Very cute store and very friendly! Just limited selection on Bridal dresses and only carry one brand for the bridal dresses. I felt like knowledge on dresses could also be better.

My brother got married recently and I was doing readings for the ceremony and decided I wanted to get a special dress for the day. I told Julie that I wanted a red one shoulder dress and she was able to find the PERFECT dress!!! They were able to alter it to fit me perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with the overall service I received from everyone there. I was always comfortable with everyone in the shop and would absolutely shop there again.

Never get sizes right and one we insisted I needed a size 4 dress they went ahead and ordered a size 6 so my alterations cost double the price then when I asked to be compensated they refused. They do not listen to the customer at Julie s bridal

Each time I have walked in, whether it has been for my VIP appointment where I found my dream dress, to picking out my bridesmaids dresses, everyone at Julie s has been so helpful. Julie s bridal was the only store that would even give me the time of day because I wanted to customize my dress to fit my personality. Julie was so knowledgeable in all the dresses and helped me find the most beautiful dress and set me up with a seamstress to help me customize it! Thank you thank you thank you!

I felt it was very important to share my experience with Julie's Bridal Gallery! For anyone who has found that "perfect dress", but thought to themselves " there is no way I will ever be able to find that dress".. Julie's Bridal Gallery made that possible! And that's where it all started! I fell in love with a dress I was not sure the designer had even released yet and knew that it would be impossible to see this dress in person at any bridal gallery to try it on. The first place I looked was Julie's Bridal Gallery and when Julie assured me that she would be able to order in a sample of the dress for me to try on, I knew from that moment that I was not even going to step foot in to another bridal gallery.. Julie's Bridal Gallery was my place!! From the second I tried on the dress I knew it was "the one"!! The dress was absolutely amazing and Julie and her staff without a doubt made sure the dress was absolutely stunning for my wedding day!! I ordered my bridesmaids dresses and tux's through Julie's also! Julie and her staff stopped at nothing to make sure the bridesmaids dresses and tux's were the EXACT look that I was going for!!! Everyone was so helpful in offering ideas that I had never even thought about! I cannot thank Julie and her staff enough for helping our personality show through in one of the best days of our lives!! Julie, you took my ideas and dreams and made them a reality!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I cannot say enough good things about Julie s Bridal Gallery and my shopping experience with Bridal Consultant, Kim. Julie s was the first shop we went to in search of my wedding dress, and I was hesitant to commit right away because I wanted to explore a few more stores. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY! I visited 3 additional bridal stores in south central WI (avoiding the big box stores in Madison and Rockford), and I was blown away with how different they each were. If you think bridal stores are all the same, think again! Julie s had the best variety of dresses, and each was so much nicer, newer, and cleaner than the other shops. In addition, Kim was wonderful. The personalized service she gave far surpassed any other store. She took her time helping me get into each dress, talked through each dress with us, and contributed bridal expertise and experience with honest opinions to assist us with making the right choice for me. Seriously, do not buy anything from anyone until you give Kim at Julie s a chance. Not only did they have the right dress for me, but Kim truly earned and deserved my business. So if you want the true bridal experience, set up an appointment with Kim at Julie s Bridal Gallery. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I didn't end up buying my dress here today but definitely will come back! Everyone was very patient and even started pulling other dresses for me to try on as they saw which parts I liked of other dresses. A great experience, very comfortable in the store, and great selection!

We could not recommend Julie's Bridal more.
My wife and I weren't sure what to do about clothing for our wedding. We knew what we wanted, but weren't sure how to go about it. A friend suggested we go to Julie's Bridal, so we stopped in. To our comfort and delight, they were kind and helpful and made our ideas in our head turn into reality. Julie, Joann and Dawn were full of ideas and suggestions that truly fit who we are as a couple, and were nearly more excited with helping us with our attire than we were.
We could not have asked for more from a bridal shop. They handled our requests and ideas with kindness and a total lack of judgement, just support and a true desire to help.

Julie was absolutely amazing! This boutique had plenty of gorgeous options for me to try on and I found the dress of my dreams. Plus, it was a dress I did not imagine myself choosing but so happy I was encouraged to try on different styles! Julie did so great making me feel comfortable and giving great advice to help me find my wedding gown. I can t wait until my wedding day :-)

My Brides maids got their shoes at Julies and i got my headpiece. We had a great experience, and wonderful service. Prices were good and the color options were great. Our shoes matched our flowers perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My Matron of honor had to re order her shoes less than 3 days before the wedding. the matched perfectly and there was no additional cost.

Beware dont waste your time, they ask you to take your shoes off at the door. Couldnt believe they were standing there wearing there shoes. With Brandis Bridal 30 mins away go elsewhere. This is suppose to be a happy fun time, they just insulted me because they had there shoes on , it is a formal sign. I told them just had foot surgery, 2 workers just stood there at door and didnt say anything so we left.

Beautiful store with amazing selection for brides of ALL SIZES!! The customer service was great. I ended up buying my dress, jewelry, bridesmaid dresses, and suits from Julie's.

I would recommend every Bride to shop at Julies! They made my appointment extra special and accommodating. Julie is just wonderful! She made the experience very personal and memorable. There's definitely something to be said for the benefits of shopping at a small business instead of the "wedding dress warehouses" our there. I just got back from a Bridal Expo and Julie not only remembered me, but she also remembered WHICH DRESS I bought! Now that's small business charm. Oh, and they also let you take photos in the salon!!! Nobody lets you do that--but it is SO helpful to see how a dress will photograph before you buy. I would recommend Julie's Bridal to anyone looking for personal care and attention during their wedding dress shopping experience.

could not have been any happier with my experience with Julies Bridal! i went with the VIP bridal appointment and brought my whole entourage with me, they had set up chairs for everyone and even had the cutest score cards for all of them! we all loved the mimosas and treats with the appointment. the staff was incredibly helpful and so sweet! we all had such a great time and i couldn t be happier that i found my dress at Julies! can t say enough good things about them! :)

All around amazing experience... I got lost on my way and was late and they were totally understanding and were only concerned about me and that I wasn't upset! First of all, the store is so cute! Its fairly small and cozy, but the dressing rooms are really generous in size and the decor is really sophisticated and well kept. Julie was so kind and made trying on dresses a really easy and enjoyable experience. She explained how the dresses were grouped by style and let me and my guests browse and pull out whatever we wanted. She also pulled a few based on what I was thinking I wanted. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, everything I said was taken to heart and she was an absolute expert at interpreting my descriptions and reactions to things, and figuring out what it was exactly I wanted, as I really didn't have a solid picture of what that was. She was so friendly and sweet, I really can't pay her enough compliments on her service. The gowns they sell are all absolutely stunning, and it didn't take long for us to find the perfect one. After I said yes to my dress, we celebrated with a toast and pictures, they gave me a t shirt and we all laughed and talked for a while. I could not have asked for a better experience honestly. Beautiful dresses, lovely location and expert service!

My husband and I will be married 6 mos as of November 4, 2012. One of my favorite things I told people I wouldn't change or give up from our wedding was my dress. Julie's Bridal Gallery was able to find me the dress I pictured myself wearing. I described to Julie what I was looking for and she was able to find something comparable to the exact description. Everyone I worked with gave me a wonderful experience. One thing that I really loved also, was I told Julie what color I wanted for my bridesmaids dress and she helped us find one dress we thought would work; but then a different line came out with a color comparable and a dress that I loved even more for my girls to stand-up in. Julie also was able to help us with the tuxes and made the process as smooth as possible, being that we had groomsmen from all over the state. Thank you Julie and all the staff who helped to make our apparel perfect for our wedding day! I highly recommend Julie's store to anyone looking for a customer friendly, small-town shop, where they will make your wedding day dreams come true.
