Confusion trying to get an important message to an employee. I was finally transferred to someone who had voicemail. 10 seconds into the message their system kicked in with if you're happy enter number 1.

Speedy response but kind of expensive. Still, I will use them again since no other electrician will return a phone call within a reasonable time.

Just applied for a job here as a Payroll Processor through Indeed. Now I received 2 assessments from Besco. Indeed recommends 90 minutes to complete these assessments. Am I getting paid for these assessments? No! Well, why would I do them. I've been at my position for 11 years, as Payroll Manager, we are closing our doors next month, but have been in payroll and HR for over 20 years. If that doesn't tell you I'm qualified, nothing will. I would not ask you all to work for 90 minutes, to see if I'm going to hire you. There is a reason you all are rated 2.6 by your own employees on Indeed, and the reasons are not good. Please consider my application withdrawn!
