I joined Baxter life care last year and I have to say it's been the best career move that I have ever made, one look at the photo attached explains it all (permission acquired to post from client) who looks this happy on a shift at work, if you want a job where you look forward to your next shift then you need to come and join us :) I have worked in the care sector for several years finding the hours gruelling and management unsupportive but Baxter's are a breath of fresh air, management bend over backwards to support you and have created an amazing team of carers who bring each other up. Management have great faith that everyone has potential to progress further and encourage this a lot, they give a lot of incentives to staff for work above and beyond which means the whole team is always motivated to go that extra mile. Management also try their best to match clients and carers rather than just sending any and truly aim to keep to the same carers so clients arnt subjected to lots of new ones like many care companies. I genuinely never feel like my job is a chore, I wake every morning excited for what fun myself and clients can get up to and I am lucky enough to be able to call my management up for anything at all I need especially during this pandemic they have been on hand with amazing advice, dispensed ppe and tests quickly and efficiently to everyone and just genuinely feed you a passion that clearly burns inside themselves. This is the kind of job where you really do feel like your team is a family, your management are amazing and the clients are just new friends you get to meet :) I couldn't be happier and there's not many jobs where staff come to rate them so highly
