Battlefield Ford in Manassas, VA was absolutely outstanding with my build order and purchase. I am an extremely hard person to impress when it comes to customer service, and the Battlefield team certainly exceeded my expectations. Great engagement with me when looking for what I wanted, helped me work through the build order process, communicated to me not just effectively, but timely also, and answered every question and need I had. Buying from them was the best decision I have made when buying a new vehicle, and I have bought A LOT of cars over the years. I am certain that when its time to get another vehicle, Battlefield Ford will get my business. I have another Ford that needs some very challenging love to get back on the road. I will be taking it to them, because I'm actually looking forward to enjoying more of their customer experience.
