Great experience. Stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath room. Excellent stay, comfortable and clean rooms. Great features to the stay. Great pool, putting green, poolside activities and more. Surround by a golf course, great destination for golf. Close proximity to beach access, but not right along the busiest areas of tourist destination so a good comfortable place.
Nicely appointed suite with blissfully comfortable beds, plenty of big thirsty towels, fun pool area, attractive landscaping, and plenty of activities. Family friendly, but quiet too.
Just wished it was closer to the beach. The hot tub was a little dirty.
This was my first time at the resort and it was wonderful. Unfortunately when I arrived the power was out and they put my family and I in the wrong room, but the staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay here as comfortable as possible.
Our accommodations were much more spacious than expected, the staff was friendly and helpful and this resort has alot to offer. At the end of our trip we found ourselves wishing we could stay a few more days. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We went here because we couldn't go to Hawaii this year...you know...pandemic and all. We would recommend it...especially for golf lovers.
Great place for a family getaway. Large rooms, clean space, friendly staff, and lots for kids to do. A little bit of a drive to get there from nearby facilities, but well worth it. We are already planning our next trip!
Real nice. Some construction going on the week we visited, but no inconvenience. This resort not on beach, and that is the main thing wife wants. Did go to State Park and to public beaches, so she was good. Just a little inconvenient. Pool was large enough and had enough loungers and chairs. Activities were pretty good, especially for this size resort.
Best vacation rental hotel. The room/apartment is spacious. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The staff is awesome. The amenities are great. The server at the poolside bar went above and beyond. This is the place I will come to again and again when I come to PCB

It's understandable with the style and the appliances. (Sorry about the hurricane's) but its mainly for those that like golf and I'm not a fan otherwise you'd possibly like it.
One of the smallest of the Marriott resorts, it's size was an attractive alternative to the larger resorts. Of course it depends on your wants and expectations from a resort, what we missed was beach access but with Bay Point across the parking lot, we were pleased. Our wives enjoyed the Serenity Spa facility next door, a message and lunch. We rented bikes from Marriott, but only needed them for a few hours to tour the peninsula. A great week, helpful and resourceful staff. Access your needs to plan for a great week.
COVID has made getting away difficult. The folks here are doing all they can to make a getaway reasonably safe. Cudos

My family had a wonderful, relaxing time! All the buildings were extremely clean and quiet. It is a reasonable distance form the beach, yet far enough away to avoid the chaos. We are already planning our next trip.
Accommodations were spacious and comfortable, the Staff were friendly , knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this vacation resort .
A small resort, but excellently staffed and maintained. Activities were good, the common outdoor areas were neat and well equipped (grill, oversized chess set, ping pong, pool, hot tub, basketball, corn hole, kids playground).

Super nice hotel, high end amenities. If you like a quiet gated community right on the lagoon this place is for you. Nicholas designed gulf course within walking distance. Bay point harbor right nearby. A short drive to some nice resteraunts and the east end of panama city beach. St andrews stat park is really close too. The only drawbackis its at least a 30 minute drive to pier park and a 20 minute drive to the heart of panama city beach. Never less a nice place to stay.

A little confusing to get to and it doesn't have a lot of amenities. This a resort for golfers. Otherwise you are limited to the small pool area.
Very nice and clean, it's a small resort however and there is no on site restaurant or liquor license, only beer and wine is sold. You do have access to the Sheraton bar and restaurant right next door, however.
Beautiful resort. Great amenities. Wonderful staff. We had an initial issue registering in but Paul the front desk supervisor was patient and resolved our issues. He went above and beyond and brought up a little gift basket with our daughters favorite snacks and wine for us. Thank you Paul for taking such good care of us. Highly recommended.
Great location in a very nice area. The marina is right next to the hotel. Public access to beaches are within 10 mins of driving as well as plenty of places to eat. Stayed in a suite, one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. Pool area was really nice and plenty of activities for kids as well provided by the hotel.

without even seeing this place i knew it be amazing i loved the staff and the rooms it was bassacialy like a apartment my only problem is i wanted a hotel right by the beach.
The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are decent sized. Plenty of amenities and other benefits that are not usually offered at other vacation clubs.
Check-in could be better especially for Lifetime Titanium members.
Also, entering our room was a maintenance employee fixing the kitchen sink. We were not made aware of this from the front desk and made it uncomfortable when entering the room.
Always have a great time painting with the guests. The staff of the recreation center work hard to give their visitors a unique and memorable experience.
My goodness, where do I start? This community is in a gated golf community so it is very private. The properties were very, very nice - soft beds AND clean. Wifi was strong. We had the two bedroom and the patio had a ceiling fan and was screened in. There were lots of poolside activities for the children and we ended up taking the bike tour which circled around the marina where we could see the docked boats. You will love this Marriott property.

The elevator was like an oven. No one would survive more then thirty (30) minutes inside if they were ever trapped.
This thing waking me up at 6:30 everyday on my vacation was not good.

Nice resort, gated community, and relaxing. One down side is there is no late check out for platinum members.
We are owners and have stayed at multiple resorts. No need to go back here. No food, no water access, nowhere to walk, no clean bedding or towels and no sound ordinances. You will get woke up everyday between 530-6am.
Great location and view. Kitchen could use a better inventory, and better dishwasher (the general dishwasher in unit has an odd configuration).
Nice quiet resort off the beaten path with beautiful views. Close enough to the beaches and tourist hot spots when you want to go and far enough to escape for pool time, walks, and other resort activities.
This place is an excellent option to have a relaxing holiday. We went to Panama City to compete on the Ironman 70,3. We were 4 people + 4 bikes + luggage and The place was perfect we were comfortable

First time I've stayed in a metal enclosed porch. Not liking it at all. Can't even take pictures. Disappointing. Window leaked. Rug was wet. Refrigerador made really loud noises. Tears in rug. Needs refreshing.
One of the smaller Marriott timeshare resorts but very nice. Facilities and rooms are very well maintained. Very comfortable rooms, all two bedrooms with full kitchen a, living room and balcony.
We had a nice time but it wasn't the Marriott vacation club experience we've grown to love.
The rooms were very nice but the beds were ridiculously high. I'm a healthy younger person so it wasn't an issue for me but my kids needed to be helped up or take a running start. My mom has knee issues and it was near impossible for her to get in the bed she spent many nights sleeping in a chair. My parents also found the mattress to be very uncomfortable in their room it felt like they were sleeping downhill.
In our room alot of things were run down the doors wouldnt shut properly on closets you had to really push them and our front door the screws were actually out on the part where the door locks so the door didn't always latch correctly but maintence did come fix it eventually.
The filter for the a/c unit cover fell off the wall a few times cause the latches didn't seem to be working.
I hated the location of the washer/dryer. When transferring things from the wash to the dryer I ended up dropping them down the side between the wall and machines and it was near impossible to retrieve.
Watch out for the door on the dishwasher. It goes all the way yo the ground and will smash your feet.
My biggest complaint was the activities staff. NOTHING was ever on time and many activities they just didnt bother doing. I went to try the Zumba classes they offered twice a week and 5 minutes before the start time the doors were locked to the wreck room. I knocked and could see the activities staff in there but was ignored. My kids were really excited for flamingo races and they never even bothered to hold those at the scheduled time despite a packed pool. When confronted about it they claimed to have gone around the pool asking if anyone wanted to do it and everyone said no. We are a party of 11 and not a single one of us saw this. The movie night in the pool started nearly 30 minutes late cause they forgot to hit play. There was a bracelet activity one day they didn't bother setting up till a bunch of people showed up at the exact start time and then had to wait till it was all setup and organized. The "bar" was open once out of the 7 days we were there. There was a rootbeer float day and they charged like $3- $4 for extremely tiny cups. The activities staff seemed more interested in hanging out in their air conditioned building socializing with each other than doing their job.
There was a really nice little bay beach nearby (2 hotels over a short walk) with a restaurant, boat rentals and a very reasonably priced shuttle to shell island that no one mentioned to us we actually discovered on our own. They do have a sign about the shuttle in the lobby but its hidden behind other displays. You get tickets at serenity spa hotel 2 doors over for the bay point lady shuttle to shell island.
The front desk staff is the reason I didn't give a lower star rating they were extremely helpful especially Lisa. They'd bend over backwards to try to make up for what the activities and event staff lacked and were very informative when asked for info.
Living room Furniture very uncomfortable, bed quite comfortable. Nice kitchen. Quite clean and refreshing. Two bedrooms, both with king beds. Nice aminities with pool, spa, planned activities, golf course, corn hole, a d crafts.
