The operators here suck big time.. I have called in this company a few times to speak to someone.. They would take all your information every time you call and then say they'd be transferring you to the person you want to speak to & would conveniently put your on hold forever without returning ever. They have no manners what so ever. Operators are the first face of the company ( atleast when you are over the phone ) & they need to learn to be polite & kind towards people calling. No one would pick up the phone & try calling just for fun right ?? Operators - Please know your job role & if your company policies do not permit you to transfer calls have the decency to let the caller know on the first call itself. That would save your time and ours too.

I have called to schedule my follow up appt FOUR times, speaking to different people who all promise a return call to schedule my appt and I never get called

I have had an ongoing dispute about a payment we made upfront with this company for the better part of two years. There representatives have told me that the account was paid in full on Dec 5th, 2017, and then on Dec 17, 2017 they send me another bill and the bill is being collected again. I have sent them proof of this payment and yet they still refuse to acknowledge their own colossal accounting error. Do not do business with this company Miraca Genetics is a better value for your money and does not waste your time!

I m filing a stolen mail report with the US Postal Inspectors since I have evidence of delivery of my kit, but they say they do not have my kit.

To follow up on my original review, I did file a report with the US Postal Service for the missing mail of my blood sample. It was finally found a week later was in an unusual delivery location at Baylor, but too old to be used for testing.
