Bayfront health-port charlotte Review

Doc. Dubois. Is the best. He did a all some job i had triple by pass and i was out of the hospital in 3 days. He. Made sure I was taken care of. Doc popper is my other doc. For my hart and his staff is all some they been there and helping me get better. Very luck to have both docs on my side. The hospital was very help full onley. The one day they change there computers was change. And its was a mess but they did the best they had it fix next day.

I have to honestly say that I was impressed by the changes that were made to the Natal unit at Bayfront. The staff was kind and took their time to explain things to me as to what they were doing and why without sarcastic remarks and attitude as I had experienced in the past with my last two deliveries. Petal especially made me feel comfortable and did her job very well! The recovery rooms were much more private and I wasn't constantly woken up throughout my stay. I was actually able to rest and heal before leaving the next night. This was by far my toughest pregnancy and most painful delivery, yet it was the most positive experience I've had delivering a baby yet. Thank you to all of the staff assigned to me and to Dr. Finley for making sure we did our best to stick to my birth plan!!

Sad excuse for a hospital. I've been in with my Mom many times and it's frightening. We go there because it's convenient to home. She doesn't want to go to Faucet because it's so overcrowded and no private rooms. My main complaint is one admission her back was hurting so bad she couldn't move an inch. She was just crying and wanted it all over. The Dr. gave her ONE milligram or morphine twice a day. She got zero relief the entire time she was there. Both of us complained and were ignored. The nurse didn't have enough confidence to call the doctor on call and wake him/her. They made a 77 y/o woman suffer needlessly. The fourth day they gave her steroids and the next day she was able to walk. Why wait until day 4 to give her the steroids? Totally dismissed and ignored with no note of empathy for the patient.
She has had 3 serocoversions for A Fib that were without incident. Most of the nursing staff do a good job and are friendly. God forbid if they bother a doctor regarding a patient. Don't question doctor's orders because you'll be silenced. These statements are all opinions.

I went to Bayfront in north port which has since moved back to the hospital in port Charlotte for balance issues and the help I received from Kristi was phenomenal.
She took her time with me,carefully explaining to me what I need to do to hopefully get better and exercises I need to do at home to maintain my edge and I felt very confident after I left there.

I just delivered my son there and had a great experience all of the nurses are kind and welcoming and I would definitely use this hospital again

This was one of the BEST surgical experiences I have had. I have had quite a few.
Thanks to Dr Finley the surgical nurses and the congenial anesthesiologists the procedure was painless and all went extremely smoothly.
My primary nurse Peggy Osinga was a knowledgeable, and comforting guide throughout.
I had little discomfort in the days after and I have a follow up appointment with Dr. Finley Tues. JULY 27.

The OB Nurses were, professional, caring and helpful. My daughters delivery was greatly helped by the nurses

My husband had speech and physical therapy at Bayfront in Northport and had amazing experiences with each therapy session.
The therapist are very knowledgeable and helped us in all areas the therapies. I would definitely recommend this place for therapy!
