Baylor is such a comfortable and accommodating hospital! I delivered both of my babies there (February 2019 & November 2020) and also had a day surgery there in April 2018. Each time I visit Baylor Frisco, I am impressed. The staff is kind and supportive, the facility itself is clean and inviting, and the food is amazing! My husband and I were legitimately looking forward to staying there again for our second baby s delivery. Thanks to the amazing staff, I can look back on my labor and delivery experiences fondly. Thanks, Baylor!!

I gave birth to my son in 2012 and loved my experience with this hospital. I just had surgery here and loved my experience just as much. This hospital has excellent staff, they are all nice and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable. The food is really good and the atmosphere is pleasing. I would highly recommend this hospital.

This is the best hospital in Frisco,Tx. They have an amazing staff. Dr. Littles was awesome and so was her team. My daytime nurses were Kwmaine, Megan, & Amber perfect trio for anyone anybody anything. My nightime nurse was Gary and he was Capital A for amazing. I came in pregnant and was feeling bad they treated me with the upmost respect and care as if I was their own family member. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone need the best care in the world. Thanks you guys you are SUPER and GREAT and thanks for all you did and will do in the future. Hope this makes it to the higher ups to know they hired some of the best!

I've been here twice, the first time I waited 45 minutes, the second time I waited 40 minutes. I had to reschedule twice. Front desk staff if very nice, MA's extremely nice, but the doctor is always late and I have never been able to wait a full hour to see the doctor.

I recently had 2 outpatient procedures here and I have to say that this was the most positive experience that I've had in a medical setting ever. The facility is clean and beautiful, the procedures in place insure patient safety during these times and most important - the staff. The staff really made my day. All of them! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients. I was nervous and my nurse noticed and started cracking jokes to put me at ease. The doctor, assistant and anesthesiologist with me in the room during the procedure were so kind and patient. They made me feel comfortable and like they really cared. I wish I could come here for everything!

The entire Baylor Hospital, Frisco Staff provided outstanding service, customer, and patient care making my visit as (reasonably!) comfortable as possible. My best regards to the entire staff from check-in to the nurse who gave me my ride to my driver. Thank y'all!

If i could give this hospital a negative score, I would. This is by far the worst ER ever. I went to the ER Thursday night at 1am with a swollen organ and chest pains. The nurse that was working there who came in to the room and did our paper work, she was so rude. she was an older white lady with skunk hair highlights , glasses and a crater face, looks like she's smokes 50 packs a day. wasn't nice at all. she basically yelled at my husband for sitting on the bed with me. The doctor who was asian and maybe in his late 30's or 40's was so incompetent he shoulld have his medical license revoked. didn't even check me for anything he kept saying you're 24 your healthy. I see a lot of young people come here with the same symptoms.said my organ wasn't swollen and basically made me feel crazy. sent me hone with a anti-acid pill. Next day I went to another doctor who actually ran tests on me and my pancreas and heart were swollen. This place should be shut down. its a disgrace. If you're in the medical industry for money and you actually don't care about people, don't be a nurse or a doctor. we all depend on you guys to help us when something is wrong, not treat us like 12 year old dumb kids who know nothing about the medical industry. And to the nurse with the crater face and skunk highlights, I hope you get fired.

I couldn t be more pleased with this hospital. My experience was strictly with the L&D, and NICU, but I couldn t have asked for better staff, nurses, or doctors. Even though in my delivery almost everything went awry, it was handled calmly and professionally, and I always felt well taken care of. The medical team made my emergency c-section feel like a routine delivery there, even though I was panicking. The after delivery care was fantastic, and the NICU nurses were unlike anything I d ever experienced, especially Sandi!! I would definitely have another baby here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to deliver their baby. And the food was really good- who can say that about hospital food?!

I did leave a one star review, then had a very kind woman reach out to me in regards to my experience. She resolved everything and was very apologetic. I couldn't figure out how to delete my 1 star review so I am updating it to a 3 star. I appreciate them reaching out and resolving my issues.

I had my son in March of this year at Baylor Frisco and my experience was amazing. All the nurses we fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Harn was an absolute dream throughout the whole experience. I have since moved out of state and seriously have discussed coming back to Texas (Frisco) to have our next child! The family that visited us in the hospital were also very impressed by the staff! Overall it was a great experience!

Everyone is so kind and respectful. Throughout the entire experience I felt appreciated and well cared for. There was only 1 nurse that was pushy and didn't listen to our wishes. Our entire birth experience was wonderful. The celebration dinner was such a special touch and oh my was it delicious!

The whole experience was very pleasant. Everyone from the security guard, to the receptionist, to each and every nurse and staff, and of course the doctors--were very pleasant to talk to and professional in doing their jobs. Thank you everyone!

My husband had surgery here on 6/3/14, and the facility was lovely with lots of comfort measures for waiting family/friends. My husband and I have two complaint that knocked it down to 3 starts, both in pre-op.

First, the pre-op area is a hall with small rooms, curtains for privacy, and TV's to pass the time. It serves it's purpose well. The design isn't the complaint. The nurses, however, had little respect for the design. There were full conversations being held across the length on the hall. It was very unprofessional.

Second, the pre-op area is filled with patients who haven't been able to eat for hours. My husband hadn't eaten since the night before. He had to be there at 11am for a 1pm surgery. within half an hour of arrival, a family member of a patient across the hall and one room over brought in McDonald's. A full meal, burger, fry's, and soda. The smell was of course wafting through the department. I do not understand what cruel guest through this was appropriate, and I can't believe the nurse didn't ask the guest to take the food else ware. If there isn't a no food policy in this hallway one needs to be made. If there is, the staff needs to adhere to it.

The most positive experience I have ever had at an ER and with ER staff! The nurses are very friendly and the radiology tech even took the time to explain to me the difference between an MRI and CT simply because I was curious.

Dr. Arai was respectful of my symptoms and transparent with me throughout the whole visit and never seemed to be rushed or unobserved (unlike my experience with Texas Health Presbyterian's ER department in Dallas). He was able to diagnose me within 30 minutes of getting the right scans done and set me up with a specialist that same day.

These doctors, nurses, and technicians truly care and it clearly shows!

Thank you Dr. Arai and all the nursing staff who took great care of me!

Dr M is the best. But the staff at the desk is rude, unhelpful and the paperwork that's required EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN is repetitive and ridiculous. And being scheduled for one time and being told upon arrival it's another time is unacceptable. And the phones being down for an entire day is unacceptable. And waiting over 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment is insane. Terrible service.

Go here if you want doctors to think you're on drugs and they barely talk to you. I know it's an ER but they charged me $2,000 to tell me to take some Advil. My eyes were red bc I slept in my contacts and everyone kept questioning me if I was on drugs! Then they made me take a urine test which had NOTHING to do with my injury. They're really judgemental people here. Do to the ER across the street called Medical City. They charge was less and genuinely care

Came in tonight 33 weeks pregnant after having a minor fall. Marqueza on the L&D floor is an absolute angel. She made me feel so calm and comfortable the whole time and gave me a huge hug when I left. She made me laugh through one of the scariest moments of my life and I m so grateful to have had her to look after my baby and I. Dr Esfandiari is wonderful as well. So thankful to have chosen such a wonderful place to care for my baby and I. Can t thank the staff of Baylor Frisco enough.

I had a great experience here delivering my baby, except for one nurse who told me my baby would suffer if I got an epidural at 3 centimeters while I was being induced. My real problem is I went to their ER with pain. Within 24hrs my kidney burst and a collapsed lung due to nurses not listening and a dr that wanted to wait 9hrs to do my surgery. All While I was pumped full of fluids and nothing was coming out. The hospital is great but their ER is a joke. If you have something really wrong or think you do, don't go here. Their ER is more like an Care Now.

Great, caring and knowledgeable staff from doctors to nurses. The nurses were always at my beck and call through out my stay. The foods served too were good and very nutritious especially the celebration meal. I will always recommend this hospital to a friend.

My wife recently gave birth to our first baby at B...

My wife recently gave birth to our first baby at Baylor Medical Center at Frisco and we wanted to be sure to share our story with others who might be considering giving birth there. We'd like to preface this review by saying that this review does not pertain to the care received in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum as those nurses were, for the most part, excellent (with one or two exceptions). Instead, this review focuses on the horrors we experienced after our baby was taken to the NICU.

Our otherwise healthy, full-term baby boy ended up in the NICU after what we suspect was overzealous intervention on the part of one or more members of the hospital staff immediately following the delivery (multiple independent medical professionals also share our suspicions). What followed was a long series of vague answers, half-truths and even some outright lies - all undertaken in an effort to, we suspect, try to conceal what had really taken place right after the birth. We asked numerous questions so that we could be as involved as possible with the care of our son, but it's almost like they were trying to stymie us at every turn. With few exceptions, we never felt like they made any effort to communicate with us regarding the condition of our son until our request for a patient advocate basically forced them to speak to us.

We left Baylor of Frisco with the distinct impression that they are NOT a baby-friendly hospital and that they are far more concerned with "CYA" hospital politics than patient care and communication. We will never go back there to deliver another baby. Never.

If you're considering giving birth at BMCF, I would caution you to consider the consequences should your baby end up in their NICU. The competency of their NICU care is questionable and, as we are now learning, the neonatologist group, Pediatrix Medical Group, that they contract with for NICU matters may not be in-network on your insurance even if the hospital itself is. You may end up owing thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars to out-of-network doctors who are happy to balance bill you for the amount your insurance won't pay. Oh, and their fees and charges are astronomical.

Please give my commentary some consideration. We thought that we'd figured all the angles before the delivery. We were wrong. As if the NICU experience wasn't bad enough, we're now saddled with a huge bill from three different doctors who practice under the Pediatrix Medical Group umbrella. We were basically held hostage by the situation and had no choice in these care providers. One of them, Dr. Antonio Santiago, we wouldn't recommend to our worst enemy. Consider yourself warned.

I had a baby here in December and I couldn't be more pleased! The staff was so warm, friendly, accommodating and patient! The food was DELICOUS the security in the nursery I felt was great and secure. I was never pressured to do anything I didnt want to do such as be induced, or breastfeed. Breastfeeding was a "no" for me and I knew I was going to tell them I didnt want to see the lactation at all. I've heard "horror storries" about how other people I know at hospitals they have delivered at will still bring them in anyway and push it on you making you feel bad. They never once did they and listened to my wishes with no argument or making me feel bad. They took great care of my baby, myself, my husband and visitors. My husband's meals were covered, just like mine. They came quick when called, which luckily...I rarely needed to call. The pull out bed for my husband wasnt the best, but what do you except, and at least it made into a bed! We also did the car safety class they have there (because you get to chose one free class when you sign up to deliver there) and we felt like that class was great, informative and we are very happy we took it. Overall SO pleased, and I would have 100 babies if my experience could be like it was for me.

Oh! They also sent us a card saying congrats, thank you and how awesome I did! It was so incredibly sweet!

Had our 3rd baby here and they are Excellent in every way. From security guard to nurses, doctors, nursery, lactation consultant and even kitchen staff. We were taken care of to our uttermost satisfaction. It s no surprise Baylor Frisco is far ahead of any other hospital.

I have not delivered yet but I have to send thanks to Vanessa in billing. She has been so nice wile I have been making payments. She has made me feel like a friend and I appreciate her amazing customer service. Thank you for making my first experience before even getting to the hospital great!!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is horrible. No professionalism in the emergency room whatsoever. From the time I walked in (for pregnancy issues), I felt like a burdan..the front desk women were grumpy and short. The worst came after I was in my room! The nurse asked me why I came to this hospital instead of the hospital I had previously gone to. Then, im ordered to have an ultrasound.. two women come in, not only do they not introduce themselves, they are talking to each other the ENTIRE TIME, about other employees in the hospital (not nice things.) They ignored me completely. Then, as I'm getting the butter ultrasound, 2 people walk in without knocking and say "oops sorry." Ugh. So unprofessional..
Then to top it off.. as I'm getting a transvaginal sonogram, I'm spead eagle with the blanket pulled back past my knees, so I'm fully exposed.. one of the techs decides she going to WALK OUT! PULLS THE DOOR OPEN WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD AND WALKS OUT!!! WHILE IM FULLY EXPOSED!! Although I could go on, the only person that was professional and helping was the doctor. EVERYONE else that I came in contact with here was completely unprofessional and rude. I will never be back here. I've never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. It makes me sick.

Delivered my son here and the staff was so helpful and caring. It s a clean and newer feeling hospital and the delivery rooms were nice and I loved how secure and locked down they were. Picking where you meet your bundle of joy is important and this hospital definitely made that moment special for me. I cried each time the nurses switched haha!! They were seriously caring tho and I m glad I delivered here!

My hospital stay after having a baby was great. My nurses were amazing at taking care of my baby and I. They always made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was recovering well. Everyone was so friendly.

I'm not sure whom to pass this on to, but sharing here: working with this hospital (where we have delivered twice before and had amazing experiences) this time has been a really tough experience.

I was supposed to get a call to take a COVID test as part of my scheduled (not elective) induction, where I am supposed to go in Monday evening. I never got a call. I tried calling the hospital and was told everyone was too busy because of furloughs. I waited two more days. Finally, I reached out through social media and was told someone would call me. Four hours later I got a call from Diane.

She told me my induction is elective (it's not). She told me I should not plan on coming in Monday. I'm on a wait list, and they are too busy to accommodate me (her words), and since my induction is elective (again, her words), I am low priority.

I called my doctor's office in tears, who spoke with Diane and immediately apologized for her behavior. My doctor's office confirmed when I called my induction is not elective. However, they did say there are other pregnant women with more pressing medical concerns, which I completely understand, hence the waitlist. But Diane telling me they could not help and calling my induction elective was hurtful and rude. I told her it was not elective and she just kept saying yes it is.

We've had two babies at Baylor Frisco and never had this experience .
It sounds like the hospital is way too busy to provide good care, which is even more terrifying since I am just a few days from my due date.

EDIT: Below Baylor says we received a call, which we did not...

Highly knowledgeable about issues specific to their positions in the departments they have chosen, and have been chosen by the hospital management. Very caring! Plentiful close parking for handicapped who are coming to have orthopedic surgeries. Will not hesitate to choose the hospital again, and recommend to my friends & family.

Excellent experience at this facility. Very clean, comfortable, and professional in a scary COVid era. All staff took the time to explain their role and answered all questions. Husband loved the food in Cafe. If you need surgery this is the place to go.

BSW Frisco is the only hospital in the DFW area that I feel confident that my needs will be met. I have had 3 procedures conducted at this hospital since 2008. They have always been friendly, clean and extremely professional at each visit. Thank You BSW Frisco for all you do!

All the staff are top notch! Impressively clean facilities and front lobby. Food is awesome too. Everyone makes you feel like you're the most important patient in there. Just wish there were more hospitals (level 1 or 2) that can adhere to these high standards.Only thing to improve is to get some nicer/new/bigger TV's. And maybe improve internet access wi-fi or cellular. Signals pretty sketchy at least w/ AT&T in some places.

Stay away from the ER. After sending the hospital a detailed blow by blow narrative of my ER treatment, I heard back from the Quality & Risk Manager on 9/11/17. She wrote, "We have completed our investigation and found the care to be appropriate." So this is what Baylor Scotts & White Medical Center ER believes appropriate:

1. Despite significant trauma to the head, no MRI scan was performed which could have ended badly
2. Wound was not properly irrigated--foreign debris was discovered in the wound 8 weeks later
3. Ineffective antibiotic prescribed resulting in significant infection
4. Failure to suture the underlying tissue and muscle of a deep 3.5 inch wound resulted in poor healing and as a result need for scar revision surgery
5. Closed a facial wound with staples instead of sutures--not common practice in the medical community
6. ER doctor treated spouse with disrespect referring to her as "little missy" when she asked a question

Avoid the Medical Center ER if at all possible.

______________________

Avoid Frisco Medical Center's ER. After being treated there for a 3.5 inch cut on my face, I am now having to undergo scar revision. Instead of sutures the doctor used staples to close a wound and without cleaning it properly. The wound got infected within the first 5 days and the prescription for antibiotics was not effective. It took 9 weeks for the wound to completely heal and the doctor who is treating me now found debris imbedded as if someone had planted it there. The ER doctor either hates his job or hates the people he treats and I'm honestly surprised he's still practicing medicine, especially at Baylor Medical Center - Frisco.

I was in Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco for a robotic pyeloplasty with Dr. Mark Allen. I had to stay in the hospital overnight. My experience at Baylor Frisco was great. I went to Baylor Plano to have my stent put in my kidney. Ny experience at Baylor Plano was not the best. I can tell you if you want a great experience, I would highly recommend Baylor Frisco. I want to thank Bien Cruz for taking such good care of me the first night I was in the hospital, he is an exceptional nurse. I also want the thank Carlee and Tracey for taking care of me the next day. I also want to thank the OR staff, Doctors, and nurses who took such good care of me and kept me safe when I had my surgery.

Patient care was excellent. I just delivered my first baby this week and the entire labor and delivery staff and postpartum unit took amazing care of myself and my new little family. Even when my delivery got a little scary, I felt complete trust in everyone to get my son out safely. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is expecting.

Wonderful staff and doctors my first time having a baby by c-section here and they made it as pleasant as possible my husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. Great food and Care! Definitely recommend. Special dinner was a great plus and was delicious! We were so glad to know the hubby s meals were included too so he didn t have to leave to get his own! Felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. Only complain was The couch my hubby had to sleep in was terrible. - star for that. Other then that we enjoyed having our bundle of joy here!

Wow so was transferred to the nurse's station as I called to ask a simple question and was greeted with rudeness from the second they picked up the phone. Nurse I spoke with sure failed to display any kind of compassion or professionalism. Giving 1 star because it can't be zero stars

The hospital, the services, the nurses, My doctor by far was the best experience we ve had with all the hospitals we ve been to when it comes to labor and delivery. I wish I could have wrote everyone s name down to personally thank each one of you. During COVID-19 everyone someone looked alike with . They made us not only feel special but made it easy to get through during this time. Thank you everyone. See you again 2021!!! #7

I would like to recommend this hospital to everyone I know. I arrived this hosptal and gave birth to my baby in the midnight and the entire staff was timely informative and gentle. I have been to Baylor twice now. And I am seeing how they work. They do everything they can to run up the bill. I took a friend in with a boil. A boil.... He needed some antibiotics. $8000 later, he gets the prescription. They did an ultrasound, and CT scan, of a boil.....

Stay away.............Or bring a lot of money.

You will need it.

My Mother had back surgery here and we were all amazed at how nice everything is. The rooms, food, nurses.....wow! The only complaint I had was that there was constant confusion about medications, new and preexisting. The doctor would say one thing, the nurses another and then act like it had never been discussed.

Love this hospital and the staff here. I spent 3 weeks here due to a bad kidney infection that wouldn t cooperate! From mg start in the ER to being transferred to a room to being released, everyone was absolutely amazing. The in house doctors were incredible, thorough, and followed up very timely. The nurses that took care of me during my stay were awesome. They were always delightful, quick to come when called, and took care of me like I was a family member. The added touches allowed me to relax and focus on healing. Just to name a few - someone from management checked on me every morning to make sure all ways great, the janitorial staff took the time to know my name and greeted me with a smile every time they entered the room, and THE FOOD!!! Having an executive chef and dietician at my fingertips was awesome. While I hope to avoid hospitals all in all, I will forever drive here when a hospital visit is needed.

Medical staff are excellent. The administration however is NOT. THey have a new policy that requires you to pay in full before they will treat you. - even BCBS is shocked - and they have received complaints about this strategy. I will NEVER return here for treatment. But now I have to find a new location for next procedure. Very disappointed.

I truly appreciated the assistance of the triage nurse. However the nurse that was charged to my ER room and the doctor were beyond rude and unhelpful.

I don't normally write reviews, however I was prescribed an antibiotic called Cipro and not given information on the FDA warning which was placed on it almost a month ago.

I spoke with the supervisor to try and get it changed and they informed me that it was the pharmacies job to inform us of the drug, not the doctors. Overall I will never recommend this facility to anyone.

Everyone I had contact with... front desk, Dr. Lee, the nurses, the ultra sound tec, admitting, triage,... was kind, compassionate and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I had surgery at this hospital to fix my broken leg.

Everything was great.

Only thing that I didn't like was I was rushed out of the place when I was dizzy and nauseous and had to use crutches.

Like I even said I felt a little better to my friend who picked me up and they overheard that and rushed over there with a wheel chair and practically forced me out of the place. It was kind of rude to say the least.

Thank you! The entire staff was Informative and Kind. Dr J was patient, gentle, had great eye contact and clearly communicated. Nurse Jim and Nurse Brooke were kind and attentive. I appreciated the thorough testing and the intuitive Radiologist - he distracted me from difficult moments via personal connection: through kindness/stories/humor. Where to grow: It s not helpful to tell someone to calm down. Use effective calming techniques instead :).

I was admitted Oct 4 for a total knee replacement and from admission to discharge, I felt as if I were the only patient. The nurses were all very nice and caring. Not once did they huff or roll their eyes because I needed assistance. Yes, I've experienced that in other hospitals. The food is excellent and there's a wide variety to choose from. All the staff I interacted with was pleasant and made me feel at ease. I don't have a complaint at all!

I had an incredible experience delivering my baby here. I was so happy with my overall experience. The nurses and anesthesiologist were great and kind. The rooms were clean and nice. The food was sooo good for being hospital food and i loved that my husband was able to eat there for free too. There are so many wonderful little touches, like the blanket and the scrub top that we received. We also received a card from our nurses. The only complaint I would say is that the fold out couch/bed my husband was on was AWFUL. It was so uncomfortable. He couldn't sleep and he likes to sleep on the floor sometimes. The second night I told him to go home and sleep. They are really good at getting your out and discharged quickly. It's nice you aren't waiting around trying to go. I LOVED my experience, except for the fold out bed. I will definitely return for the next baby.

I just had my hip replaced by a fabulous doctor at a fabulous hospital.
Dr Barrington is well known as an expert for hips and knees. Great bedside manner, answers questions and does a perfect job.
The relatively small but very new and state of the art is a terrific hospital. They are Uber organized, no waiting,
And a great facility full of wonderful people.
Rooms are super nice and Uber modern, food is on demand and food with lots of choices.
My nurses Sarah, Gretchen, tech Anne and Tracey, PT Hailey and Mary and the wonderful Dr Watson who helped me quit smoking in April when I was here for another matter.
Pre op and post op nurses are super great too.
This is a great place!

Just delivered at this hospital this past week. I had a fantastic experience. The hospital was clean and all doctors/nurses were great. I received excellent care. Also, the food was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Worst experience is the billing process...Had to visit ER...Don't go here if you can help it especially if you are unable to afford care. The billing department does not allow you to apply for financial assistance even if you qualify. The employees don't return phone calls and their management has robot responses and offer no assistance. If you can't afford to pay your bill due to financial hardship they say you have to apply for care credit which the doctors there don't even accept so that defeats the purpose. I got separate bills for the doctor and they told me that care credit is a scam and that's why they don't make their patients apply for it although the hospital does??? I waited 2 weeks for a callback from Sherry Porter in the billing office and when I did get a callback she was not nice at all...very unapologetic and pretty much told me too bad and I have to apply for care credit. So even if you meet there qualifications for financial assistance they still won't let you apply...they kept calling it charity to make me "feel" bad about asking for help.

We really felt like we received excellent care both during and after the birth of our daughter. I loved the classes that were offered for first time parents. Most of our nurses were excellent, caring and compassionate. The food during our stay seemed above average for hospital food. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We felt like we were one of the only patients being cared for in this boutique, hospital setting. Thank you!

This is by far the worst Baylor facility that we have been to. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. They called me on Friday (surgery scheduled from Monday at 7am) and told me that I would have to pay thousands of dollars Monday morning before they would do surgery. They were not willing to work with me on payment arrangements. The business office is a joke...that is the nicest thing that I have to say about them. They wanted to reschedule surgery because I couldn't come up with the money in less than a day. The insurance info they had was not accurate & the didn't seem to care. They want all this money up front but when it comes to refunding it due to the bad info they had it will take months. Will not ever come back here or recommend Baylor Frisco.

My wife had carpal tunnel surgery on this hospital. Every staff member from the moment we walked in was courteous and professional. They took care of my wife and we're very kind and attentive to her needs. My respects to all staff during these troubled times.
