Normally it is a good experience, but today, October 16, 2020, it was a messy experience. The customer before me had ordered an item that the clerk could not find. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I found an employee from another department. He could not find the shower enclosure I would like to buy. In the end, however, it succeeded. So the 3 minutes I expected it to take were more than 10 doubled.
The employee apologized, and told that they should have cleaned up.
