I have been in care for around 6 years now I have worked for a few care companies and Baxter lifecare is by far the best I have worked for. Not only do they go above and beyond for all their clients they treat all staff members like family. The support I have received from the directors Bev and Dean, the registered manager Sandie, care manage Lyndsey, Cameron and Dylan has been so overwhelming. I couldn't of reached my goal of becoming a care manager without their support and I will be forever grateful to all of them. I have faced some personal challenges but none of them let me give up and was fully behind me. Thank you team baxters
