I have to honestly say that I was impressed by the changes that were made to the Natal unit at Bayfront. The staff was kind and took their time to explain things to me as to what they were doing and why without sarcastic remarks and attitude as I had experienced in the past with my last two deliveries. Petal especially made me feel comfortable and did her job very well! The recovery rooms were much more private and I wasn't constantly woken up throughout my stay. I was actually able to rest and heal before leaving the next night. This was by far my toughest pregnancy and most painful delivery, yet it was the most positive experience I've had delivering a baby yet. Thank you to all of the staff assigned to me and to Dr. Finley for making sure we did our best to stick to my birth plan!!
