AMAZING experience just can't believe how big this...
AMAZING experience just can't believe how big this ship is until your on it. Such great volunteers tour guide GEORGE.

I'm a historian. Great example of World War II military history.
The USS Missouri has never once stated its opinion about motor scooters.
Finally saw the warship in dream! This is spectacular. But tickets are a bit expensive.
The memorial is closed for repairs, but you can still go on the other sites around and do the boat round.
Thanks to the mighty mo. Thanks to all who serve. This was amazing and best part of the trip
A must see if you are visiting Oahu. One of the most defining moments of the 20th century was decided on its decks.
I wish I planed more time for the tour it was excellent even though I only stayed for 1hrs
We visited on Dec 7, 2018 - the 77th Anniversary of the Day of Infamy.
The Tour of the USS Missouri was amazing! So much history, we were able to see the battleship inside and out, from top to bottom!
Great friendly staff!
The idea to go on a battle ship and spend a enjoyable afternoon followed by dinner may not be the first thing that comes to your mind when planning a trip to Hawaii and may even sound a little odd but i am ever so grateful that we were lucky enough to attend a private dinner on this majestic battleship.
It was absolutely amazing and it is definitely something i will never forget.
I would even recommend it if you are not a history buff, - it is not only interesting & educational but also nostalgic and emotional.
It is very well organized from start to finish.
We enjoyed our welcome drinks on the front deck while watching a picturesque sunset, then divided into small groups as the historical society had organised small private tours prior to dinner.
The tour concluded at the rear of the ship, where a stunning dinner set up was awaiting us, the service was excellent and so was the entertainment ... you could even sneak away for a romantic stroll around the ship ...
This evening was without a doubt the highlight of our stay in Hawaii and i can't recommend it enough.
Guided tour was very good. Make sure to have enough time to visit Pacific Aviation Museum, too. During winter (September to May), they close at 4:00 p.m. Also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
The Mighty Mo is a must see if you are visiting Oahu. History is alive in every inch of her. The tour guides have amazing stories to share.
Recommend visiting to get a deeper understanding of the military presence on the island
Ive never seen such a large fishing boat before, and it has such interesting history behind it.
The hot dock at the entrance is the same as the one for $ 2 at the ABC store and comes here for $ 6! ^ _ ^
Best experience. Bring a water bottle, no bag, and lots of time. Amazing opportunity.
It's a must see location. Arrive early, it's a day trip if not more than one day, therefore take your walking shoes. There is lots to see. Staff are excellent. Usual USA hospitality.
It was an extremely interesting and emotionally moving tour. It's been many years since we visited hence I can't write too much detail however my memories of the day will never be forgotten. We still have our souvenir photo (in the style of a 1940s newspaper front page) which was taken in front of the submarine, still on our wall at home.
If you have not been and plan to visit Hawaii, ensure to visit this place!
Tour guide was fantastic. Loved the battleship - stories were awesome.
Amazing. I cannot believe the technology that was in the original ship was still top of the line in the 80's!!!
Awesome. Must see. Take good walking shoes & enjoy the tour of one of our nation's infamous war ships.
If you have any passing interest in battleships or history, this ship is quite steeped in just about everything from being the site where they ended World War II, to the setting of Cher s If I Could Turn Back Time music video. There s a guided 30-minute tour that runs you through the main decks, and then from their you can explore the vast inside of the ship. A surprising amount is accessible, so however long you think you ll spend here will end up taking much longer because there s so much to see, so keep all of that in mind.
It s also an incredibly bizarre ship because even though it was being built when Pearl Harbor was attack, it s upgraded with modern technology up through the gulf war. So it s obviously a very old battleship but all the computers are from the early 90s. It s crazy, and well worth your time.
Cool ship - under some renovation unfortunately, so some eyesore scaffolding and plastic sheeting reduced the ship's presence a bit, but the free tour and self-guided interior tour were both cool. Nice to stand where history took place and learn about it.
Excellent place for education and historical perspectives.
I can't wait untill I see this ship in real life when I get older
If you visit Pearl Harbor, you need to check the other museums as well. Better to buy your tickets ahead of time. Having a personal tour and using the headphones available to personalize your time. So much to value and learn.
Very organized and well operated, inside decks are air conditioned which helps you take in the amazing layout of a Battle Ship. Staff are friendly and helpfull
Not enough words to describe the ship and how amazing it is
Seeing this ship makes me think of it when it was in the movie battleship
Go look around a real battleship. Either follow a tour guide or explore at your own pace. Awesome experience. Parts of the ship are made up to look like they did during war time. Definitely worth seeing.
I really enjoyed touring the Missouri. The guides do an excellent job explaining the WWII highlights of the Missouri. This includes visiting the spot where Japan officially surrendered marking the end of the war. It was fascinating walking around inside of the ship which operates much like a small city. I couldn't believe how many kitchens there were! This tour made me appreciate how massive battleships were!
The Battleship Missouri Memorial is great fun for kids and educational too 1-3 hours. Audio is informative and fun. See the ship where V-J day happened.
Great experience to be on the Mighty Mo! Tour guides are very knowledgable and are happy to answer any questions, you are also free to wander the ship which can take some time so depending on what you want to do you could spend up to 5 hours looking around. Tickets can be brought online or at the main visitors centre
The Mighty MO. Forming a bookend with the ARIZONA, these battleships are the beginning and end to WWII. I am always humbled by visiting these Goliath's from another era.
The most interesting parts and areas are not accessable!
The Battleship Missouri is a truly special place to visit. Whether you take the guided tour, audio or walk throughout this enormous ship at your own pace you will not leave this place the same way.
From the huge loss of life on that infamous day, to the massive efforts to restore and rebuild so many of these historic Battleships and final surrender deck and end to the war in the Pacific.
Definitely worth getting in a little earlier as the crowds get a bit larger in the afternoon. There are plenty of places to eat, drink as well as restrooms and shops. You can easily spend half a day here.
A truly moving place to visit and a definite if visiting Hawaii.
I m from Australia and ever sine I knew about this Monster of a ship and soul destroyer I wanted to go on it so much
What an amazing opportunity we had to go tour this historic battleship! The guides know so much and are a great resource.
Was in maintenance when I arrived, so some areas blocked off. Informative tour guides.
Amazing experience! Take the in depth tour into the engine room, totally worth it.
Amazing history here highly recommend taking on the tours which are free with the admission you will learn so much about this ship
Got chills visiting this battleship ! Wonderful experience...
To visit absolutely we were lucky to have a veteran as a guide ...
This is a must see! There is so much history here. It was amazing to see the inside of this ship and the deck where WWII ended basically. If you're tall like me look out. There was several places I could not stand up straight.
Learned about the surrender of the Japanese on the deck of the Missouri....
Really amazing to walk around WWII-Korean-Gulf War-era battleship and see where crew worked, fought, and lived on a superbly-kept ship
You need at least 2 days to see it all. Love the restoration
I didn't do the audio or group tours, just walked around by myself, but it was still an amazing experience. The battleship is fascinating to walk through, and you get such an intimate sense of what life was like on the ship for all of the sailors. This ship is where one of the most important documents in history was signed, and it was an honor to be able to stand on that exact spot.
This history cannot be learned in a classroom. Walking on this ship is humbling and make you appreciate all those who served on it.
A lot of history here! I've been on many battleships and this is one of the better cared for ones. The price is a bit steep but it's Hawaii so that's probably why.
Loved this tour! Our docent was very knowledgable and a great storyteller. A very moving experience.
This was an amazing trip. I loved being able to go on this major piece of history. Everything on here was very interesting and it is hard to believe how large is this ship. I would strongly recommend this to anyone.
What a wonderful 7 Broadcasting Gala dinner had upon this real living piece of history
Transportation absolutely terrible. Over 20 minutes late for shuttle service that is advertised as every 15 minutes. Then they jammed the isle full of people; my head close to an arm pit with BO. The bus said, "Roberts Hawian" on the side. This company should be on a performance base contract with penalties in my opinion. Missuri was wonderful as expected.
Beautiful ship and piece of history. The exhibits they've done onboard were interesting and the short guided tour was well worth it.
#MightyMo!
