Amazing experience after surgery. I cant thank all the sweet nurses and techs enough for how well they did their job. Especially the ones we got. Nurse sam tech jessica and shawn and all the others who made the stay so much easier. You can tell when nurses techs...ect... Love their job. And that is what we felt with our stay at baylor frisco. They were on top of everything. Meds the patient should be taking, water for patient, just going above and beyond to make sure patient and visitors were ok and didnt need anything. the cafeteria did a great job too And food was good. There is not one bad thing i can say about baylor frisco.

Yesterday was my first time having a procedure and having to be under anesthesia. I had no one with me so I was anxious to say the least. All of the staff made me feel welcomed and were very friendly. The anesthesiologist I had was great and really helped me feel comfortable. He talked to me before the procedure and when I went in as well. When I woke up my doctor was with me. I was thankful for that because I was slightly confused for a moment when I woke up so I was quickly able to recall where I was and what was going on. Overall, great experience and I d recommend this hospital to anyone.

Had surgery on Monday, April 30th and stayed 2 nites at the facility. This hospital catered to women's health. It has a nice lobby that make you feel like you're in a hotel lobby. The front desk receptionist was very nice too. They have gourmet coffees/teas/muffins/danish/cookies/etc. in the waiting room for guests. They also give you free breakfast, lunch, & dinner daily for your guests if you're an inpatient. All patient rooms are privately single. What I love most are the nurses who took care of me during my stay (The nurses who took care of me during my surgery, and Melissa, Bien, Messa, etc. after my surgery) They were great at their jobs. They treated me nicely and with much compassion. I recommend this hospital highly.

They helped me out a lot. They were concerned about me. They listened to what I had to say and gave me feedback. They helped me get through my procedure as best as they could. I can't thank them enough.

My wife went into the ER with severe leg pain, just below her knee implant. Dr. Admire and Nurse Kenny worked with her for over 9 hours. They contacted her other Doctors, took X-rays, and scans and found that she had a fractured hip. Dr. Admire contacted her Orthopedic Surgeon, who had done her knee replacement in 2009. They arranged for her to be taken to the Baylor Campus in downtown Dallas, got her a room, and took her by ambulance. This was on Monday night. She had surgery on Tuesday for hip replacement and was back home on Thursday. I can't thank Dr. Admire and Kenny enough for their tireless efforts. they went above and beyond what was expected. May God bless ALL the employees at Baylor Frisco.

I'm sorry, but, I'm still angry over my mothers last visit to your ER.
She was very ill a while back (this year) and had two trips by ambulance to your ER. She was diagnosed with the flu (84 years old).
I brought her back to the ER myself when her temp kept soaring. We were asked, "why would you bring her back in"? The doctor even told me not to bring her back unless her temp went over 106!
Finally after a few hours, the ER doc came back into the room and told me I was right to bring her in as her blood pressure was low and she was dehydrated.
Next day I drive her to another hospital ER as I knew something was wrong, sure enough, diverticulitis. She was admitted with two abscesses and a blood clot in her small intestine. She spent seven nights in the hospital and then had to have home infusions of antibiotics. Thank God she pulled through!
Honestly, my trust in your ER staff is gone.
I'll never bring her back.

These reviewers that have petty complaints about billing or feel that they have to openly disparage the staff or the hospital do not have a clue. This is a good place. Sure, no hospital is perfect but these people have neither the knowledge, nor the insight to make such comments.

I LOVED delivering my baby here! It seriously was like a resort and I was there two extra days. Most of my many many nurses and the staff were all so friendly. Lactation is so helpful and made this new mom journey so much easier.

The women's service billing department is COMPLETELY incompetent and impossible to get ahold of and I hated having to deal with them.

Regular hospital billing was way nicer and more knowledgable though! My only complaint is that I've had multiple problems getting my billing situated and they told me they'd contact insurance and get back with me on three separate occasions. I've had to keep calling back but I let it slide for two months (I have an infant and recently moved) and I just received a bill from collections even though the hospital was supposed to get back to me. Super annoying.

Everyone is always nice and helpful. And the apple juice and shortbread cookies after surgery or delivery taste magical. The food is good too if you have to stay. I loved having my baby here a couple years ago and that's why I came back here for my surgery.

My Doctor said to go to the Emergency Room at Baylor Scott & White. The closest one was on Josey Ln. in Carrollton. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I then checked reviews and saw that the Carrollton hospital was very poorly rated. I left and went to the B S&W facility in Frisco. BIG difference. Immediate attention and competent, helpful staff. Great experience!

I will tell my Doctor, in the future, to recommend the Frisco hospital! They are a bit farther away, but worth the drive.

I ve been to this hospital about 4 times. Every time I encounter a staff member that doesn t want to help me out. I come in as respectful as can be, ask if they can direct me to a particular room, doctor, floor, whatever info I m given at the time. No one seems to know where they are at in this hospital. I think it would be wise to have all staff trained on where everything is in the building. I shouldn t have to go to 3 different people in order to get a simple question answered like where is suite 436 or whatever it may be. When people are needing help, step up and guide them to where they need to be. I had a lady on the 4th floor just sitting in front of a door at a desk in her work clothes. She straight stared at her cell phone screen as she was talking to me. She could not give me any help and it was very frustrating to go back down to the first floor and search for someone to answer my questions. The signage in the building is horrible on the first floor. Nothing guiding you where you need to go. This is a business and should be treated as one.

I delivered my first baby at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco and I had the best labor and postpartum experience. My labor nurse Carla was so awesome and made me feel super comfortable during my labor. She calmed me down when I was overwhelmed and I would not have been able to get through it without her. I also want received great care from Christina and Cecilia. Overall I felt very well taken care of and will absolutely deliver my next child here!

Love the doctors, nurses, front desk people at ER (recently was there with a family member)....1 star because it was not explained to us that the ER MD's are out of network and we got billed for over $900 for one doctor.

I recently had surgery and had to stay overnight at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco. The nurses were incredible and SO KIND! Kim and Cristina took time to make sure I was well informed and comfortable while I was there. They were warm and personable and took their time explaining medication and precautions to me. I highly recommend this hospital!!

Every member of staff was extremely helpful, kind and sincere during our stay. The nurses were hyper-focused on my and my baby's best care and always went above and beyond in everything they did. The food services staff were so pleasant and always timely. The housekeeping staff were always very respectful and quick in completing their duties. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. It was by far my best hospital/labor and delivery experience ever. Thank you for making the experience so memorable.

Every person that I came in contact with At Baylor Scott and White in Frisco was wonderfully nice, helpful and I was made to feel so comfortable and we'll cared for. Also, not only is this a Beautiful facility but it is so well kept and clean. I don't want to be in a hospital anywhere; especially right now with Covid in our lives but if it becomes or became necessary I'm sure I would feel safe and secure there. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me.

I went thru ER Friday night. Was moved to the 3rd floor Friday night. Shannon was the only nurse that seemed really concerned checked on me at least every 3 hrs.the IV machine alarm kept going off and she always reacted quickly. She took excellent care of me. The other 2 nurses I might of saw them only 2 time. Push the nurse button and took forever to come in.
I just feel like the quality of care should be better

Dr.Admire and nurse Matt made my visit way more comfortable. The way they both took the time to explain everything to me and actually see what s wrong with me is definitely the best hospital service I ve ever received. Everyone is so kind as well. If you need an emergency room, this is the place to go. 10/10

I was recently admitted in for surgery to have my precancerous polyp removed by Dr. Dale Burleson. The experience at this hospital far exceeded my expectations! Not only did I have a very knowledgeable doctor in this field, but all the staffs (nurses, techs, room service, cleaning crew) that I came in contact with were exceptional. I cannot praise each and everyone of them enough. There were slight complications from my surgery and the head nurse-manager Kim from the second floor, knew exactly what to do to handle my situation. I owed her my life! If you are reading this right now, I just wanted to give a quick shout out to piper, Andre, Kim and of course my doctor Burleson on how you handled that night. Just to name a few, nurse pat, Jenny, my and many others that I couldn t remember, thank you so much for everything that you do everyday in saving lives and making your patients feel at ease. You guys are the true heroes and that are saving lives everyday at the hospital. Thank you thank you! Also I also wanted to comment on how great tasting the food was at this facility. The highlight of my day was studying what was in the menu and ordering room service. Two thumbs up for the chef, thank you!!!!

I had an amazing experience delivered my baby here!!! Especially thanks to nurse Kristina that helped during the whole delivery process! I feel truly grateful that she was so attentive and she handled everything quickly and precisely. All other nurses were amazing too, they seemed to take great care in what they do.

The facility is nice and they provided great meals for patients and visitors. I cannot say enough good things about the hospital and the L&D department!

This, by far, was the best hospital experience I had. For starters the waiting time was the least I ever experienced. Everyone we met was extremely nice and caring. From the nurses to the doctors they all had excellent bed manners and took the time to explain things.

They were extra careful with me because I wasn t very mobile and gave all the help I needed.

To top that nurse Ernest was a very pleasant and funny man with stories that will make you forget you were in a hospital.

And last but not least, Dr. Admire was absolutely great. Despite the fact that his shift was over, he stayed behind and took his time to explain the test results and give different scenarios about future steps related to my condition. He didn t rush things or even seem to be over worked. I really admired that.

To sum it up, their treatment was very personalized and it felt like I I ve known them for years. I was among friends.

I cannot speak on other services that are offered by this hospital, as for the ER, it was definitely a bad experience. This review has nothing to do with the front desk personnel because their customer service was exceptional. The ER doctor on the other hand, was so dismissive and inattentive. Quite frankly I don't remember his name, if I need to guess it would be Dr. Lee. Anyways, I went into the ER with a sharp pain on the left side of my stomach and told him what I thought it could be. He did not even hesitate to feel on the tender unbearable painful part rather he focused on other parts of my stomach. He then made the bold assumption it could be a kidney stone when clearly I had no symptoms of that diagnosis. He ordered all this blood work testing and a CAT scan only to say that it was probably gastritis, when once again, I had no stomach pain. The pain came from the inner part of the left side of my rib cage. I felt so rushed, lied to, and robbed of my money because now I have a $3,000+ bill with no proper diagnosis of my symptoms AND a more painful tender side than what I went in for. I am pretty sure this will be another review just like the others that will not be read by head officials of the hospital. Nonetheless, in ALL HONESTY, I would of expected this from a hospital like Parkland and even they are better at employing doctors that are better at caring for their patients or at least pretend to. Highly disappointed and without a doubt, this hospital has confirmed my beliefs about healthcare definitely being a field of business instead of treating a patient's illness.

Excellent. I had an MRI for my spine. The staff is really wonderful and for my experience at hospitals, this was by far the best. The hospital is clean, and the environment is relaxing. I doubt there is a better hospital in the area.

Because, I am a chronic kidney stone former, I have had multiple day surgeries in this facility to shatter my kidney stones. Every visit has been well handled and the staff, nurses, technicians and surgical team work well together. Although I am still anxious coming in for surgery, there is comfort in knowing the team works well together and is very attentive and responsive to the patient during the process.

I have never been treated as kindly as I have with the staff at Baylor Scott and White. Dr. Bedi was very personable and attentive. Kerry the charge nurse was great, all the lab folks were the best. I even got a call the next day from one of the staff to check up on me. I have never had an ER call me to see if I was ok. Thank you all for making the time here comfortable. A shout out to Superman, the first point of contact when I walked through the door. The paperwork was simple and easy to understand. Excellent job folks!

During my labor, delivery, and postpartum stay, I felt so taking care of, supported, and safe. I could not have asked for a better experience during all of the things we were facing through contractions, pushing, and the emergency c-section. I always felt heard and that my baby and I were exactly where we needed to be. So thankful for the amazing doctors, nurses, and anesthesiologist that worked with us. I would highly recommend!

Our birth experience here was amazing. We had several minor complications/setbacks during labor and our nurses, Carly and Courtney, handled them calmly and made sure our boy got here safely with a healthy momma. Our pediatric nurse, Shy, was truly incredible. I didn t want to leave her when it was time to go home.

All the patients who posted details of their negative experiences regarding their medical care at Baylor Frisco are correct. All the patients posting negative reviews about money hungry Baylor Frisco are correct. If you are a patient who has had an adverse experience or outcome at Baylor Frisco aka Frisco Medical Center, LLC and you want to file a claim and need a physician who has firsthand knowledge of Baylor, reach out to me. I will be more than happy to testify against Baylor Frisco and on your behalf. Baylor is being run by bigots that lack proficiency in their trade. To put it in simpler terms, it is run by incompetent racists. I would know. I was harassed for almost 10 years. How can it be a business that fosters quality healthcare when it discriminates based on race, gender and age or when it undermines competent and ethical doctors just to maintain the status quo of white male prosperity? I wouldn't recommend that anyone go to Baylor Frisco. I didn't even deliver my own babies there. I knew better. I was horrified at the things I saw. There are very few doctors at Baylor Frisco that I would have gone to or recommend. I practiced in the Frisco area for 8 years with ZERO bad outcomes and ZERO "issues". I was well aware that the community was filled with racist doctors and nurses because they ran quite a few black and brown doctors out of town while I was there. I was one of the few black female doctors who was unfazed and unafraid and stood my ground. Needless to say they hated me. Many of the same doctors and nurses in Frisco also work in Plano. They have a monopoly on the business in the area. Research some of the large multi-physician OB/GYN groups in the area. Research Pinnacle anesthesia, an anesthesia group of more than 200 doctors and CRNAs in DFW. If you are an anesthesiologist in solo practice you can NOT work at Baylor Frisco. Why? Because Jimmy Laferney is a Pinnacle anesthesiologist AND the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Baylor Frisco. Trust, Jimbo and his henchmen aren't about to share the pie, especially if you are black or brown. They have a dash of color in their group but that is only to save face and pretend they are an equal opportunity anesthesia group. But they're not. Make no mistake the only black or brown anesthesiologist in that group "know their place". I was disparaged by Jimmy Laferney, by the CEO William Keaton and a host of white male doctors including Dale Burleson, Keith Matheny, their Grand Dragoness and secretary Karen Murchison and a hateful Pinnacle CRNA named Colleen Wooldridge. My children were put in harms way in their attempts to discredit me, humiliate me and destroy my career. An action I will never forgive. My son was only 5 months old when I witnessed the CEO looking at him with hate and disdain. All because I moved to the area, built a business SUCCESSFULLY and didn't ask the good ole boys in town for their permission? It is America so I didn't think I had to ask anyone's permission to live my life. After I "outstayed" my welcome, the evil powers that be at Baylor Frisco set out to eliminate me. They did NOT succeed but they're savage so I knew they'd keep trying. Bigots can't break what they didn't make and it infuriates them. To all the black and brown professionals in DFW who endure being vilified day in and day out, never forget that hate-filled and bigoted men and women don't build greatness. They ride on the backs of greatness. They steal our accomplishments and try to pass them off as their own. On their own bigots are inept. They damage and destroy everything their rotten hands touch. I wasn't the only doctor of color Baylor has targeted. But I am the few that stood up to them. It is important that details of Baylor Frisco's transgressions come to light. If they can get away with publishing lies and manipulating the law to suit their interests, why can't professionals of color victimized by their abuse publish the truth? Breaking my silence has been long overdue. This is just the beginning.

Everyone did such a wonderful job taking care of my husband. He got the first dose of the shingles vaccine, and had a bad reaction to it. I thought we were not going to make it to the ER due to all of his pain.We truly appreciate everyone over there, especially Dr.Thomas Janecek and all the nurses. God bless them all

Our experience with having our baby here was everything we could ve wished for and more. The delivery nurses, post-partum nurses and lactation consultants were amazing. Every person we came into contact with seemed so genuine and really cared about you as a patient. I will never deliver anywhere else.

Had an awesome experience at this hospital! I had gallbladder removal and it was my first time going under for surgery. The staff was amazing from start to finish. My surgeon was Dr. Carassco. He very talented and skilled. Very glad I chose him to do my surgery. He explains everything about the procedure and after care. He also prayed with me which calmed my nerves. He was very positive and confident about the surgery which I appreciated. I also would recommend him for any surgical needs. The surgical assist, anesthesiologist and OR nurses were very comforting and made me feel relaxed. The nurses during my post op care were great as well! Answered all my questions and managed my pain. Definitely would recommend!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY THERE.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY THERE.

Me and my wife chose Baylor center of Frisco because we just recently moved to Frisco and we wanted something close just in case we have our baby in the middle of rush hour we didn t want to travel far. This was our third baby so we know the routine pretty good. On the day my baby was born she was feeling very tired, contractions were getting stronger and stronger and they were getting more and more painful. We got our things together and went over to the hospital. So Just FYI the valet service is only working until five pm. So if you plan on having your baby after five don t expect valet service to be available. So we go to check in we are preregistered and prepaid for the delivery. She goes in and the nurse try to check how much is she dilated and she couldn t after torturing my wife time and time again. She finally calls someone else and the second nurse did it again and couldn t and they call a third nurse and tortured her some more and she says I don t think she is dilated at all. I told her you don t sound very confident I think you should call a Doctor. She tells me THERE IS NO DOCTOR HERE AT THIS TIME THEY ONLY COME IF THERE IS A DELIVERY. This was a huge shock to me. The Whole hospital is open with no obgyn available and this was at 8 pm. I am a dentist and I knew she was not confident about her findings. And from experience I was 100 % sure my wife is having a baby again this was our Third baby. I ask them to call her dr. Who is dr. harn but he was out of town at this time and he had dr. Nicole Pendley covering for him she goes and talks to her dr. Pendley and the dr. says to send her home. They give me a paper with symptoms if it happens to come back. I look at the paper and I tell them well she is having every symptom on this paper and you are telling me I have to leave and come back. They said yes and they were very aggressive so we left. We went home since I live 10 min away and my wife started to have very severe pain and could not take it any more so I just took her back exactly 15 min after we left. I arrived there and there was no one to get me a chair no one to help me open the door the security guy standing there watching me struggle try to open the chair and get her in there. I put her in the chair and take her upstairs fast. They put her on the bed again and she was in excruciating pain and screaming and 5 min later she tells me omg something fell out and I saw the baby s head sticking out of her not moving. There was no doctor or anyone around just the nurse. I cannot tell you how terrified I was for my wife and the baby. Luckily they nurse grabbed the child and pulled him out. My wife was in excruciating pain, this was her first delivery without the epidural and the worst experience ever. She had a lot of complications after that delivery. I don t know why they did not take care of us in Baylor medical center but may be if we had a little lighter skin we would have been treated better. So my advice is to you is Find somewhere else. It is worth the drive.

Poor staff! I advise to stay AWAY! The doctors are ignorant and tell you nothing is wrong! Research how many people die at this ER? Doctors need to be investigated. Where did they get their education from?
