilities inside the room was good.
2. The balcony could be better. The dirty, shoddy plastic chair is doing no good to the resort.
3. Foreigners are more out there and somehow felt that the ppl out there were more keen in serving them.
4. 1st night, on 3rd Feb 2017, the fooding was splending but the same was not the case for the food items seerved on 4th Feb 2017.
5. Personally didnt feel that the checkout service is upto the mark. Checkout time is 11 am, while the bill you are served has checkout time of 3pm. I had questioned it to the manager as well but she was not able to answer it. She blamed it to some software glitch. Hope they correct their glitches very soon, cos as a customer, if i am getting an invoice, the details should be correct or else let me check out at 3pm.
6. Attached bills were incomplete and had to wait for more than 1 hr in the lobby to get myself checked-out.
7. Being sunday, their travel desk is not operational, and hence you have to manage your conveyance, if you have to go by hired taxi. They dont help. They would just ask you to move out of the resort campus and get hired taxi. So much for courtesy.....

Arrogant staff, the management is ready to fight against your queries.

Satff people are least bothered by how their guests are managing. double bed made by connecting 2 single beds was a nightmare to sleep on- when complained they say they cant do anything.
shower knob was not working properly. They charge for dental kit (?). AC keeps making disturbing humming sound. breakfast area and food quantity planning is worst considering people capacity in hotel- people were standing in line for everything like juice, Bhatura..idli..and waiting for restaurant to bring and fill the Buffett.
Overall Pathetic Experience.

No hospitality at all. Non courteous staff. It seemed like they are here to drive off the guests. And why do they even take bookings if they feel that customers are a burden to them.

Nice place with a lot going on. The food is ok. The beach is 5 to 10minutes away depending on your walking abilities. Clean beach where you can Wade 100 metres into the sea. The hotel is old but has been kept well.

Close to beach. Polite staff. Good place to stay in.

Its a nice hotel with all the modern facilities. Situated nearby with Sernabatim Beach which is in between Colva and Benoulim beach, Goa. Festival with jazz music, arranged by the authority is sperb. The tawa fish fry is one of the attraction of this hotel.

Resort is beautiful but the housekeeping staff needs to be more efficient. Food tastes good.

Yesterday I did check-in into SUITE room,but not worthy room.no exhaust fan in washroom!!!! Dustbin in washroom is not working threw paddle of it, it's a very old property.ac is very old (from any rare company)i asked to reception for newly renovated room but there is no reply !!,I think staff is not concern about customer satisfaction.i'm afraid how would I spend my 3 room over here.

Waste of money..please don't book this resort as the food is pathetic... Bread had fugus on it and hotel serves stale food. Beverages are overpriced almost 5 times... management cannot be relied upon...only thing good about the hotel is it's rooms which are spacecious... Don't ever visit this hotel

We have been their for 3 night 4 days fro 14th to 17th October 2013 we had good experience in the Resort Resort is well maintained Room service to improve little more better way, Regarding spa improve some more, Rooms should be some more interior like Fresh flower and Room freshener. Pool is well maintained, B L D was very good food we had on all days package. Defiantly i will visit once again with my full family in next Holidays.

Really very average, rooms to redo, the staff does not say hello and speaks only one language. The pool was cold ....

The resort is pretty, adjacent to the beach. The resort is well maintained. The food is good at the restaurant.

The only con is that the room size is a little on the smaller side...

Can be a good place to stay when travelling in big groups as they do arrange events/ orchestra at the resort.

It was a great pleasure to stay in the resort. It is south Goa, the ambience is really good, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you want to enjoy calm side of Goa you must stay in this resort.

Crazy and uncourteous staff. Half the ACs dnt work. Real bad quality food.

Room, reasonable, basic facilities available and clean. Service at restaurant and banquet very good. Front office staff need training. In spite of the fat that they had a 30+group staying there for a 5 day programme, and i was an invited faculty, and the hotel sent his vehicle to pick me up from the airport at 0730, the staff said that the check in is at 1300, and asked me to wait. The organizers had to intervene and got the room after 1.5 hrs of waiting. Shows lack of understanding, co-ordination with other depts with reference to guest check in.

This is my 5th visit but this time it was the worst experience I faced... Not up to the mark... Single star is also waste...

If you have any self respect don't choose this restaurant. If u have a visitor they won't allow them even to the reception. They will shut the gate on their face making u red faced. Then they treat their customers as theifs they will lock fridge before you check out with clear pretext that u may not steal something. DO NOT TAKE THIS RESORT IF YOU HAVE 1 PERCENT OF SELF RESPECT.

Good place to visit with the family. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Not good nor bad. Living room was ok but bathrooms needed some maintenance with leaking taps.

Rooms are spotless, we were b&b but breakfast didn't have a choice of fruit, it was watermelon with bits of pineapple through it or nothing, other choices they tend to cater more on local taste...I can't eat curry etc on a morning....but they do make lovely omelette & scrambled egg, prices at bar are expensive, even dearer than UK!! They also hold weddings, conferences etc, so be prepared for noise late evening in main hotel if ur facing pool!

Very nice resort. Not right off the beach though. May require some walking. But within the resort, it has a good pool and some good space to relax.

Neat and clean, caring staff, excellent food, near sea

Doesn't even qualify as a star hotel. No parking, security is reception person confused on what to do and have language issues. It looks like they have trained every staff to continously ask room numbers whenever they see a guest. Bathrooms are bad with showers not working and poor maintenance is evident from the rusted areas around your room. Food is average and the staff is not trained to keep food in the buffet unless guests get upset (there was a family who got really upset with the staff for not keeping food)

Very cool and calm place. All the facilities are present. However, food is costly. Beach is nearby .... only 3-4 minutes walking distance.

Must say, from the first step we had in the hotel, we could feel the hospitality. Very courteous, helpful and always smiling staff.
Good food. Pool was not very clean, people without proper swim wear are allowed. Less choice of food for kids. May be, they can consider this point. But overall good stay. Beach is not connected to the hotel, it's at a walking distance.

Realy was a comfortable stay. The food served there is also great . The pool was also great. They also have a good and big bar. The Rooms and Room service was also great. The price there is average. October November and December is the best time to visit the place!!!!

I stayed in Baywatch resort with my family in January 2020. It was an overall very satisfying experience. The property is great and located very close to the sea. The staff is very supportive and helpful. The food is excellent, and they provide great options for kids too.
Would highly recommend!!

nothing short of awful. I dont know if they are paying for there positive reviews but this place isn't worth the money they ask. Staff are incompetent if your lucky & flat out aggressive at other times. Location is good and rooms are big but dirty. Breakfast is disgusting and served in a room with no windows and no patio. The security manager is a little fat man in a golfing hat that has seen one two many Bruce Willis movies and loves intimidating young children and barking orders across the otherwise beautiful pool. There is many beautiful places in Colva and Benaulim beach. Stay away from this one.

Small rooms, not well maintained. 4k per night is expensive looking at room size and facilities.

The room according to the tariff is well suited. The resort is well equipped with all the amenities. The check in and check out was butter.
The restaurant and bar is Abit expensive.
There is no concept of door mat, instead a small towel was provided.
My balcony was facing swimming pool, hence was a better view for us.
The activity room was full of indoor activities from board games to snookers
The gym was fully equipped again.
The spa was immensely high priced.
The lobby and other area within resort is maintained beautifully.
Secure and prefectly guarded.
The bathroom, toilets and washbasin was dried after cleaning, which gave a plus point.
Beautiful and silnet Colva beach is 3 kms from resort.
Sernabatim beach is 5 mins walking from resort where bikes on rent are available at RS 400 per day.
The major disadvantage is the north Goa which is quite happening is 49 kms and takes 1:45 hrs. The taxi outside resort have better alternative and that is bike on rent.
The swimming pool is pretty neat and properly maintained which never gave a dirty feeling and pulled to jump in the pool again and again.
One of the best part was pick up and drop from airport which saved lot of money.
The staff was really helpful and friendly.
Overall really enjoyed my 4 days stay in Baywatch resort.

This venue is best for destination weddings and it's accessible to beach side.

Excellent location...awsum property ...foods are good...cause some variety was there...pool is always full with guests cause that's the main attraction situated in the central point of the property...rooms are spacious with all amenities...enjoyed poolside vivo party with nature as theme...special cab availability is there as per own choice to roam surrounding area s...bar also having good collection....to enjoy the evening with friends..only rush time there was bit mess....regarding supply of spoons...plates...in breakfast time..I experienced...
Overall stay was excellent...must recommend to experience stay villa room at south Goa....it's...Bay watch...
Lastly.....
One point should be noted....
This time I stayed..24th Jan to 28th Jan...in an expensive suite ...there pickup from airport was in a Car....after check in I had a conversation with front desk regarding drop to airport on checkout day....they informed that will be by a Car only...

When time came ...they just put us in a non AC van kind vehicle...with others....to share with...
We paid for stay like king queen....
It's Baywatch...who proves themselves soo ugly and resource less...like a very ordinary property.....with no special feelings for their precious guests....shame....shame...that's the most baaad about ...
