I have been in care for around 6 years now I have worked for a few care companies and Baxter lifecare is by far the best I have worked for. Not only do they go above and beyond for all their clients they treat all staff members like family. The support I have received from the directors Bev and Dean, the registered manager Sandie, care manage Lyndsey, Cameron and Dylan has been so overwhelming. I couldn't of reached my goal of becoming a care manager without their support and I will be forever grateful to all of them. I have faced some personal challenges but none of them let me give up and was fully behind me. Thank you team baxters

I have 10 years plus experience within domiciliary services and what a difference it makes providing valuable care to the community from a smaller family run organisation instead of big corporate companies. The directors go out there way to assist us whatever we require. My team are fabulous and I wouldn't think twice about using our team for my own family if required.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this company deserves a lot more!! I moved to blackpool trying to find my feet in life and came across Baxter life care, they took me straight in and made me feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. Each member of staff have their own unique skills and knowledge and quality s and we all learn from each other day in and day out, the care provided for each client is exceptional. Any issues that staff or clients have is sorted straight away by the amazing team in the office and/or the care team in the field. When looking for a care company for a loved one this company should definitely be top priority to choose, we have the best team to provide a wide range of different care needs for you're loved one!
Our amazing registered manager sandie coles will go above and beyond for both her staff and clients and that s what a company needs someone like her to care and support everyone she meets, she never fails to make you feel the best when doing youre job and a reward never goes a miss!

I joined Baxter life care last year and I have to say it's been the best career move that I have ever made, one look at the photo attached explains it all (permission acquired to post from client) who looks this happy on a shift at work, if you want a job where you look forward to your next shift then you need to come and join us :) I have worked in the care sector for several years finding the hours gruelling and management unsupportive but Baxter's are a breath of fresh air, management bend over backwards to support you and have created an amazing team of carers who bring each other up. Management have great faith that everyone has potential to progress further and encourage this a lot, they give a lot of incentives to staff for work above and beyond which means the whole team is always motivated to go that extra mile. Management also try their best to match clients and carers rather than just sending any and truly aim to keep to the same carers so clients arnt subjected to lots of new ones like many care companies. I genuinely never feel like my job is a chore, I wake every morning excited for what fun myself and clients can get up to and I am lucky enough to be able to call my management up for anything at all I need especially during this pandemic they have been on hand with amazing advice, dispensed ppe and tests quickly and efficiently to everyone and just genuinely feed you a passion that clearly burns inside themselves. This is the kind of job where you really do feel like your team is a family, your management are amazing and the clients are just new friends you get to meet :) I couldn't be happier and there's not many jobs where staff come to rate them so highly

When looking for a care company to care for a loved family member it can be stressful and there are so many to choose from it becomes overwhelming.. If your looking for high quality, personalised care i would highly recommend baxters for all care requirements, I am a member of staff here and couldnt love my job more. The care provided by all carers and support given by office staff is second to none. BEST JOB EVER!
