The middle of the summer in NM is the most stressful time for your AC to stop working. In our situation it started happening right as we were about to go to sleep, even better. Sleeping with the A/C off is something I only want to experience one night. Luckily, B&D was able to come out and save the day the next morning. I was working so just opened what needed to be opened and let him work. Ruben was so respectful and professional. He would knock before entering, let me know his next steps, and his plans when he had to go get parts. I was back to being comfy in my A/C by mid day. One of the best service experiences I ve had.

Had hot water heater repaired (water was not getting hot enough). I believe my hot water heater had a "circulation" function installed. The male half of the previous owners was handicapped. He had one leg. My guess is that circulation feature was to prevent scalding. In addition, HVAC control panel was upgraded as well heating coils cleaned. Both HVAC and Hot water heater appear to be working fine now.

BEWARE! My family hired B&D Industries to come fix a plumbing problem in our home. We were given a estimate that it would take 2 days to complete the job. This morning when the tech arrived; however, the job only took 2 hours. We were charged as if it took the tech the entire two days ($1300+). It took the entire day (and multiple calls from us, because they didn't follow up over the phone) to get a refund of the difference. Make sure you get a good, accurate estimate because apparently that is how this company decides what you will be charged, rather than the time that the job actually needed.

My house was recently effected by a huge windstorm which ripped the electrical meters from the wall. B&D was the only company who responded and diligently worked to resolve the issue before any other company was even able to return my call. The worked through the day and stayed in contact with PNM to ensure we wouldn t go another night without power. The workers that came out to the job were knowledgeable, courteous and highly motivated to ensure quality customer service.

This company is ACES in my book. Great team, great work, and Giovanni is fabulous. Will use B&D from now on for all our plumbing needs.

Guys were efficient, safe and clean.....they showed up on time everyday and were very professional...they kept me in the loop on everything and were on time and did not go over their estimated price to me.

The washing machine kept overflowing, plus we requested that the plumbing for our entire facility (3,200 square feet!) be inspected and cleaned if necessary since it's an old building. Our clean out caps were also checked and ended up needing to be replaced. The tech was on time, checked every single thing (including going up into crawl spaces), and ran the washing machine multiple times once he'd cleaned the drain just to make sure it was truly clear. He thoroughly explained the work needed before actually performing it so we'd know what we were paying for, and he left no mess behind once it was completed. Excellent service and their prices are very, very reasonable; I can't recommend them more highly!
