Service was great. Made it easy to set an appointment. Communicated well how they planned to evaluate my issue and what they learned through the testing to help me understand how I can avoid trigger the error code I was seeing.

I have not been to Battlefield Ford for sometime. It appears they have new staff and leadership that are dedicated, responsive, honest, and friendly. These are all important factors for me when looking for a good shop to service my vehicles. I would recommend this site for service.
After weeks of searching for an SUV to meet our many specific needs, we found Battlefield. They had tons of inventory. Their staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere in the showroom was very inviting and warm. Their prices were more competitive than any of the competition in the area, and they were easy to work with.
